    McGowan's Heating & Air Conditioning
    Fail. Lost air conditioning after a lightening strike, as well as many neighbors. McGowan installed all our HVAC���s in new neighborhood. We had a prepaid, preventive maintenance contract, hoping for 1st in line service, NOT. Called Tuesday evening, left message, with after hours service, two hours later received call, rep talked us out of service call that nite, but would have office call 1st thing in AM, Weds.. Never occurred. We began calling around noon, Weds., several times, no answer, left message(s). Thursday AM, received call, at this point we had contacted other service provider. Tues thru Thurs without AC in Florida is not good. We are senior citizens, this borders on criminal, if we had been invalid in anyway the results could have been bad.

    Jason, our original contact, was the consummate professional. He provided all the information we needed, and was patient with us for several days as we explored all of our options. His performance in his job is the main reason we selected Snyder and Daikin. Later, Will, and Eric were equally professional when installing our system. They answered my many questions, showed my how the system worked, and invited me to watch. If our Daikin system performs as well as Snyder's professional staff, we will gladly recommend both to all.

    Oakleaf Heating and Air Contractor
    A month after a $350 service call by Jared @ Oakleaf Heat Air we found water in the AC closet. It was cause when he installed a filter that was to large. Instead of supplying the correct filter he folded one over and place in the unit. The filter then came in contact with the Evap and condensation leaked in the unit. During a follow up call He admitted to installing the filter and made an appointment to return and fix it, but never showed up. No pride, Poor workmanship. Called Jared at Oakleaf Heating from a recommendation of the home inspector. When we went to replace the AC filter on the next PM, I found the filter was incorrect. After calling Jared about the unit being wet, he acknowledge, he did not have the correct size filter at the time of the service call, though he knew the filters were incorrect he installed them anyway. He just folded it up, pushed into place and put the covers on. After he DID NOT show up for a return appointment, (that he set up), to correct the problem. I called another Air Company. Since Oakleaf installed the wrong filter, it allowed it to touch the coil and condensation to soak the filter and water to puddle inside the unit closet. This is the comments from the second AC company:: Customer complaint of water on filter. Diagnosed cheap in improperly installed air filter making contact with evaporator coil, causing it to become wet.

    Maximum Indoor Comfort
    Tech came to the house and tested but no heat came on. tried to drain air out of the radiator for a a couple of minutes but still no heat. Tech determined that he would have to remove the floor to see if piping was installed correctly. I told him that was not happening. I signed his work order for the service call and a was charged the site visit service fee. The next day I drained the radiator myself of the air for 20 minutes and then the heat started to work and has been consistently still working. I called back Maximum indoor comfort and explained what I did and they professionally agreed to return the service call fee for not diagnosing the problem correctly. This showed they are a responsible business and trustworthy to do business with.

    Incredible, HONEST service!! Our A/C stopped blowing cold over the weekend. I was going to wait until Monday to call someone out, but decided to go ahead and have them come take a look right away. We couldn't be happier with the service! Britton quickly identified the problem and had it fixed in minutes! It was just a bad capacitor, which is a relatively inexpensive part that is not difficult for a professional to replace. He could have told us it was anything, but he was honest. The cost was very reasonable. He also explained everything to me so I understood what the issue was and why it happened. It is nice to know we have found a trustworthy HVAC contractor that we can depend on. We are now customers for life!!

    I've owned homes for the past 45 years and have dealt with many so called home professional service companies that have fallen short of their promises and my expectations. First Coast Home Pros far exceeded my expectations. Both Nick and Sergio were true professionals. They assessed the problem and explained thoroughly, our options and offered their opinions and suggestions before even beginning. Most other companies would have come in and started working without consulting the customer. They were courteous, friendly, honest and professional. A real breath of fresh air. I can't recommend them enough.

    Excellent communication with pictures of gas heating system in attic made it clear what options for improvement we wanted to have performed. We were pleased that we corrected defective flue pipes, a key point in the inspection. The blower fins needed to be taken out to be cleaned. We chose to do this, but the results went beyond a preventive step with the resultant quietness. We were impressed enough with the service to request that Sherlock install an air scrubber system, an important add on to help my spouse���s asthma. Everything was completed during the one visit. We were impressed by the professionalism of Eric Murillo and results and will use Sherlock in the future.

    FLORIDA HOME AIR CONDITIONING
    Bad from the get go. They sent a new person who didn't know much to sell me the unit. My other one was broken so I was in a hurry. They overcharged me and then from there on it was a nightmare...leaks in the system...no one could find...replacement of line set...had water in the line...and forget customer service...Every time you call someone else is on the line and they haven't the slightest idea what you are talking about. They send out poorly trained technicians some of whom mess up your system. They are such bad news. They should not be in business. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE CHARLATANS.
