    Proclean Service Co
Pat & his Helper were very courteous and I couldn't believe how hard they worked to make my carpets and tiles look like they were new again. They even got Kool aid stains out and heavy traffic looking new again. Proclean is A1 in my books Going to Tell all my friends about them. Thank you Pat & Helper you brought my rental to life again.

    John Bound Tile Repair Inc.
John did outstanding work on a a very difficult tile project in our home. The end result has our floor and shower stall looking like new. John is a consummate professional. Polite, on time and showed attention to every detail. I definitely recommend him.

    Jays Floors and More
I would not use Jays floors and more for any tile installation that you wish done correctly. I ordered 6x24in Porcelain tiles installed. The installers disregarded the instructions printed on the box to overlap the tiles by 30% and installed the tiles in a random pattern, they disregarded the overlap required by the manufacturer who printed it conspicuously on the box. They also did not measure or start in the center of the room which caused there to be a full tile on one end and a small strip on the opposite wall. They also grouted within 2 hours of the installation which is not recommended. I contacted Jay who said he would be out to inspect but never came, He also said he has never heard of a tile needing to be installed with a 30%overlap and has his installers install in a random pattern. Overall a very poor installation by unprofessional installers. Other tile professionals I had come in to estimate the other bath confirmed that this installation was done improperly. I like to do business with local businesses but do not recommend Jays Floors and more.

Super! Their staff was on time, cleaned up behind themselves and were respectful of me and my home. There were a couple of problems that were immediately addressed and resolved to my satisfaction. I am thrilled with the outcome of the project.

    Versatile Improvements & Remodeling Inc
These gentlemen (Rick and Paul) were the absolute best GCs we have ever worked with. They were prompt, efficient and stuck to their estimate. Their subs were professional and got the work done on time. I honestly can't say enough good things about this company. The quality of the work combined with the responsiveness and genuine caring displayed were amazing. I would recommend this company without hesitation. We have another bathroom to remodel and I guarantee Versatile will be who we choose to do the work. I honestly believe you can't go wrong with this contractor. (Hi Paul and Rick!!)

    Al & Linda's Tile Inc
I was very disappointed with this company. My husband was driving to PSL from close to 3 hours away to work on this project we were looking to hire them for. The appointment was set the week before but the appointment was cancelled the day before by Al due to car issues. No problem that happens. But after 2 texts and 3 phone messages to reschedule I did not hear back one time. I hate to complain but they simply could have called/texted with some sort of response. I consider their lack of response very unprofessional and I would think twice before hiring someone with this work ethic. I decided to take a chance on them after reading some reviews of sub par work that had to be re-done but no chances from me again. Find another company that is reliable to work with like I intend to do.

    Versatile Improvements & Remodeling Inc
The the bathroom renovation was completed quickly and the finished product was professional with attention to details. They were able to troubleshoot problems hidden in the wall and worked well with our schedule. They cleaned up the job site every day before they left and throughly cleaned when the job was completed. They had a positive attitude while they worked and were very considerate of my family. I will use them again in the future.

    Al & Linda's Tile Inc
Representative for company responded immediately and was punctual. Came with crew to inspect the job and provide a verbal estimate. Crew and rep (foreman?) appeared very knowledgeable and professional. I asked for written contract/estimate and proof of insurance because I really wanted to hire them. For over a week I was told they were working on it and then I never heard from company again despite numerous attempts by me.

    Floor To Door
They did a good job except that some of the tiles they laid were cracked. They came back and fixed them after I put some pressure on them. Several things they didn't do was haul off all of the demolition from the renovation, which was one of the things they were supposed to do. They installed crown moulding in my kitchen, and they had left a couple of small cans of stain from that on the brand new tile on my patio which stained the tile. There's a pretty large gap in the tile next to the wall in the bathroom which is pretty glaring, and they didn't even put grout in it to seal. I tried calling him several times, he would give me a date that he would come back and then never showed up. He's got all his money so I guess there's no incentive for him to come back and fix his work.

    Coastal Surface Solutions LLC
Coastal Surface was recommended by a family friend. Contacted Rocco the owner of the company who came to our home and gave us an estimate. He also pointed out areas that may be difficult to clean. We agreed to price and agreed on a day to perform the work. Rocco contacted us to confirm time of arrival. The work was performed with better than expected results.
