David and Paul installed eight pin piles and raised the rear foundation footer/wall correcting sticking doors and cabinets as well as closing cracks in block walls in a professional and courteous manner during the allotted time on the dates promised.

    Florida Foundation Authority
I bought a house about 4 years ago and my whole patio by my pool started washing away. I called Florida Foundation, they came out and lifted all the concrete, redid my gutters and saved my pool and patio. They were extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and always communicating with me. I know the job was much larger than they anticipated. They stuck to their quote and did the job perfectly. I would HIGHLY recommend this company to anyone and already have. Dustin and Nathan were in charge of my job and they were the best.

They arrived on time, were courteous, thorough, accommodated my requests and did a great paint job for a fair price.  I would highly recommend.

    The Basement Guys
EVERYONE I DEALT WITH WAS POLITE AND PROFESSIONAL. THEY FINISHED AHEAD OF SCHEDULE AND TO MY SURPRISE, THEY REDUCED THE FINAL PRICE DUE TO AN OVERSITE ON THE INITIAL BID. I NEVER WOULD HAVE CAUGHT IT. I GUESS I HAVE BEEN ''RIPPED OFF'' MORE THAN I CARE TO ADMIT. THE ENTIRE EXPERIENCE DEALING WITH THE BASEMENT GUYS WAS, TO MY SURPRISE, QUITE PLEASANT. MUCH THANKS TO THE BASEMENT GUYS AND TO ANGIE'S LIST. I WOULD LIKE TO SEE ANGIE'S LIST IN CENTRAL FLORIDA. I THINK IT GIVES GOOD CONTRACTORS THE INCENTIVE TO GO THAT EXTRA MILE AND TREAT CUSTOMERS LIKE CUSTOMERS.

This was the most unprofessional painter I have ever encountered. He showed up late every morning, called in sick one day. His work was very sloppy, he skipped over some areas and did not paint them, left paint smeared on windows, paint runs on walls, paint splatter everywhere, nasty brush marks on large areas of wall he did paint. The contract specified that doors were to be sprayed. Instead, he used a roller on them. He made a mess in my garage. He did not clean up after himself. He left the used paint cans containing wet paint in my garage and hid 2 5 gallon pails containing liquid under job debris and trash he put in my trash bin, rather than removing it from the jobsite. Although the contract specified balance due upon completion, he asked me for payment in full  before the job was completed. His work got even sloppier when he did not get his request. I finally paid him to get him out of my house. Subsequently, I had a paint professional and two professional painters inspect the job. The result was a two page list of deficiencies to be corrected which took 2 days.  Two rooms, two walls, and the front door were entirely re-painted in addition to smaller areas. I myself have spent 12 to 15 hours cleaning up paint, trash, and moving furniture and things back to their proper place. The $5000 was a total waste of money. This person also presents a business card in the name of Viking Painting, Waterproofing Handyman which states that he is licensed and insured.
