    We just started taking our pets to SE Animal Clinic several months ago (two dogs, four cats). We really put them to the test caring for our 12+ year old golden retriever who seemed to be aging rapidly and having lots of physical challenges. Dr. Besette and his staff were SO caring, helpful, cheerful, responsive and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, the Dr found that our dog had an un-treatable condition and had to be put down. The entire experience, as difficult as it was for us emotionally, transpired in the best way it possibly could have. We were so grateful that we found this exceptional clinic to help us through this difficult time. We completely trust SE Animal Clinic with all of our pets, who are important members of our family.

    I can't say enough wonderful things about Happy Tails. My baby used to get cut/Bathed needing tranquilizes so nervous.     Precocious Pets Grooming Salon
    We were very pleased with the results of having Brandy groom our large male ragdoll cat, Reggie. He had many matted knots in his fur that required a very caring groomer to complete the very clean, professional grooming that helped make Reggie look like a million bucks! Brandy was very accommodating of our time schedule and was able to groom Reggie with a very short notice. Brandy is truly a pet lover and an exceptional groomer. We highly recommend using Precocious Pet Grooming Salon to anyone that wants a professional, exceptional pet grooming experience. Note that we originally called Brandy and left her a message to call us back. We found out that she was out walking some of her client's dogs when we first called her. She returned our call in short order and was happy to groom Reggie the same day. We will definitely use Precocious Pet Grooming Salon again.

    The Red Hydrant Pet Spa and Boutique
    THE OWNER IS A HORRIBLE MONSTER. I refuse to even call him a human being as there is no sign of humanity in him. The owner is absolutely terrible! He has no customer service skills and no heart. He is extremely patronizing and needs to be knocked off of his high horse. Never in my life have I been treated so abhorrently. I wanted to support a small business in these hard times but this was the biggest mistake. I received a call this morning with the owner rudely declaring to me that I had an appointment at 8am today and where was ... am I coming inI?! He made it a point to say that he had confirmed with me yesterday. I had confirmed it with him but the time was not discussed when I confirmed it and I innocently got it mixed up and thought it was at 9am. I had set an alarm and everything thinking it was for sure at 9am. Let me point out that, mistakes happen, I’m HUMAN, I didn’t maliciously decide to miss my appointment and come at the wrong time. There’s a lot going on right now ... something called Covid! We all have enough to deal with these days. In these trying times we should all treat each other with kindness, respect and understanding. Besides all that, I profusely apologized even though he was talking to me in such a patronizing tone and continued to make me feel like a horrible person despite all my apologies. After I had profusely apologized for the confusion I asked if he would still be able to take my dog today and he said yes but he didn’t know if I he could get him in and then mumbled about how he would have to be there all day and they would see what they could do. I thought this was a very odd way to answer a simple question but I felt so horrible for not being there on time and didn’t want to inconvenience them with losing an appointment so I rushed on over there. I thought my berating had finally ended after that initial call but when I got there it continued. He gave me this annoyed look when I checked in and said in a patronizing tone to me how he would try to squeeze him and wasn’t sure if they could get him done. He was so rude to me despite the fact that the moment I got in there I again apologized for the mix up. Then he continued to patronizingly ask me if I get the texts from red hydrant which I did not know if I did or not. I had it at this point as I had put up with his rude and patronizing attitude all morning and I had already apologized so much to him. At this point I felt verbally abused and bullied by him. He had driven his point all morning about how annoyed he was and would not let up with his attitude despite my sincere apologies. I kindly said to him that I did not appreciate the way he was talking to me. I literally had tears in my eyes because I was being treated with such coldness. The response I got from him was to tell me that he was trying to locate the PROBLEM so that this wouldn’t happen again and then he accused me of being a liar about not knowing that my appointment was at 8. I told him I didn’t appreciate the way he was talking to me and treating me (while tears are in my eyes) and he got angry and said that I should leave and he would walk me out the door. As I was gladly departing with my dog he screamed at me that I was a liar. So for a recap I innocently got my appointment time mixed up, I took responsibility for it and profusely apologized, rushed over there and then got berated even more. I have worked in customer service for many years and in my entire life I never once treated a customer the way he treated me. He needs to learn how to treat people with respect and dignity. You can’t go around being a bully and treating everyone like they are less than you. I pray that he finds healing and learns to treat people with kindness before he goes out of business. I also want to note that if you look up this place and read the reviews on yelp, google and angies list you will see many reviews stating how awful the owner Roman is an how bad his customer service is.

    It went great!! Love the two Girls at Animal Art Pet Salon! My pup didn’t want to leave!! I could tell he had a fabulous spa day, full of yummy treats and lots of TLC! We will definitely be back!

    The owner, Ms. Carolyn Spradlen and her associate (Ms. Pam) are two of the sweetest and most caring individuals we have ever met. Both of these ladies truly care about the pets left in their care, and more importantly to me they're both loving pet owners too. They always treated our "kids", a beagle and a basset hound as if they were their own. We've been using Dixie Kennels for over 10 years and have NEVER been disappointed. Our pets stayed inside the air conditioned facility on comfortable cots Ms. Carolyn provides. They always got their medicines and treats on schedule, just like they do when they are home. We never had to worry about our pets when they were at Dixie Kennels. While away on one particular vacation, we actually got a telephone call from Ms. Carolyn to let us know that our beagle seemed to be under the weather. Ms. Carolyn monitored her closely and called us with updates, in the end it turned out to be an upset tummy that cleared on its own but it's the personal touch like the telephone call that make Ms. Carolyn stand out above and beyond other kennel providers we have used. Each time we picked our pets up after typically a week long stay, they were professionally groomed. Prices for the kennel services were less than our veterinarian's office charged us, and the grooming service price (which is extra) was equally competitive and well worth the expense - they got the full treatment each time including their nails and ears (our beagle is pictured below). We highly recommend Dixie Kennel and Ms. Carolyn!

    My dog had just had a Seresto collar put on her. Two days later she went to Pet Crafters and mysteriously the $58.00 collar was lost. I called both the groomer and the owner and got no help from them. Their stories kept changing. I called the owner again today and she refused to get on the phone with me. I am now out $58.00 and am on a fixed income. I used my stimulus check to purchase the collar for my dog because she and my cat are my babies and all I have. If you do decide to do business with them, do NOT leave anything of value with your pet.
