  • John at Country Club has been caring for my  neo-classic 1993 Acura Legend since 2000.  They are very professional and fair.    My first encounter was for tire mounting services.  I was impressed with their shop,  the caliber of other vehichles they were working on at the time, and the general cleanliness and professionalism throughout.    I live 35 miles from the shop and gladly drive that distance when I need any  special work done on my Legend ( beyond simple oil changes which I have done locally).  I highly recommend Country Club Exhaust & Auto for their integrity and professionalism.

  • My name is Corena Sayers, I am looking for a little help with a situation my husband and I have been dealing with for almost 3 months. I was involved in a motor vehicle accident on 10/10/13 in North Port, FL. Immediately my car (a 2012 white Nissan Sentra) was towed from the accident scene and brought to Port Charlotte Collision Center located at 18320 Paulson Dr. Port Charlotte, FL  941-764-3445. The following Monday (10/14/13) and the insurance adjuster from Allstate went out and did his inspection. A few days later the okay was given to repair my car. A check was then given to the repair shop in excess of $10,000 to repair my car. As of today my car is still at the repair shop and is not fixed yet. They have also been paid additional money. Since the week of Thanksgiving we have been promised the car at the end of every week. They keep making excuses as to why the car has not been repaired. We have been in contact with the Allstate case manager and the repair shop and what they tell us and tell Allstate are always different. I have also been in a rental car since the accident and Allstate will not pay for the rental anymore because it has been to long. Mitch and Chuck assured my husband and I that they would pay for the rental (whatever Allstate is not paying). As of today they have not contacted Enterprise or attempted to make payment for the rental. I need a little help to get the repair shop to do what they have been paid to do. And also to do what they have promised and pay for the rental car. I can not believe that it takes 10 plus weeks to repair a car. any help that you can give me would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

  • In the past, I had no problems with him, the owner, and I think he did a good job. This time on this repair, I had to rent a car twice, because the vehicle is not ready. Now buy another vehicle because he still has not finished repairing my truck! It is always an excuse with him, and they are never good reasons for why my truck is not completed. I do not like the fact that the key is always in the ignition, where anyone could take off with it while it is parked on his open lot. I have been going there once a week to check up on it, sometimes three and four times a week. At this point, I have already paid $8,000 for repairs and I am still without my truck. The truck still hasn't been primed or painted and there are still no new parts on it. It also has no headlights or bumper, and it would not be legal to drive at this time.

  • I had a scrape on the bumper of my car from hitting a guardrail.
    Took to American Auto Body for an estimate; the owner, Jason took a look and gave me the estimate.    I also went to another place down the street for a price estimate as well.
    I have to say that I was immediately impressed with the facility and both Jason and the office girl.   Nice, friendly, but professional.
    So I took my car in.. it was need to be there for 2 days... I picked up and WOW !    No detection of a scrape at all!   And my car was cleaned inside and out!    
    Very satisfied with overall experience.... my husband is going to take his car there shortly for repairs needed on his vehicle!

  • They are not really pushy for sales. They are the best automotive dealer we have dealt with, and that's in many different states. We did buy a car there and, as a matter of fact, we bought our second car from them. They are very friendly and very easy to deal with.

  • This auto body shop is amazing.   The service - from the first call, throughout the repair process, and upon delivery - was clear and thorough.  Kevin and Ahmad worked with me and they took the time to ensure I understood the damages, where they were in the process, and listened/responded to all my questions and concerns.  They worked with USAA to ensure virtually the entire repair was done with OEM parts.  And the paint quality/blending work was so good that even on a silver car, it's undetectable.  They corrected the alignment, told me I needed new brakes/rotors, and the car - inside, under the hood, and out - was impeccibly detailed. 

    While I ranked them an 'A' in price, this is definitely a "you get what you pay for" sort of place.  They are not going to be the cheapest option.  But the work is spectacular and comes with a lifetime warranty.  Unlike some places, I feel if I ever thought there was a problem - regardless of how far into the future - they would honor this warranty without question.  There is no doubt to me why there were so many Lambos, Ferraris, and beloved RX7s, Corrados, etc. in the lot. 

    I'd recommend this shop without hesitation.
