ADiscount Pool and PatioIt was amazing how well it turned out. We absolutely love our patio now. Joe and the crew were punctual and very professional. They helped give great advice and made excellent suggestions to help us make this the best project ever! After getting a quote (all fully written out and detailed of specific work to be performed) and permits pulled, we had to push the job out due to some unexpected work at our house that prevented them from starting (all due to something completely unrelated to them but held them back from starting). They were so patient with us and still held to the quote. Once they could start, it came together just as they said, they helped us understand what to expect and kept to their schedule. They resurfaced the pool, bull-nosed the edging, redid the full patio pavers, and put in all new tile and skimmer. We added the tile angel fish at the bottom of the pool, so much fun, so happy we did. All top quality materials- it LOOKS GREAT! Thank you. I have given Joe's name and number to 2 of my neighbors already. I found communication best and very timely if I emailed with Joe and the company rather than just a phone call. Joe was always concerned with any issues and how the work was progressing and returned any emails I sent quickly.- Susan F.

He accommodated any last-minute changes happily and was meticulous with the job. His crew were fantastic, cleaned up after every workday, and were very professional. ALoyal is not a word one typically uses for a roofing company, but that is the word I use for Earl of Earl Johnston roofing. You will NEVER be left high and dry wondering why no one can fix your roof issue. Earl never walks away from his customers even when things are complicated like in my homeowner’s association where my house is connected to others but we ALL pay for our own roofs. It is a mess. But Earl took the time to come out and speak to me personally and agreed to help me even though he did not have to. My warranty with his company was up long ago. He has been in this business a long time, knows roofs like the back of his hand, and his company is not fly by night, here now, gone tomorrow. My roof was done in one day, and inspected and passed the next. The people who work for the company are friendly and professional.His office staff are also professional and prompt. They return calls quickly. With Earl Johnston, you get what you pay for, quality.

FWe called them on December 14 to give us an estimate for driveway pavers. Said they would have someone get back to us to schedule an appointment. Their rep Sal called us the next day and we set an appointment for him to come on 12/17 at 4 pm. At 4:30 he had not shown up, so we called him only to get his voicemail. We left a callback message. Then we called their office and received a voicemail that they were on another line and would call us back. Left a callback message. Neither one ever called us back. How unprofessional is that?!! Please stay clear of this company.
