    DRR Drywall Repair
Daniel Osborne did an outstanding job. It was very technical because he had to take it all the way to the studs due to water damage. He basically build it up from the wood adding sheetrock and finishing it out with edging and texture. The finish product was perfect you could not tell that work had been done. It blended in perfectly with the original walls. You have to pay for quality and Daniel is definitely a craftsman and worth the extra money. I would highly recommend him, you will not be disappointed.

    Billy & Cindy's Painting & Pressure Washing & More
This was the third time we used Billy and Cindy within the past year. We started with interior painting. Bill and Cindy did drywall work and painted the entire downstairs of our home (approx. 3500 sf ft.) There price was very competitive and their quality was excellent. They used very good paint, cleaned up everyday after their work and were very reliable (when they said they would be there, they were there). They were very easy to work with and were always polite, respective and very friendly. The great initial experience prompted us to call Billy and Cindy's services again for painting the exterior of our home a few months later (approx. 7500 sq ft). Again they did an outstanding job, used quality paint products, and started and completed the work as agreed at a very good price. Just a few days ago, Billy and Cindy completed the 3rd and most extensive project we invited them back for... a kitchen remodel. This work included, installing custom cabinetry, moving existing cabinetry, custom retrofitting of double ovens, microwave, coffee service, etc. into existing cabinetry/walls, electrical, plumbing, tile removal and installation, painting and drywall. They even feed our cats ;-) The remodel turned out amazing! I my wife or I couldn't be happier with Billy and Cindy's quality work, their attention to detail, and their easy going personalities. I would highly recommend Billy and Cindy's services to family, friends or anyone who wants outstanding results for painting, remodeling kitchens, bathrooms, etc.

We have a young Labrador retriever who eats anything and everything. He decided that the archway between our living room and kitchen would be tasty. He methodically ate his way through the drywall in several places creating some decent-sized craters. We got Joey's name from Annie's list. He had many positive reviews and for good reason. He responded to us in about 15'. He came out, took pictures of that damage and a few other areas that had gotten damaged over the years. We had an estimate the next day, and it was more than fair. He arrived promptly on the day we had set for the repair. Joey has many years experience in all aspects of the drywall business. He really knows his stuff. Even though ours was a pretty small job, compared to some, Joey treated us like he was doing a major repair. He is courteous and professional. He did a great job cleaning up, as well. We would not hesitate to use Joey again. In fact, I am not so sure that, Angus (the dog), is done experimenting on our walls!

    Hawthorne Drywall Inc
Terrible, For starter,s I thought I was hiring Elvis Hawthorne for the job, when in fact I was hiring his company. A fact I was not made aware of. Elvis is aery skilled with tile work. When I asked Elvis, the owner, what he thought!of the work done, even he said it was the worst job he had ever seen. However he did not take any responsibility for it is. He told me he fired the guy who did it, but has refused to come back to fix all of your tile work issues. Grout lines range from a quarter inch to a half an inch or larger in some places Once again, I paid in full and should never have done that also. We paid $1500 for just the title of the shower/bath tub area only. This did not include the cost of any of the tile, grout, backsplash, etc. Which would be fine for a quality job. We are going to now have to pay another $2500 to take it all down, put up new tile and start all over...and again, this does not include the cost of the grout or the tile.

The owner will tell you what a great job he'll do for you, but he does not deliver it. He was not the cheapest bid by far, but I trusted that he was going to deliver a quality job like he had promised. Installation was horrible, almost every outlet was cut too large or too small. Most of them unable to Cover with a standard size switch plate. Several butt ends were cut with a dermal leaving jagged and uneven edges. When I asked for these things to be repaired, I was yelled at, insulted, and threatened with a lean against my house! The finisher did a great job, especially since he had to put a patch around every electric box. But the painter who was supposed to put the prime coat on left trash, runs, brush marks, and fingerprints in the paint. Again when I asked for it to be repaired I was yelled at and insulted. One seam cracked before the primer was up, the "repair" was another coat of mud instead of tape. Sure enough it crAcked again a few days later. I have called and texted multiple times and I just get sent to voicemail! We spent two days sanding out the brush marks and fingerprints from the primer coat so that it can be painted. Now I'm having to do patches myself on the $3700 drywall job.

    Simon Remodeling & Home Improvement
I called for an estimate to install crown molding, complete drywall repairs, paint and complete some tile work in the shower. Dave Elkain, the owner, arrived on time on 7/6 and was very professional throughout the appointment. He told me that they were about three weeks out for scheduling and asked if that would be an issue and I told him no and that we weren't in a huge rush. He then stated he would provide the estimate by close of business the following day. I was very impressed with him and told him about some future work we were looking to complete on our home as well and we were prepared to move forward with him with a reasonable estimate. I never received the estimate the next day and followed up with an email the following Wednesday (7/12). When we didn't receive a response to that as well, my husband called and left a voicemail and we've never received a response back. If he wasn't interested in taking the job, I wish he would have been up front about it so we wouldn't have wasted time waiting for a response when we could have started a new search for someone who wanted the job.

Joey did a great job! We are very pleased with his work. We enjoyed talking with him too! He's a great guy. If we have need of any other ceiling or drywall repair, he would be the first person we would call.

Robert Roberts First Coast Roofing Inc
Over all the project went well. There was some frustration on our end trying to get the job started, however, there were over 100,000 roof claims in Jacksonville after Hurricane Matthew and only 3000 roofers in the general area. I vented often to them and they were responsive and helped patch issues while waiting to get our job started. When the job got started, they moved it along quickly and did an excellent job from start to finish. This was a roof replacement based on insurance adjusters assessment from the hurricane damage. Roberts Handled all the processing of the paperwork with the insurance company and we just paid them the deductible. Total cost of the job was $26000. The job also included some internal Drywall water damage repair. The subcontractor they used for the work also did an excellent job. Hurricane deductible was $8000.

    Premier Home Remodeling LLC
From the beginning to the end everything went great!  Mike and his crew were great to work with and professional in everything they did. They were courteous and even had a sense of humor which always goes a long way.

Mike was able to build & design me the exact custom closet organized/cabinet I wanted after having at least 5 other companies that claimed to specialize in closets refused to build it and even said it couldn't be done.  I couldn't be more pleased with the results.  Mike is someone that actually listens to what his client wants and does it instead of saying "it can't be done" he says "let's see how it can be done".

Mike and his crew painted and did amazing touch-ups on our home too.  Not to mention bring back life to our drabby front door.

I love the bathroom remodel he did on our pool bath including the custom floating shelves he built us to match our new counter tops.

Custom designed the garage shelves just the way we wanted them.  WOW, what a differance it made in adding space and organization to our garage.

There isn't anything negative I could say about this company.  We have been happy with everything they have done for us.

We will be hiring Mike again in the very near future as we have already made a new list of things we want him to do for us.

I would suggest Premier Home Remodeling LLC in a minute to any of my friends and family.  They clean up behind themselves, are honest, and will go above and beyond to make you happy.  They are also thoughtful and kind. Even helped me unload my groceries one day.
