    They initially came when I was not there, my wife was. They left an estimate and left. I told them to come back and replace ice maker. The gentleman that they sent did not know what was wrong with ice maker, just that it had to be replaced. On a new ice maker they only gave me a 3 month warantee. I was expecting at least a year.

    Called today at 3:15PM and spoke with a very kind and sweet lady. She asked if tomorrow would be good, but I told her we would be out of town. I realized it was very short notice and asked her if any possibility of service today. She said they were pretty busy but she would call the tech and see where he was, then call me back. Within a few minutes she called me back and said, Nelson had two more jobs in the town next to mine and would then come to our house. Then all the job info she gathered came to my phone by a text app that showed a picture of the tech who was coming out between 4-7PM, and it had my address location on a map. About 4:45 I got a text that Nelson was in route. About 5:00 PM Nelson arrived with a smile, very nice and professional. He immediately understood the problem, was knowledgeable and got out his tools and fixed the door. After fixing it he tested it and made sure the dishwasher worked properly. We then had very pleasant conversations and he was very kind to our dog which took to liking Nelson right away. Price was very reasonable and the response was incredibly fast and the work was done precisely and professionally. Nelson will be our go to appliance repair professional going forward.

    They came out to do work for us, the guy looked at our refrigerator and said we needed a part ordered. Two weeks later, I called them and they said they were not comfortable doing the work. I respected that, and said this is how much I paid you and requested a refund since no work was done. After a lot of hassle we had our money put back into our account.

    Started out as a pleasant experience, when we called for the appointment they were able to come out within 24 hours. The service man was able to assess our dryer and refrigerator. The dryer was simple, he had the part with him my husband helped him move the dryer, he pulled the old part off and was able to replace it with the new part in less than 5 minutes. We have a new refrigerator. its one year old, the factory warranty had just went out. The service man looked at the refrigerator he told us what was wrong and the price. He then told us he would need to order the parts, he gave us a quote for parts and repair. The cost was $237.00, which we paid in full at that time. He then came back to the house 2 weeks later to tell us he didn't feel comfortable doing the repair on our refrigerator because the refrigerator was so new he did not want to cause further damage. We appreciated his honesty, I asked him how we would get our money refunded, he informed us that we would need to contact their office. When calling the office the answering machine requests to send all questions through a text, which we did. We paid $237.00, but was told we would be refunded a portion of that $237.00, she said we would only get the money for the parts $128.00, but nothing for the labor that was not complete. The office said we could not get total amount back because ObamaCare.

    The service tech came and arrived with in the time frame. He know what was wrong the moment he took a look at the dishwasher. The drain line was clogged. He unclogged the line and was done. I would recommend this company for sure. Good customer service.

    Same Day Appliance Repair
    My washer was not draining which was a real problem. The next day I contacted Same Day repair. Since it was after 4:30 I was at best trying to set up an appointment for the following day. The receptionist said the repairman was in the immediate area. He came over before 5:00 and had it fixed by 5:15. He was professional and efficient and had the necessary part on hand. Quick friendly customer service! I will contact again for future repairs.

    Emailed thru Angie's list on10/19/13. Response 10/20/13. Appt was set up on 10/21/13. Son of contractor came out because the owner was unavailable. Had to take my freezer apart to get to area that needed work. It seemed very difficult work. Had a $40.00
    coupon for service call. Was not charged any more. A day or two later the problem occurred again.....so I decided to use a different
    provider.

    The initial visit went well.  Art determined the dryer needed new shock absorbers.  He stated that it would be a couple of days, which I thought was ambitious since he had to order them.  Nearly two weeks or so went by and I finally called, as well as emailing to ask about the parts.  He called back and admitted he had forgot about me and didn't seem to remember me at first.
    He replaced the three shock absorbers and the dryer seems to be Ok.  My main issue was the costs involved.  After reading about other members who paid 175.00 and 226.00 for the same exact work,  now I am curious as to why I was charged a total of 315.65 for the same work?????

    I called to inquire about repairing our broken ice maker on 8/19 at 3pm.  I was asked to text a picture of the broken ice maker.  I received a call back with a diagnosis that the ice maker needed replacement.  was given an approximate cost for parts and labor, I asked when the work could be performed and to my surprise the repairman said I can be there between 5-6pm, I was shocked.  The repairman was early, he was here at 4pm, it took him 10 minutes to replace the unit.  The ice maker is now working great.  Great service and customer service,  I would recommend this company to anyone in the area needing repair on home appliances.
