    American Cabinet* Granite* Floors
Beware!! I had my kitchen remodeled by American CGF. They are unprofessional and have poor workmanship. Their installer made several installation mistakes that they didn't want to own up to. The worse was the installation of the pulls on doors and drawers. Half were installed crooked. When brought to their attention I was told I was being too picky and that nothing is perfect. He tried to justify it by saying the pulls were defective but when removed you could obviously see that the holes drilled were not in alignment. They agreed to "adjust" them with no success. The installer was adamant that they were level. When I asked him to stand back and look at them or put a level on them he refused saying he did it by measurements. I repeated my request and he got very upset, slammed his hand on the counter, yelled at me saying he was leaving and to call the Joe, the owner. I felt bullied and intimidated to accept the crooked pulls. Joe sided with the installer never once coming out to see for himself. He said he had better things to do. After several heated conversations with Joe and saying I would not pay my balance till the pulls were corrected he agreed to order new drawer fronts and a door. After three different orders because the first two had a missing drawer front and damaged door, he got upset that the third order had a wrong size drawer front and said he was done, wanted his final payment so that he could see what he could do legally. He also suggested that I hire someone else to install the pulls which I was ok with since I had no confidence in his installer and refused to be bullied. Joe said several different times that he was bending over backwards for me and I was still not satisfied. Not my fault that mistakes were made with the orders and needed to be reordered. Also not my fault the pulls were crooked. He didnt own up to any of the mistakes that were made, tried to justify them by saying I was too picky. He was very unprofessional. The other installation problem were the baseboards. They were to remove my existing stone 6" baseboards and replace them with wood. Well in one area the baseboards were too high and prevented the cabinet door from being fully opened so he just cut off the top 2" of the baseboard and left it that way. They expected me to accept it that way. He refused to change them out and I had to hire someone to put in 4" baseboards. There was another installation problem with the cabinets over the stove but it was a matter of ordering the correct size cabinet as I had not said I was installing a microwave over the stove. However he wanted me to pay for the extra cabinet and shipping till I reminded him that it was not my fault. I had a hood over the stove which was to be reinstalled. Then before I could get someone out to install my pulls he was demanding I pay the balance or he would put a lien on my home. We had agreed that I would subtract the bill for both the install of the baseboards and pulls from my balance and remit that amount. I didn't have a bill yet for the installation of the pulls and had to tell him several times that I would send a check when I knew what it would cost me. It took several texts for him to understand. Again very unprofessional to threaten me when I was in the right. From demolition to finish it took 3 months! A job that Joe had said would take 10 days to 2 weeks. Wish I could post some pictures!! Updated 10/1/2019: American's answer to my review are full of lies. They didn't fix my baseboards, I had to hire someone else to. Same with the pulls. I had to hire someone else to install them straight! And I didn't have to order new ones three times. I'm not surprised at their rebuttal. They don't own up to anything they do wrong. They just try to bully you into excepting their mistakes.

KBF remodeled our kitchen four years ago and we were so pleased that we called them when we wanted to remodel our master bathroom this year. We love our new bathroom. Brian helped design both the kitchen and bathroom. The remodel took three months, which at times seemed long but the result is perfect and well worth the wait. The workers were polite, considerate and kept the concrete dust to a minimum; cleaned up after each days work. They answered all our questions. We were always notified by the office staff of when workers would arrive. Shane, our project manager, was always available by text, phone or email. He responded promptly to questions or concernseven when he was on vacation! He personally checked on the progress frequently. We are extremely satisfied with the quality of materials as well as the workmanship. Thank you KBF!

    K & E Repair Solutions L.L.C
Spent $14,020.87 to have K&E paint my house, install new French doors, repair deck, and build new doors for workshop attached to house. The French doors do not close properly at the bottom, leaving a gap where bugs can just walk in. The boards on the deck are popping up because they were not screwed down properly. The workshop doors leave a 1/2 in. gap between them in the middle and over an inch at the top and bottom.

