I hired this service provider to pet set my two cats, in my home, for seven days while I was gone on vacation. I strongly stressed the fact that the cat litter boxes had to be cleaned each and every day. I was required to pay the fee ($140) upfront. Service provider only came five out of the seven paid days. I have a security camera in my home, (which I strongly suggest and are legal as long as theyre in your house) so I could see the activity that took place. Kristin did not tell me that she missed two days nor did she offer a refund for the 2 missed days until I questioned her about the two missed days. I know exactly which days she came because the security camera advises me when anybody comes into my home. Provider is now threatening to sue me because I didn't advise her of the security camera, which by law I'm not required to do. Since she did not advise me of the 2 days she missed until I questioned her about it, I consider this a theft of services not provided but paid for. Plus she brought two children into my home on the first day and just let them roam around my home, unsupervised, with suckers. As I have a little OCD, this is a very big deal! Also, one of the children moved my Cat Scram that I had set up to keep the cats from entering the living room area. It was turned toward the hallway which then kept my cats from accessing the front bed room where they like to go lay on the bed in the sun. Im not sure if this happened on the first day, or the next to last day, since she also brought one child on that Thursday. If you hire this company, I strongly advise that you get a security camera, because the services you're paying for may not be the services you're receiving. I personally do not believe this to be a reliable pet sitting servIce. In my opinion, individuals that have rated this Service Provider high, probably had no way of really knowing what kind of services they received for their money. Pets are always happy to see their owners no matter how theyve been treated. BUYER BEWARE!

This groomer states in her telephone message that she will return the call at the end of that same day. I have called and left messages for the past week with no response. Presuming she was going to be unavailable for a certain period, she should change the message to indicate that - but for all I know, she's just not bothering to respond.

Unfortunately, I didn't even get to experience Angie's services. As I called to inquire of services, I asked if it was possible to discount this ONE time, due to my dog going into surgery this following week at the vets. Since he would be sedated at the vet at the time of his procedure they would take advantage to trim nails and express glands then. Immediately she replies that it would be a minimum of $55 to come out to me. As I begin to explain how truly I wouldn't need those services and how horrible of a first impression her response was she rudely interjects that I can just take my dog to a shop instead. Point being, Angie could of have chosen to easily work with me as I was and am trying to establish myself with a groomer since being new to this area. Angie comes out to services other breed of dogs for $10-$15 less than what is being charged for a Yorkie haircut, so why couldn't she just work with me? On top of the 20% gratuity that I would of given her or anyone else that for that matter, I am a very responsible client anyone else would love to have me so, yes, I will certainly take my needs elsewhere! I am sure they would value me more as a potential customer! HORRIBLE FIRST AND LAST IMPRESSION.

He gets shots. They are a non profit so they are a little cheaper. They are good. They are half the price of the other place I went to. We will be going back to them. He took it better than the other vet. He was better.

Shelby, our goldendoodle completed foundational training with another program. We realized that she had the perfect temperament and potential to become a therapy dog, but we were unsure where to go to receive this specialized training. While researching dog training schools, a friend recommended Jackies Wag N Train. After our initial consultation, I knew immediately that JWNT would be a perfect fit for our training goals. Not only does Jackie instruct using positive reinforcement methods, she is also very active in the local chapter of Bright and Beautiful Therapy Dogs! Team Shelby jumped right into training with focus work and fine-tuning her loose-leash walking. Jackie encouraged us to drop-in to extra classes to sharpen Shelbys skills with unfamiliar dogs present. We were invited to participate in community events with JWNT, such as the Barktoberfest fundraiser to benefit local pet rescue groups, and demonstrations at schools through the Great American Teach-In. Shelby and I also participate in a local Run Club for exercise and socialization with other members and dogs. We are all family at JWNT. The classes are fun and rewarding for both the trainers and the dogs, and we look forward to attending class each week. I am happy to share that, as a student at JWNT, our pup not only earned her AKC Canine Good Citizen certification, but also recently passed the Bright and Beautiful Therapy Dog certification test! We cant thank Jackie enough for helping us reach our training goals and we look forward to more training, community events and therapy visits in the future.

Jackie and Diane are kind, caring, professional dog trainers and have successfully trained both Ginger and her parents. The facility is clean and bright. Our doodle gets excited when we get to the training facility because Jackie makes the training fun. The classes are small (4 dogs) so there is more than adequate individual training time. Jackie is highly recommended and we are returning to complete Ginger's training to become a therapy dog.

We were greeted with several friendly faces. Owner took the time to ask questions and get to know the dogs before we left. When we came to pick them up - we were really impressed. Dogs were happy and looked Great. Prices were good (we have paid more at other places). We will be returning!

Jackie met with my 10 month old Boston Terrier, Mia, and explained to me what type of classes she would benefit from. Jackie has been nothing but accommodating and helpful to get us going. Mia has been seeing her once a week for over 6 weeks now, and loves going there. She has improved greatly from learning obedience, to being able to be around other dogs without aggressiveness. We will continue training with Jackie as long as we can! She is an amazing individual!

I can't say enough good things about Dr. Kern and her staff. They have been absolutely wonderful in caring for our dogs. We moved 40 miles north over a year ago and we still take all 3 dogs, driving over an hour, to Advanced Veterinary Hospital. The staff is very professional, compassionate and friendly, and the tech's are amazing. I feel confident that my dogs are getting the best care possible- from regular vaccinations to surgery. Dr. Kern is the best.

I have had Malteseres for years and I have always gone there. They do a beautiful job. They keep him in a dust ruffle which is what I want. In my opinion there is no point in having a Maltese and then cutting their hair off in a puppy cut because the hair is the beauty of the breed. So, there is a type of cut called a dust ruffle where they keep all the hair, but then, they shave the tummy. So, you have the beauty of the Maltese without the work of all the matts and things happening in their tummy.
