    Gutter MD Inc
GutterMD made this an easy project. Roxanne was easy to work with during quoting and planning and D was awesome during installation. I got quotes from three different companies and they were within 10% of each other. I went with GutterMD because Roxanne was such a professional. Id absolutely use them again.

    The Home People
At the beginning the representative from the company "Arik" Came to the house and showed us what would be done the type of roofing material we would like to have, and the price for the roof. All seemed good until they started the roofing job, first thaey came and took off the old material, I was charged a good amount of money for a dumpster to be placed on property for refuse to go into... They brought a trailer and loaded it up instead. I attempted to contact Arik over this matter and his phone message is that he doesnt accept phone calls please text him, now mind you this is after being told I could contact him at any time since he was the project foreman. So I text him to no avail... finally when he does call he assures me that that is the cost of taking that material to the dump. Now mind you they hire outside contractors to put the roof on the house and at best only one of the people working on the job speaks a little bit of broken English. The contractors then put tar paper on my roof and thats the way it sits for almost a month, several calls/texts to Arik later and being given the runaround that they had a problem with the city getting them the permit. I went to the city and asked what the hold up was for the permit? The city said it was only awaiting final approval and that nobody has come by to pick it up. I said I am the home owner and would like to pick it up myself, they had to get approval from "The Home People" and they would release the permit. I gave them another contact through another contact at the company by the name of Meir, and quickly got the permit. another week after the permit they finally started shingling the house, by yet another subcontracting crew that spoke worse English than the first crew! Arik had advised that he would come by and see how the progress was going, but not once did he stop by, call or any other form of contact, unless it was me griping about something that hadn't been done and mostly poor Meir was the one I was in contact with more than anyone else. So if you are in the market for a new roof save yourself some headache, hire some guys from outside of Home Depot, you will get better service from them!!

    Florida Plumbing Solutions
Reroute kitchen hot water line through attic from a slab leak with copper piping. John's price was fair and in the ball park of other estimates. What stood out, and why I choose him, was how knowledgable and honest he was about the work to be preformed. The work he provided was impeccable! Even the permit review person admired his work. It is clear John is an expert in his field, thorough, efficient, extremely neat, prompt and super nice. So happy to have my hot water back! I would highly recommend!

A1 Underground & Plumbing Services LLC
One of the best providers I have had the chance to work with in South Florida....after living here for 40 years.....that says a lot. I would definitely recommend to anyone that is faced with the significant issue of replacing all of their underground plumbing...a large expense that is underground.

    Cape Plumbing Inc
The job went great! Thomas and John were both professional and courteous. They were thorough with their work and clearly explained what they were doing throughout the process. They even advised me on how to prevent and check for future problems. When the job was done, they cleaned the area they had to dig up and left the site better than they found it. Thomas and John certainly went above and beyond.

    Gutter MD Inc
I read reviews on quite a few companies, and ultimately reached out to three. Out of the three that I called, Roxanne was the ONLY was to answer immediately and offer to set up an estimate within 24 hours. Roxanne came out, gave me an estimate, and a very fair price so I agreed to their price and had them install the gutters. I was under a bit of a time crunch and they were able to fit me in a day later, which was great. The installer (D) came out to install the gutters and was extremely professional and very nice. He was here about 3 hours and his work was impeccable. When he left I was very happy with the job. The next day I had an inspector from the city here to sign off on something for my pool patio, and he was not happy with the downspout placement. I called Roxanne and she sent the installer back out the next day and he moved the downspout, re-pitched the gutters and once again, left an extremely clean and well installed product. Overall I am very happy with my experience, and would easily hire them again! Thank you Roxanne & D !

    Sustainscape, Inc.
My husband and I first contacted Dennis De Zeeuw who is the founder of Sustainscape Inc. because of a severe problem with drainage in our back yard. This occurred each time there was a torrential downpour that are far too common in South Florida, more so it seems this past year. There is just too much rain in a short period of time and the ground simply could not absorb all of the water. Our back yard was underwater as was both our outside patio and our enclosed porch. Not only were both patios flooded with rain water but there were spots in the yard from the constant pounding rain where the grass had eroded; flooding our patios with brown muddy water (attached photos img_3364,3366, 3369 & 3371)This problem was magnified as we have three large puppies that could not go out in the back yard at all and had to be constantly walked all day long. There was so much water and mud that our shop vac, which is rated for small commercial construction jobs, was no match for the task at hand, as we had to empty the rather large container at least 6 to 8 times. We finally had to give up because there was no where for us to continue to dump out the water that wasnt already flooded. To add insult to injury the weather turned quite cool in the evenings, with temperatures below normal in the low 50s combined with above average rainfall which made this situation especially stressful. As you can imagine it was no fun standing outside in cold water in shorts while it was raining at 10:30 at night trying to get ahead of the deluge. Unfortunately this was not an isolated incident but rather a too frequent and reoccurring problem. Dennis sent us a proposal the same day he came out to study the problem and we immediately accepted his very reasonable terms and asked him to schedule us as soon as he possibly could. He did explain he was booked for the next month but we felt we had weathered this problem for this long it was worth waiting for Dennis and his crew to do the work for us. That turned out to be the right call. Dennis knew rain was forecast for the end of the week and he called and said he was doing everything he could to come out the day before the rain was expected and wanted to know if that was OK with us. Of course we were delighted and appreciated his consideration. Sure enough he came out with three workers the day before the rain was scheduled to begin falling to install the new French Drain. I cannot begin to tell you what a wonderful job they did. The three workers, removed an old corrugated drain pipe that was no longer working, dug a 20 long and 5 deep trench in preparation for the new drain and installed drainage rock at the base of the trench to add in additional drainage. They also tested the drain once it was installed and completely backfilled the entire area. Not only did they install this drainage system in a single day, but they also regraded the ground immediately surrounding the drain itself and properly re-positioned the outside patio pavers at the proper angle to allow better drainage away from the house. The new drain was positioned so that all of the water exiting the drain pipe flowed out towards the end of the property. Dennis called the next day after it had been raining for a while to inquire if everything was working properly and of course it was. We sent him some of photos I have attached to this review so he could see first hand what an excellent job he and his crew did (attached photos img_3381, 3383, 3384,3385 & 3386). Obviously the photos with the flooding and mud are pre drain installation and the photos with the clean patio (img_3395, 3397, &3398)showing the rain properly draining were after the installation by Sustainscape. You can see how hard it was raining by looking at the water on the screens of the enclosed patio, yet notice there is not one drop of water on our patio other than what came through the patio screens. Here is an additional photo (img_3403) taken facing Northeast from the front of my house showing how it rained so hard that our entire street had flooded and the water stopped at my next door neighbors house just short of my home. Dennis and his crew are to be commended for doing excellent work, at a very reasonable cost, and in record time. And if I didnt already state this, let me reiterate how immaculate they left the area. I am still amazed at the large trench in our yard at the inception of this project and how little earth appeared to be disturbed when they were finished. Did I mention they did all of this work in just one day? Amazing! The next day several pieces of strategically placed sod and there was no trace any work had been done. Dennis and his entire crew were all very knowledgeable, professional, polite, hardworking and down to earth, and you truly couldnt ask for nicer guys. Every time it rains now, we think of Dennis and his guys and say a prayer of thanks to them. We highly recommend this company and will absolutely be using them again in the future as we are very interested in having low maintenance, sustainable landscaping indigenous to South Florida. Kudos for a job well done!
