    A&D Cabinets
A&D was on time and very meticulous in their work. Great attention to delivering a quality result - I was very impressed with their expertise and care. After working all day, they carefully cleaned up and left my house and garage very tidy and clean. They coordinated with the granite provider to insure a good interface. If you're looking for professional cabinet installation I couldn't recommend anyone more highly than these guys! I will post photos after the granite is installed.

    Don Bolam Handyman
    01. Don stated that he would be at my house everyday at 9 am and he was every punctual! 02. Once he arrived at my home he stayed at my home with all the tools and material that was needed to complete the project for that day. He didn't run back and forth to the hardware stores for tools and supplies. I was paying him to work at my house, and that was exactly what he did! He took an one hour (unpaid) lunch and he stayed at my house and ate his lunch, he didn't leave and take the 1, 1 1/2 and 2 hours lunch breaks. I only paid for the working hours that he was on the job and not for running from job to job or store to store! I received every penny that I paid for in the services that I received! 03. Don listened to what I had to say and what my ideas were and he made numerous suggestions and at the end he honored my request (99% of the time, I implemented his suggestions). Don has done this as his career, and you can see the workmanship in his work! He proved to me that he had the knowledge and the skills that I paid for and I could see the quality and pride in his work! 04. Don would give me a list of the materials that he needed each task and suggested where it should be purchased at. Once I approved it, he would order it and pick it up when the order came in. Don would give me the receipt and he charged me the same price that he was charged. He also gave me the option to paint the lumber myself or to have him paint it in order to same me money. I chose to stain/paint the wood myself (after stating the staining and the painting, I wished that I let him do it! LOL) This shows that he was trying to save me as much money that he could but, it also prove that he knew that he was there to do a project at a fair price and not there to milk me out of every penny that I had. I would hire Don any time and every time to work around my home! Thanks Don for being the Individual that you are! If anyone has any questions or concerns please do not hesitate to contact me at

Rick did a great job. We wanted a wine cabinet for an area in our house to show off our wine and our passion. We researched various designs and then sketched out our ideas. Rick reviewed our ideas in detail, made suggestion on function, wood and size and then built it for us. It is awesome. In can hold 50 bottles above the counter top, it has wine glass storage area, a cabinet and it allows for a wine cooler in the base. We love it and will use Rick again for other projects. He and his team are true craftsmen.

    Reid's Remodeling

Initially we had some issues getting the new door from the door company making it difficult for me to arrange time off from work so he could install the new door.  Reid was so nice to offer to work on weekends or whatever it took to get the job done since I waited so long.  He is really busy, which is a good sign.  He does great work.

Also, I used to have issues with water coming under the threshold when it rained a lot and I can already tell, I am no longer going to have that problem as he installed a new threshold and the door is really well made.  I love it.  He is a really nice guy too!

Reid was great, the new kitchen door looks good and he corrected part of the existing frame that was in place for 50 years, wrong.  It looks 100% better than the old.

    Great work.

I have at my home entrance an overhanging roof with some wood-rot from rain. I bought this Deal to evaluate and repair that rot, as much as possible, for CLOSE to the Deal price of $149.00. The service provider failed to answer me after I repeatedly asked about them completely closing (what THEY would open up) my extensive damaged roof after reaching the cost of $149 or $149 + cost of an additional hour labor. I could not risk a price confrontation in the middle of the repairs!

    ATi Services of Tampa Inc
Frank called me to tell me that he was in traffic and might be delayed, but he still arrived on time. I showed him the work I was requesting, which was specifically to remove a medicine cabinet from a bathroom, and repair the drywall.  There were also some uneven areas on the wall that I asked Frank if he would be able to smooth out and he said he could certainly do that.
Frank also hung a new mirror in that bathroom as well as one in the second bathroom. This was not part of my original request, but he could see that I would have difficulty doing it.
Everything was done very professionally, in a timely manner and the work area was totally clean before Frank left. I also asked advice on several other areas of potential work and will certainly call ATI to complete my projects. I am very pleased.

I was not really sure what sort of enclosure should be put around the air handler,so we figured we would have Luke give us some suggestions. He had great reasons for using the lattice enclosure and how certain openings should look. We were so unhappy with how ugly the air handler looked that we just wanted to box it in but Luke explained in detail that we need a design that would allow access for maintenance and to let water escape due to natural sweating of the air handler. So we told him go with what he had in mind and WOW what a difference the enclosure made. Really stepped up the car port area and now it is no longer an eye sore! Very pleased and the price was more than reasonable. It is obvious Luke takes pride in his work.

I bought a big ornate gold frame, took it and the picture to him. He made an insert to make the picture fit into the frame beautifully. He did a perfect job. He is very nice to deal with. He keeps his word, work is done when he says it will be. He keeps in communication with you at all times.
