    IN-HOME Miami Personal Trainer Mindbodydrive
Elizabeth is a great personal trainer. I love that she comes to my home which allows me to workout outdoors. She also brings her own equipment so I didnt have to go out and buy anything. She is very good at explaining the correct way to do each exercise and always makes sure that I am comfortable with it. Elizabeth is a wonderful motivator and sends me text and emails throughout the week to keep me on track. She is very sweet and genuine which was really important to me to find someone who really cares about their clients and Elizabeth fits that and more. Since starting with her, I have noticed that I have gotten much stronger. I have also lost a few inches and pounds.

Elizabeth has helped me be consistent at making it to the gym. Since having Elizabeth as my coach I have consistently been going to the gym 3 times a week with her for 40 min and I also started walking and jogging on my own on a regular basis. Before having Elizabeth as my coach I was not able to be consistent at any exercise routine. I also have clothes that I was not able to fit into in December that now in March I am able to fit into comfortably. Having Elizabeth as my coach has helped me find a way to have a healthier lifestyle. Elizabeth is a dedicated trainer. She cares about her clients and is a happy person and nice to be around. I have learned that I am an obliger. I need someone to hold me accountable and Elizabeth provides that for me forcing me to be more active and have a healthier lifestyle which was one of my goals when starting with Elizabeth. I am able to fit into dresses I was not able to fit into since before I had my son. I am able to fit into jeans that I could not fit into in December. I am able to fit into shorts that I was not able to in December. Overall I feel better about myself and how I look. I am stronger than I was in December when I started training with Elizabeth and my endurance has improved as well. I would definitely recommend Elizabeth to others. It is great to have a team mate looking to achieve the same health goals as you are.

The only reservation I have about her office is that, it seems like you're kind of waiting like you were already there 45 minutes past your appointment time but I like the work she does. She's done a good job in managing my type 2 diabetes. I would use her again in the future.

The pool has only two lanes open, but there is also an open area where people can swim. Given I go very early, the limited number of lanes is not an issue for me. The staff is friendly and courteous and the gym is kept clean. The parking lot is well lit and one feels safe going even very early in the morning.

As far as the personal training, I had multiple problems.  I paid $4,000-$5,000 for the training.  They fired my trainer and never got anyone else then called me from a different club and basically asked if I wanted to do personal training...I wanted to review my old sessions first and asked if they'd call back, well they never did.  They also expired my remaining personal training without telling me.  It's a constant battle to be able to use it and the trainers are always trying to scan the bar codes so they get paid when I am not even there. I think I'm going to have to get a lawyer get in contact with them about my unused  training hours that they expired. I shouldn't have to be in constant battle with them to figure out what to do with the funds that I've paid them. Very unstable. The reason I left an 'F' for quality is because they fired your trainer and never got anyone else...the trainer was good but they never replaced him.  Make sure you keep your paperwork because my wife had signed up for special deals and they cancelled them.  Her membership is supposed to be $19/month and they raised it to $32/month so be very careful and read in between the lines.

My training went great last night. I typically go for the advanced class on Monday evenings and the Self Defense/Fundamentals classes on Tuesday and Thursday evenings. Great place to train! No attitudes here, everyone helps each other, we're like a family. Professor Dongo breaks everything down for us step by step and helps us individually during our practice sessions. He answers all our questions and wants us to advance to our fullest potential. BJJ is more than just a martial art, its a lifestyle... we uphold its integrity with honor.

    Jain, Dr. Mudit
I was refered to Dr.Mudit to have an ultrasound i've been to this office 3 times and the waiting room is usually dirty and old and worn looking. But the stuff are nice and frienly. My first visit was uneventful and with no problems. The second one For this appoitment the Dr. had a very cold beside manner. He acted like he wanted little or no interaction with me. No description or guides of the procedure at all and dismissed me at the end of the appoitment and he only said and quot; follow meand quot; and he let me to the front office to make a follow appoitment. At the follow-up appoitmemt again the stuff was friendly but again the doctor had a cold beside mmaner so my visit with the doctor consisted off him telling me i was fine and then his cellphone ran and he took the call in front of me during my visit and he turned and walk away continuin his personal conversation opened the door to the room and he just said to me and quot;follow meand quot; he let me to the front office and told the admin person to make an appoitment in a year and walk away without saying a word to me. I never been to a and quot;Doctorand quot; as rude as this and will never go back to this doctor again.

    JIM'S BICYCLES
On a rainy Thursday afternoon, I wanted to drop my mountain bike off for service.  It was 6:15PM and the only place nearby that was open was Jim's.
I brought in the bike and within 30 seconds someone was interacting with me, asking how they could help with my bike.  I mentioned that I wanted a tune-up (adjustment of derailleurs, lubrication, brakes, tighten up the head bracket / bottom bracket if required, etc) and that my back wheel was wobbly.  The service technician spun the back wheel once and said it was probably a broken spoke; then he quickly found it.  Nice!  He quoted me $49 for the tune-up and with it, the spoke would be $2.  Turnaround time was quoted as 2 days.
Saturday afternoon, we got the call that my bike was ready for pickup.  (They are open until 6PM on Saturday)
When I picked it up, I inspected the bike starting with the head bracket.  The technician that worked on my bike remembered the work done, and immediately said that yes, the head bracket was loose and that he tightened it.  I asked if they had adjusted the indexed shifters, they said yes and mentioned some other things that were also adjusted.  Both the rims looked perfect, with no wobbly spots... good as new, better than they've been in years!  Satisfied with their attention to detail and professionalism, I went to pay but they wanted me to take it for a spin first, to make sure I was 100% satisfied with their work.  The front brakes did need to be tightened, they quickly tightened them (a hand adjustment) and said that was a matter of preference and that they usually leave them a little looser to allow for minor wobbles out on the trails.  They put caps on my handlebar ends (the old ones were long gone on some singletrack somewhere).  Total price with tax was $55.11
Before leaving, I asked about another bike in the $500 price range.  They said for that price range I can get a decent mountain bike with front suspension (hardtail).  (Almost all the bikes in the shop don't have price tags on them, or at least none that I could see.)  According to the owner, the bikes they sell are all functional and cost-effective (that's my style).  At least one of the well-known brands that starts with a "C" was not represented in their shop.  There were a couple of used bikes we looked at, both with full suspension.  We discussed the components on each, what was good and bad, and the relative shape each bike was in.  They let me test drive (outside) the bike I was most interested in.  I mentioned the front suspension seemed spongy, they said that can be adjusted and it probably needed some air.  We didn't end up looking at any new bikes because I had somewhere to be.
Overall a great experience.  Will definitely be back for service and when I'm ready to buy another bike I'll start my search there. The people working there (and the owner) have the right attitude.  They are genuinely interested in making their customers happy and they're competent.   Combined with reasonable prices and extended hours compared to the other guys makes this bike shop an easy recommendation.

I like the atmosphere and everybody's working out. The building is light and airy and pretty which is a good thing. I use a trainer there but my trainer got another job. The first person I ended up was extremely rude but I do like it there. It's a place that I need and you have a feeling of full maintenance. Some are not as professional as they should be and they have tremendous turn over. The carpets are also warm but the office is unbearable. Some are rude and some are not but they're punctual. It really is convenient.
