    The window in my F150 fell down inside the door. Apparently the cable broke. I called Power Up Auto and Scott came to the house about 8:00am in the morning. He had the job completed in about 30 minutes. I appreciate the quick response and quality work. He showed me the broken parts and the inside of the door and how he was completing the job. Very Friendly. Very Professional. If your power window or power door lock breaks, just call Power Up Auto. No need to call anyong else. I have been using this company for over a decade!

    It's a beautiful location. Considered 1/2 an art museum and 1/2 a dealership. They have a great coffee bar. It's a nice place to wait for the services. They give four oil changes and the fifth is free.

    Very nice waiting area. The garage is open many hours. The garage is good. I question if I want them to do any work on my car because of the customer service. They dont really want to bothered with you.  Need to train customer service better.

    They do more than transmission. We've been going to them for quite a while and we've had quite a few vehicles that have gone to them. My experience is great. I haven't known very many repair shops that will actually pick you up or bring you back. You bring your vehicle up to them and he'll bring you back. He does that.

    It was a good experience. We went up there, my husband went in, they came out and looked at it within 10 minutes. I would use them again for an estimate. The price was comparable than a lot of other places, in fact, it was a little less including the detailing. We are asking questions about matching the paint, which is why we are still waiting to have to work done. We are going to use them, but it's for a vehicle for my handicapped father so we have to make sure that we won't need to use if for a few days. What they did say was that if, at the end of the day, we find that we do need the vehicle for the next day or two, we can come get it and then bring it back in and they will pick up where they left off if they have a bay open. We just pay for what has been done up to that point.

    Extremely well. The car is perfect with no bubbles and a great fit. The office windows he had to remove old tint and replace. He recommended a newer type that cut our cooling costs. Fast dependable work.

    so for starters I bought a brand new chevy 2500 high country diesel 4x4 and paid $60k for it, you would think you would get treated with some respect not like an idiot that deserves to be screwed over after a purchase like that and bringing my girlfriend in to also buy a 2016 Silverado 1500, the first stupid thing they did was deny me of my last free oil change because apparently the cutoff for it was 24,000 miles which nobody told me I rolled in at 24,050 miles and was denied and charge $90 for something as simple as a oil change the least they could do after buying a $60k truck you would think, just seems like poor business judgment to me,

    Next I take it in this week with about 26,000 miles on intercooler boot blew off leaving the truck basically dead in the water,no big deal that's what warranty is for...yeah right. as soon as I pulled in the service advisor was looking for any excuse not to have to deal with this simple to fix plastic crap part, blaming the suspension on the truck for something that cools the motor...but they take the truck anyways and keep it for 3 days to call me back and now tell me they will not warranty it because of the exhaust that was put on the truck, again a completely unrelated part just anything to not have to stand behind there work, which seems to be the problem with everything now days nobody cares about there product or name but not what I expected from chevy, **** that's why I bought a chevy, never again tho. at least not from stingray chevy that's for sure.

    So here you have a young guy who likes to buy new trucks every 2 years that would have been a customer for life I'm sure that is completely unsatisfied with every aspect of stingray chevy and will never shop there again and have anything but bad to say over something as little as a oil change and a plastic piece... good job Stingray Chevy

    I made an appointment because I saw a car online. I went there and they gave me a great price. I left about an hour and a half later. I was pretty much set on what I was going to pay and everything. They were good.

    I can't say enough about Kenny at G & G. He is the most responsive auto mechanic I've ever met. Always listens, always friendly, and always extremely fair. He is always willing to take a quick look when you come in, and he honestly wants to find the cheapest solution for you. As owners of older cars, we are devoted to Kenny for life.
