AArmortech Windows & Doors IncEric and Scott replaced my ingress/egress doors and all of my windows. The doors were installed about a month earlier than the windows as they arrived at the shop earlier. Eric and Scott are very friendly and easy guys to get along with. They do good work. Brian was the salesman who walked me through everything about the window installations and explained how to choose the appropriate windows and doors. Another Brian came out and did all of the intricate measurements, even triple checking them, making sure they were correct.- Debi C.

Everything was installed correctly and they even pointed out a small crack in one of the window frames so they had a new window ordered and then came back and installed the new window. They cleaned up everything before they left. We made the right choice is selecting ArmorTech for the job.- John H.

The job was not messy as I'd envisioned; the installers were orderly and cleaned up well. The final work surpassed my expectations, the windows are great, and are an improvement over the old windows are as described. (Filtering bright sunlight, reducing noise, easy to use, etc.). AA1 Windows & DoorsI took a photo of the windows & measurements & submitted all of that online to A1 Windows & Doors. They gave me a price & I agreed to an in person estimate & measurement. I signed their agreement & put 1/2 of the estimate down & my windows were ordered on October 9, 2020 , and were installed November 23, 2020. The installers were on time & were clean, courteous & professional. They totally cleaned up everything, and I cannot express how pleased i am with the finished product.- JoAnn M.

FWork was ok, about 4 years ago. Loved the salesman which is the main reason we went with them. Waited some time for the crimshield screens. The main problem with this company is their customer service after the product. They 1. charge very high prices for everything, warranty is very sparse on the coverage 2. have called MANY times for service and answerss about leaking in tropical storm eta. There was no drainage to assist with removal of heavy rains. was treated horribly by all of the members in the office. Would totally recommend you run fast to another company if you are looking for new screens and rolladens. I wished I had just bought new hurricane proof windows. Would not have water damaged wood floors. Now I don't even get a call back. I have asked for a factory rep. No reply. Gregg Moore, the "owner" called and offered to sit down with us and "make a plan" to make us happy. Never heard back from him. Keep getting calls from the next. manager (think his name is Desmond but not worth remembering because he is condescending and horribly rude) who loses his temper while speaking with me and has actually hung up on me. This is NOT customer service and if you are even remotely considering this product, run to the next company for equal quality and most likely better customer service. My problem is was not so much with the original installation it is the customer service AFTER THE SCREENS ALLOWED THE WATER TO OVERFLOW IN TO MY WOOD FLOORS. The crimshield screens have a horrible design flaw

AFound Paradise Exteriors on homeadvisor.com. Made an appointment. Representative Danny ******* came right out and was very informative and explained everything very thoroughly. Was able to purchase energy-efficient, hurricane-impact vinyl within my budget. The installers were very neat, professional, and also informative about the installation process. Installed 3 Windows in just 3 hours! No other company I spoke with agreed to do only 3 Windows, but Paradise did. From the time of the agreement to the day of installation it only took 8-10 weeks as I was told. Definitely notice a big difference in temperature in the room where the windows were installed and they are much quieter. They look much better than the old aluminum Windows I had before. They are much smoother as far as operation and aesthetics. Very happy and have told my neighbors about Paradise Exteriors windows & doors. Will also continue to spread the word about them.
