Could not find any reason for the sound, requested we have our dryer vent cleaned and see if it still happens. We did have that done and they were filthy. Dryer Vent company found that when they put the 'new' roof on, the roofers never removed the filter in the vent on the roof!- Gail H.

We previously used another local company that unnecessarily replaced our fan motor at an exorbitant cost. The problem persisted with the cooling and we called Halifax. AModern Plumbing Industries IncDoug explained well what needed to be done with the faucet installation and then went about doing it. There also was a smell of sulfur from the water in the home. He ran the hot water and determined that the smell was coming from the hot water tank. Checked if tank was still under warranty--it was. Determined it was the anode rod and replacement was ordered. Drained tank, removed old rod riddled with mineral deposit, installed new anode rode, made sure all water and mineral particles were flushed out. Tested kitchen faucet, odor was gone! Improved the water pressure, too, in the kitchen faucet, while he was at it!- Joy C.

FHe called to reschedule on the same day. Then he repeatedly contacted my husband to inquire about the problem and then asked him to pick up parts for the problem. It was so unprofessional and we canceled him even though he tried to say he did the repair on your end so we were charged for the repair even though he rescheduled. Your service said no charges would be pushed through until the repair was complete and you charged us even though he never came. Total hassle and waste of time.

Bwhen tech showed up the dryer seemed to be working and heating however it did not when I called, seemed the heating element was cracked creating and off and on working condition. I went ahead to repair the problem by purchasing a new heating element. I was surprised however that the tech expected me to pay in full before he ordered the part and repaired the problem, but I did using my credit card knowing if there was a issue the credit card co. would have my back, The part was order and Alex fixed it as soon as it came in and was great
