  I needed to have 2 trees trimmed asap because House was being power washed and painted. Charlie called right away after I put in request and was here the same day with an estimate and was able to complete job for me despite the very short notice. He listened to request and then offered professional advice to make it look even better. Price was fair and his employees are professional and polite. Charlie definitely cares and takes pride in his work. We would hire again for any tree needs.

  Initial estimate was given soon after I first called. They then scheduled for several weeks later. Lyle was great with confirming what I thought needed to be done as well as suggestions regarding what really did not. Entire team was on time, thorough, professional and courteous. They removed all tree debris. Work included pruning several very large oak trees, a maple tree and a few others. The removed a pine tree and several unhealthy sago palms. I have recommended them to my neighbors. I will use them again in the future.

  TROPICAL OASIS LANDSCAPING

  Landscape work they did was fine. However, they also installed drains to connect to the gutter down spouts to the edge of property line away from home. Basically, the drains were too small to carry the waterload. The water backed up at the gutter connection and overflowed causing erosion issues. I brought this to the attention of Steve and was basically ignored without so much as a effort to find a solution. We hired a civil engineer to confirm the fact that the drains were simply too small. He absolutely does not have the training to install drains correctly in complex situations. He assured us that he did and made our problem even bigger. He charged 2800 in which will all be for not because of having to fix the problem he created.

  They were very prompt in coming out to provide a price for the job. They called a few days later to schedule the removal. On the job day several different crews arrived in sequence to take the trees down, haul everything away clean up after themselves. We would diffidently use them again.

  Tree Work By Mitch Drake & Sons

  It went well except they cut one branch we did not want cut. It was in a strategic location just right to shade our house in the late afternoon. I wish they would have asked before they cut, as they did with several other branches, but once cut they couldn't glue it back. So we will hope the tree grows more branches to cover that area. They did a good job cleaning up the cut branches. I was a little surprised at the cost of tree work this year. I got three estimates and they were all 30% to 50% higher than the cost to have that same tree trimmed three years ago.
