    Joe explained the process very clearly. He said that his price was slightly higher than other bids as he used the highest quality ingredients. He was there every day until the job was done. The first day or so was just spent scrubbing my roof to assure the proper seal. He then applied the sealant and since my roof has survived 2 hurricanes while my neighbors have had substantial roof damage. I was told that I escaped damage due the the care and quality of Joe���s Work

    They replaced the control panel, but didn't replace the shield on the handle, and didn't mention it. I called them and they knew that they didn't have the part, but said they would come back with it. It has been almost two weeks, and I haven;t heard back.

    Made some sort of adjustment, said it would work now, charged us $45 and left. Icemaker still didn't work. Called Conard numerous times, they wouldn't come back to fix problem. Very, very, unprofessional. Had to pay someone else to install new icemaker kit, which I already had on hand when Conard visited.

    Tony came out within an hour of calling. He repaired the dryer and dishwasher, also serviced the washing machine and cleaned the dryer vent. Was extremely knowledgeable and personable. I will happily share his information with everyone in the neighborhood. So happy that we found him and now have someone to trust with my Mom's appliance maintenance.

    Bruno was great. Arrived when he said he would and evaluated the problem and provided a written quote. He had to order a part for the repair and had scheduled to come by and complete the repair between 9-11am. An unavoidable conflict came up relating to my job and I called Bruno at 8:15 on the day of the appointment to reschedule for the afternoon. When I explained the situation he offered to come right away and complete the repair. He arrived about 10 minutes later and was finished within 15 minutes. A++++++ on customer service!

    It went pretty awful......I was in tears after I got off the phone with Mark. When I told him it wasn't cooling he told me because I have a Samsung he is not willing to even try to work on it, that Samsung is crap and that I need to call Samsung. Then he tells me to have my husband look at it. Well since I am divorced and a single mom that would be impossible to do. I told him 'I don't have a husband that is why I rely on people like you to help!!" He says, "Well I saw the motorcycle in the garage.....' THAT IS MY 21 Year old SONS. If i had a husband, why would I be calling this guy in the first place??? Pretty rude and upsetting if you ask me :( Now I'm back to square 1 not sure what to do. Warning to single moms, don't call Mark.

    We contacted Tony on Wednesday and he was at our house on Thursday as scheduled (and on time). He looked at the stove and told us exactly what was needed to repair it. He ordered the part and returned on Monday (again on time) to repair the burner. Our stove is working great again. We would not hesitate to contact him again in the future.

    Mike arrived when he said he would and diagnosed the problem after a thorough check of the machine. He ordered a part and returned several days later. After installation of the part, he discovered that it did not correct the problem. He did some research on the computer and admitted he misdiagnosed the problem and was ordering the correct part. I was amazed at the honesty and professionalism of Mike and the backing of the Company on the error. I was not charged for the wrong part. Mike returned to install the correct part. He was courteous, prompt and did fix the problem. I recommend Allen's Appliance without hesitation. I will use them if the need arises for another appliance repair.

    I was so impressed with Tony's service because he had us try things before he came out and he pretty much knew what the problem was before he came. He was so professional and he applied the service fee of $55 towards the labor. He told us over the phone that this was a high end dryer and that is what made me decide to try the service before investing in a new one even though our dryer is at least 15 yrs old.  A lot of dryer problems come from the dryer vents not being cleared on a regular basis. He put us on a list to have our vents cleared every two years.  I highly recommend Tony Mc Mullin.

    Call Tony in morning and he was able to fit me in and stopped by within half hour.  Had the mother board replaced, & cleaned grill while the fridge was pulled out. Had fridge working within half hour.  Very prompt service, professional, friendly, neat & clean work principles, reasonable price. Will definitely refer to friends.
