  Following tree removal I had issues with the work. I was unable to get a response from my contact with the company& posted a review that reflected my issues.I was immediately contacted by the company owner who has done everything he could to fix my issues. And, in fact one of the issues was my mistake,not their responsibility. The owner is an honest guy trying to run a great company.

  Benjamin said he would do the job then called 10 days later to say he was too busy and to find someone else. We had already turned down the other quotes. He shouldn't bid if he can't do the job. How he got the high rating on Angie's List is beyond me. He might do great work but he needs to work on communication skills and scheduling.

  Crew started early in the am and was done in a couple of hours. All work was done as promised with supervision of owner, Chris. Yard was thoroughly cleaned at the end. I would definitely recommend this company as they do a good job, complete the work as initially agreed upon and assisted with HOA regulations.

  Owner (Brooks) was a very professional and informational person. He gave me a free quote on one day and came back 12 hours later and had the job finished within an hour. He went above and beyond my expectations for sure by cleaning the areas and stacking wood for disposal at the curb. I am more than pleased and will recommend his company to friends and neighbors. In addition, I have a big lot with lots of trees and have plans to use him again in the future.

  Wouls not provide an itemized bill or receipt. The whole project was loosely organized, which should have been a warning sign. Took two weeks of sporadic work before completed. Installed 14 palms/trees and assorted flowers and plants. Many flowers are dead, and a couple palms questionable. Trees were younger than expected but surviving. Weeds everywhere, which getting rid of was a goal. Old mulch wasn't removed, two dead plants trimmed but left, my in-ground mole vibrating deterrents were lost, and contractor-installed plants moved around in haphazard way. They tried, but landscaping is not a primary part of their business.

  Spoke with Kevin and the team led by Marcus came over the next day. The put in five hours, repaired a couple of breaks in the piping, relocated a couple heads to where they are useful, found a few heads that we had never seen before, and upgraded to higher heads to get the water spread more evenly.

  They trimmed up the 4 neglected trees and did a weight reduction on one side where a tree splits into two trunks. Very fast and professional from start to finish, and no debris left behind. Their price was reasonable for the work done and for the ease of dealing with them. A person answered the office phone the first time I called, and an estimator came out to do the quote. Amelia did mine. She also was at the job site the entire time of the work to answer questions and be the liason between me and the workers . I liked that better than yelling at a dude 40 feet in the air with a chainsaw. Also, they raked the yard and blew off the street, porches, sidewalks, and driveway. Very pleased overall.

  My neighbor hired to trim my tree in the front yard because it was hanging on her roof. May I say it was one branch. We have been getting estimates to trim our tree and to keep it shaped. It was a beautiful tree and when I was leaving for work I saw what they cut. They were polite but said that they had to cut it back away from her property line. I understand but this tree has been here for 20 years or more and you chopped it up on this side. They ruined my tree and now I have to hire someone to see what can be done. Not sure how it is going to look but it won't be the same. If they were professional tree care workers they should have trimmed it correctly and I would have hired them to finish shaping the tree. They only cared for the homeowner that hired them and had no regard for my tree in my yard, We had a professional out for an estimate to do something doe this tree and he shook his head and said it won't be the same, it is chopped up.

  Initially called and came out right away. Said he would be back next day to do work. Waited 3 days and called again. Promised he would show up 3 more times, but never did. Hired another company to do the work.
