Toilet install

Valerie the receptionist was very pleasant and informative over the phone. Mr. Cole was able to fit me in on the same day I called. When he arrived he gave me an idea of issues that could occur and took me through the process as he worked. I made a slight error with my own measurments and Mr. Cole was able to work around it and there was no extra charge or longer work times. He and his assistant were focused, professional, clean, and not only gave the best phone estimate but they actually kept that price! They were in and out in a little over hour and that was with them investigating a totally separate issue I was having. I will surely call them again for all things plumbing!!! Thank you Mr. Cole!! Had a repairman recently install a hot water heater for a zone of the house. Was not getting hot water and/or pressure to the sinks or shower. Bob was reccomended by the repairman. Steve, from Bob's shop, arrived about an hour after my call, spoke to us about the problem and began checking the system. He worked to find a solution other than opening up walls and floors for repiping. Ultimately through his years of experience, he tested all systems in a manner that eliminated most of the possibilities. He discovered material that had disintegrated in the old heater and had seeped into the hot water faucets and lines. He was able to clean out the lines and faucets and correct the problem without going on a "hunt" in the walls, which would have been futile. Excellent, well thought out approach to resolving our issue.

As indicated above, it was an excellent piece of work.