Beware!!! This is the contractor you hear horror stories about. Per our contract, the job to be complete in 180 days. We are now over 500 days, attorneys involved, stop work order from county for no electrical, plumbing, or structural permits for the work he did. Huge driveway he put in had huge cracks a couple weeks after it was poured and continues to get worse, its falling apart. Concrete was tested by 3rd party and every core sample drilled was not 4 thick. Some areas were as thin as 2 5/8. Worst drywall repairs Ive seen. Nothing is straight or level. We have gotten estimates for roughly $50,000 to fix everything that is screwed up. We are thousands of dollars into attorney fees with no end in site. To top it all off, he put a lien on our house. Everyone that has come to look at the issues cant believe how bad things were done. Dont understand how someone doing work like this has zero bad reviews. I waited to post bad reviews until my attorney told me it was ok to do so. There are too many issues to list everything in detail. Just beware, we tried to be patient and give him the opportunity to make things right, but it just kept getting worse until we were too far in to hire someone else. All the money was gone. He was paid roughly $100,000 ( he never got the final payment of about 15k because he never completed the job ) and like I said before, we have estimates for roughly $50,000 to fix all the issues. Poor quality work includes drywall, structural, concrete, roofing (they swept all the nails off the roof into my yard also), cabinets, counter tops, flooring, doors, paint, tile, plumbing, job site was always dirty with piles of trash left until we nagged long enough for it to get cleaned up but then it would start over again with more trash, water bottles with urine in them laying around the yard, the list goes on and on. I wish I could add more than 10 picture, I have hundreds.

    Ace Custom Drywall, Inc
They showed up on time after giving courtesy call in advance to confirm. They unfortunately had to deal with taking down my mildew and mold wall from plumbing leak. They were nice enough to spray with mold spray I had purchased. They were done in a couple of hours and cleaned up after. I highly recommend to anyone needing drywall work done.

    A Able Painting Inc
This is the second time we've used A Able Painting. We loved their work so much on our first house we hired them for the new house we purchased! I coordinated the job with Chris, extremely flexible and customer service oriented! Mike did the painting, both jobs...his attention to detail and professionalism CANNOT be beat! I highly recommend! We're planning on hiring them AGAIN to assist with the painting one more time...a better team cannot be found.

Reynolds Painting Group FL, Residential Division
What can we say, except - "Super Pleased"! Jim Garasz came out and evaluated our needs, requests and priorities. He developed a plan, provided us a fair and reasonable quote and advised on a start date! Although the start date was delayed, the team led by Mike came out and started the job. It took slightly longer than expected, more wood than expected but "Oh My" what a great job they did! We could not be more pleased by the entire Reynolds Painting Group, FL., team! Our home is truly beautiful again, probably more than anytime in its past! Thanks, RPG, FL...

The large shed had several areas of rot in the underlayment requiring new sheets of plywood to be installed after the old ones were cut out. the old roofing was torn off, the bad plywood cut out, new pieces replaced, rolled membrane and new shingles applied. All debris was carefully removed and full cleanup done. The smaller building presented a drainage problem with the original slope of the roof. Luis suggested a different approach and implemented it. Problem solved! There was incomplete trim work in my family room and kitchen as well as cabinets that were improperly mounted. Luis completed this work and correctly mounted the kitchen cabinets that were installed incorrectly, averting potential disaster! These services were performed in separately. Each time Luis provided a free quote, mapping out the estimate as to cost of materials and labor, including potential for unexpected occurrences. He was friendly and professional and produced excellent work. I was also impressed by his willingness to listen to my complaints about the old roof slope on the small building and provide alternative ideas on ways it could be reconfigured. He is inventive and imaginative- he can think outside the box! He is also capable of dealing with not always successful DIYers like myself and even was willing to show me the correct way it should be done.

    JH7 Remodeling & Paint LLC
Good at first, then horrible results! This is a follow up to my first review. I went back to my office today and had to caulk everything because they didnt. Went to wash a few spots and realized they only put ONE COAT OF PAINT ON MY WALLS!!! It went right down to the primer!! DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!! THEY CHARGED ME $7000.00 FOR A 1350 SQ FT OFFICE AND ONLY PUT ONE COAT OF PAINT ON MY WALLS.! ASKED HIM TO COME BACK AND HE WANTED TO CHARGE ME $800 MORE. HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!

They seemed to do a pretty good job from what I can tell. We appreciated them because they gave us the cost. The bare minimum cost was just getting out the mold and keeping it from hopefully coming back with paint and everything. Then they also showed us what we could do if we wanted to put a new wall in or just leave it with just the concrete. Whereas, I think, most people would try to up-sell you. I think it was pretty good and as far as I know I think they did a pretty good job. I'm not an expert in that department, but it looks like they did a good job. It hasn't come back. They cleaned up their work pretty well, they didn't leave anything behind. We appreciated them anyway. The reason that we picked them was because they did give us, what we thought, was the cut and dry so we weren't getting the up-sell to some really expensive wall that they wanted to put back in over the top of it and yet they still also seemed to do a really goo job. They didn't do a cheap job. They were really thorough.
