    Josh and his staff moved us into our condo and everything went extremely well. They were courteous, professional and even offered advice on how to arrange our two desks in our office. We moved into an elevator building, they guys knew exactly how to handle everything. We moved on 12/23/16, just before Christmas, so we were very stressed out to begin with. I would definitely recommend Josh and his team!

    1st Class Moving and Storage
    Hassan, the owner, followed through on my request for a phone call when they were in route and they arrived within the agreed upon time range.  Hassan and his guy Kenny wrapped the furniture in padding and shrink-wrapped on top of the padding in order to avoid damaging the furniture as well as the immaculately-kept wooden banisters, walls, and wall light fixtures along the three flights of stairs as they navigated down the stairwell with each piece of heavy furniture.  The four bar stools--which are not by any means light weight-- were not part of the original agreement, but Hassan moved them free of charge and treated them just as meticulously and professionally as he did the other furniture.  If there is such a thing as a perfect moving experience, this was it--from the time I contacted this company and spoke to Hassan until the last piece of furniture was unwrapped and set up in my home.  He was not only an accommodating professional during the initial contact, but he followed through in like manner on every agreed upon detail.  
    This furniture was originally scheduled to be moved two weeks earlier by a Brevard County company.  I canceled that mover because although they were very accommodating in lip service when I scheduled the move, they were beyond rude and dismissive the day prior to the move when I attempted to confirm.  They threatened and followed through with a cancellation fee of which I responded by disputing the charge with American Express.  My experience with 1st Class Moving Storage was far removed from that type of foolishness and well worth the wait and every penny spent.

    Ward Moving & Storage Co Inc
    The movers were told to use caution in packing the plasma & LED TV's so as not to damage them. I was told that they would be wrapped before packaging and that they would be kept in an upright position. When I came in the room they had the TV lying face down and were trying to push it into a box. I told them to stop and that I would take care of the TV's myself. Then I went to the dining room and they had my antique table lying on the floor and were in the process of taking one of the four legs off. I told them to stop and that the table had to be put in the truck with the legs on. They attempted to put the leg on but a piece had broken off. They moved the table to the garage and laid it upside down on a cover. On the move-in day another truck came and picked up the table and when they delivered it to the condo they "glued" it back together. When the matching sideboard was brought in there was a crack going up the leg which they documented. One of my floor fans came off the truck with t.

    I had a short-lead-time request for my furniture-only move. Tom was my coordinator and he did a good job at the start.  He was able to get me a quote within a day (based on very specific details I emailed to him) and agree on a date that was only 6-8 days in the future. 
    Keep in mind that I moved cross-country a year ago and knew how to prep myself so that they could get in, get the job done, and get out.  That said, assigned to me were Jeff, Cory and Gino. Good guys. Professional. Worked VERY well together. No breaks, worked the whole time.
    Although I work from home I needed to minimize vacation time off for moving.  I made the guys aware of this when they arrived and they loaded up the desk (3 pieces and heavy) into the truck last. As desired, they moved my desk up to the new place first and put it exactly where I wanted.  I was able to work while they finished everything up. I found nothing scratched or broken (although they made me aware of several things that were broken as they were packing things up).  They actually spent less time than the estimate noted.
    The issue I had however is that my desk has a hutch on it with shelves. The shelves use brass 'pins' to hold them in place. Unfortunately the pins disappeared.  No problem, I will get replacements at Home Depot. I did that but the pins are too big.  No problem, I'm sure the big hardware stores have them available online.  No.... the pins evidently are a very special size.  I let Tom know about the issue and asked him to confirm where the guys put the pins (they were in a ziplock bag for sure).  The guys said they were in a drawer but I did not find them. I asked for a solution.  After several days of no response I emailed Tom and recommended that either they purchase what I needed online (I gave him a URL of what I needed) and have them shipped to me or pretend to order them (including shipping) and send me a check for that amount and I will order them online. No reponse after 4 days.  At this point I'm annoyed that the company has yet to 'make me whole'.  It's not a big deal, about $10 in materials plus shipping.  It's as if once they have your $ there is no customer service.

    Tiffany gave me a quote and told me she was estimating on the high side just to be safe.  We had a terrible move 13 years ago with a different company and I was very nervous.  She was very understanding and reassuring.  At the end of the process, she was true to her word.  She quoted about $1100 and it was just under $900.  What a relief.

    What was also an extreme pleasure was the crew that performed the move.  Robert, Purnell and (I think) James were assigned to help finish our packing and load our items.  I can not say enough positive things about all three of them.  They very punctual, polite, courteous, and careful with our belongings.  Robert and Purnell impressed me when a neighbor was walking by and they gave her a very polite "Good Morning."  The best way I can describe the experience is...."My friends helped me move."

    Two Men & A Truck
    We had a wonderful experience with them. We moved last year and had a horrible experience with another company so we were a little nervous this year. Two Men and a Truck started off by answering all of our questions and reassuring us. On the moving day the guys showed up on time and quickly went to work. It was very hot out, but they still worked very quickly. These men treated our belongings as if they were their own. They made sure that everything was safe and handled properly. When we got to our new house they made sure that everything was put in the room where we wanted it. It's too bad that we bought a home this year, because I have finally found a moving company that I would feel comfortable using again. I highly recommend them!

    All My Sons Moving & Storage of Melbourne
    First of all when we scheduled the appointment we asked them to make sure that the movers used our cell phone number when contacting us, because our phones would be packed. We went out front gate to pick up breakfast and saw them waiting. They had called numerous times and left voicemails on our home phone. Never called cell. Overall I feel they were very rough with our things. At least a third of our boxes were left upside down in our new place, even though the top was clearly marked. We lived in a second story condo with an elevator and our mattresses and box springs were dropped (and not always caught) from our second floor walkway to the ground floor. The worst part of the day was listening to the movers constantly complain about their employers. I was told MANY times that All My Sons expected them to move slowly and take many breaks so that they would have to charge us over our estimated time. The movers were more than happy to move at a faster rate if we promised to tip them well. When we got to our new place which is a two story town house most of our things were left on the first floor because "the company has a GPS and knows how long we are here". If they ran over too much they would have to charge us more money, and it would take them a long time to get everything upstairs. When we called for the estimate we gave them all the details including the size of our space, the fact that there was an elevator at our old place and stairs at our new place. So either one of two things happened. Either the movers were purposefully moving slow and trying to make us tip them to move faster, or All My Sons low-balled our bid. I would never use them again.
