  • 1. Called Sunday Morning 12/21 to sched appointment to look at brakes; Asked if it was master cylinder was the part available to complete repair that day. Was told yes;

    2. Dropped car off and received a call Sun afternoon that part was being delivered 8:30am Monday morning & car wld be available by noon;

    3. Received a call Monday morning that part wld now not be available until Tues.

    4. Car was finally available Tues afternoon approx. 3:30pm

    5. When I arrived I was presented w a bill. No estimate was previously provided.  The cost of the master cylinder install was fine. However, I was charged $142.84 for one caliper and another $87.30 to install caliper, for a total cost fpr the caliper of $230.14. My issue is that on Weds 12/17 prior to coming to Fl, we had the other caliper replaced. Same vehicle. The cost was 89.99 installed vs the $230.14 Tire Kingdom changed.


    So the company did not deliver on a timiely basis, did not provide an estimate of the cost f the repair and then charged excessively.

    Management is aware of this as I noted at time of payment and follow-up w the store manager after by phone..

  • Kimbal did a great Job and made sure that everything was done right. He did the lighting, Brake  and baseplae. He spent the time to make sure we knew how to use the equipment . We have since towed over 8000 miles and everything works well.

  • I was in a jam - the car died, would not start, and I was stuck. I went into Firestone because they were located in the parking lot of the mall that we were shopping. We put a battery in, drove the car into their shop, and they checked everything out. Turned out, there was a bad cell in the battery. They could have hit me for a new alternator, and I would have never known the difference. I felt very comfortable when I left that we were treated fairly. The battery price was in line or cheaper than any local place, and a known brand - not a dept store name.

  • EXCELLENT SERVICE. THEY WERE OUT OF STOCK ON THE PART I NEEDED SO THEY CALLED AROUND TO SEVERAL AUTO ZONE STORES IN THE AREA UNTIL THEY FOUND A STORE WITH THE PART IN STOCK. I WANTED TO PAY THROUGH THE AUTO ZONE WEBSITE SO I COULD USE MY ONLINE COUPON AND PAYPAL, THEY WERE VERY PATIENT UNTIL THAT WAS COMPLETED. EXCELLENT SERVICE.

  • I have been using them for 15 years; any time I need tires, this is where I go. When I first starting going to them, I called all over and they had the best prices and they sell name brand tires. When you buy your tires there they rotate them for free. You have to make an appointment because they are very busy. I'll be going back for new tires in about 20,000 miles.
