AA & J Appliance Repair ServiceIt turned out that the original repair service that was called mis-diagnosed what was wrong with the dishwasher. This other repair service even ordered a supposed part that we paid for and waited to have shipped for weeks, when we kept inquiring as to where the part was and when the service would be performed we were at a loss. So we decided to contact A&J appliance repair Tony Mineo and crew and they came out literally the next day to check the Dishwasher and diagnose and confirmed that the previous repair company did not diagnose the issue correctly and offered us the correct advice to resolve the issue. Thanks to A&J we were able to bring about a resolution to the matter quickly and efficiently, I recommend this company to anyone looking to have their Appliances repaired.- gary s.

AA & J Appliance Repair ServiceIncredibly well. Tony is a saint and he's very honest. He wanted to trouble shoot over the phone first before having to come out. He was very generous and didn't want to have to charge me if he could help me fix the problem. Because he was so kind I actually wanted to pay him for his time. Anyway, he told me what to check and how to trouble shoot and I was able to fix the fridge by myself. AA-Aaron Appliance Service and Repair IncI called in the morning & left a voicemail message. I received a call back approximately 2 hours from Blaise Bodin (later learned, via his business card, he is the owner) inquiring if I was still in need of refrigerator repair, which I was. He advised that he could come out at around 5:00p. Since it would be late in the Friday afternoon before Labor Day weekend, I asked if it would be an extra "holiday" charge, to which he responded that it would not. He advised that there was an $85.00 service call fee, which would be applied to any repair service needed. I asked if he could call when he was en route, which he did (which many service repairman say they will do, but rarely do), advising me he was about 20 minutes away. He was wearing a protective mask in compliance with Covid-19 safety recommendations, which I appreciated. He went right to work, using diagnostic equipment to help determine the source of the problem. After approximately 20 minutes, he advised that the refrigerator was pulling the needed electrical amperage, & was it was cooling down. He advised that he believed the problem had been caused by a sudden power surge (my neighbors advised me that recently there had been several bad thunderstorms), & the digital components just needed to be reset by pulling the plug out of the wall for approximately 15 seconds, & then plugged back in...or shutting the power off at the fuse box, which would require it to remain off for 20 minutes to re-set. He recommended purchasing a large appliance surge protector for the outlet for the refrigerator (which I subsequently did at "Lowes"). He advised that should another problem arise, I should call him again, & the $85.00 service call fee I paid for this call would still apply. I will definitely call Blaise again should I have any future appliance issues, & I would definitely recommend him to others.- Katherine T.

AAppliance Care llcAppliance Care LLC is a family business in Saint Lucie County, Florida. Jason and his wife did a great job. They scheduled us for 1-2pm (versus some 4-hour time-slot). They were here by 1:10pm, EXCELLENT. He is nice and after doing some tests as to when the water would pour out, he found a split water tube. He cut back the tube away from the split and reconnected it within the refrigerator. He was quick in determining the problem and fixing it and charged a fair price for the work that was completed correctly. I would easily recommend him and would hire him again. FRepairman came and recommended resealing around the icemaker so it would stop freezing up. Also, recommended replacing the gasket on the door of the upright freezer. He came back a week later (Nov 20th) and resealed the icemaker and said if that didn't fix the problem call him and he would come back. He also replaced the gasket on the upright freezer. Results = the ice maker is still freezing up and the upright freezer is icing up more than it was before he replaced the gasket. I I waited until after Christmas to call them back to let them know that the icemaker is still freezing up and the technician (Vincent) immediately started complaining that I had waited so long to call him and let him know that the icemaker was still freezing up. He said at least five times that he wished I had not waited so long to call him back and I explained that I was waiting until the holidays were over and that the time that had passed proved that the problems were not corrected and I just needed the refrigerator and freezer fixed. He said he would have to charge me for the sealant etc. that he would have to use to fix the problem. I told him OK as long as the problem is taken care of. He told me that he would stop by the next afternoon (Dec 31st) late and take care of it. He did not show up nor did he call to let me know he couldn't come. I called back the Monday after New Years (after that holiday) and he asked me to let him call me back in 10 minutes. I said OK but he did not call me back. I have called the company a number of times and left messages and it is now January 17th, 2021 and I still have not heard from them. I am upset that they charged me to fix these problems and then failed to make things right. They not only have ignored my calls and requests, they lied to me. I am also going to report them to the Better Business Bureau.

ATalked to me via video chat - I was able to show him the dishwasher and the issue it was having. He told me where to look underneath to find the part that needs replacement and when I was looking at it with my phone camera he circled it on screen to confirm which one it was. Told me what to get and how to replace it once I received it. Very efficient and was able to talk to him same day as problem occurred for the same price.

Bwhen tech showed up the dryer seemed to be working and heating however it did not when I called, seemed the heating element was cracked creating and off and on working condition. I went ahead to repair the problem by purchasing a new heating element. I was surprised however that the tech expected me to pay in full before he ordered the part and repaired the problem, but I did using my credit card knowing if there was a issue the credit card co. would have my back, The part was order and Alex fixed it as soon as it came in and was great

AService technician Tom arrived on schedule and performed a very thorough inspection and test of both the indoor and outdoor units. This included pumping out the drain line to remove any accumulated deposits. Tom was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. FHorrible, horrible, horrible. I can’t stress how absolutely incompetent this company is. I have a home warranty with ECM to cover repair to household appliance. I had a problem with my refrigerator in that the temperature sensor/thermostat was not working properly. The display would say 42 degrees but everything was freezing in my refrigerator and the actual temp was below 30. Made the appointment and the tech arrived and I told him the problem. He gave me a lecture about how the fridge was too full. Too full. I said yeah we just happened to go food shopping but that’s not the problem. His attitude really sucked to tell you the truth but said they don’t carry the part so they would have to order it and they will call us back when they get it to reschedule. The called several days later and the tech (different guy) installs the new sensor and leaves. The fridge immediately starts rising in temperature to 60 degrees. Food getting ruined. Called again waited for another appointment. 3rd tech showed up and she was completely incompetent and was telling me about gas pressure yada yada yada. I said no, the fridge was working fine cooling until their tech changed a part, it must be related to the part. She was thoroughly confused was constantly on the phone while supposedly troubleshooting my fridge. Said they will have to send a supervisor. 4th tech shows up couple days later - a supervisor supposedly. Takes the sensor out and sees it’s for a completely different make of fridge. Have to reorder - will call us when it’s in. Get call the part is in and scheduled 4 days later for install (today). Just got a call from them and they said that they were sent the wrong part and had to cancel the appointment. They said they will call when the part comes in. So here I am still without my refrigerator working 20 days after the first appointment and counting. TWENTY DAYS STAY VERY CLEAR OF THIS HORRIBLE, INCOMPETENT, NASTY COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.
