Slow going @ first due to hurricane seasons, But the job went well and we just love it. The quality of workmanship is excellent. Lot's of headaches in this type of work, patience is the best policy!! Thanks Harry and your crew for a job well done. Looking forward to the cooler weather when we can have more time enjoying the sunsets on the patio ;-)

Salesperson very knowledgeable; answered all questions at time of meeting. The installers showed upon time, worked diligently and professionally, and were very conscientious about the job required. They cleaned up after themselves as well. I am also very satisfied with my new windows. What a difference! The Office Manager, Susan, provided guidance, help and information throughout the entire process (install dates/times) as well as answering all the questions I had in a timely manner. Highly recommend Morgan Exteriors, Inc.

just ok, 3 windows were either broken when they arrived to install them or made incorrectly took 2 1/2 months to get replacement windows, windows failed 1st permit inspection, not enough screws in the frames Office did not offer to help us get rebate from Duke Energy, prior customers they did help and file Don't think I would use New South again or recommend

Initial quote was for windows that I didn't want, seems like he didn't listen when we originally spoke and husband actually showed him the windows that we had already had replaced which were exactly what we wanted. Then he told me that we didn't need to permit the job and I knew better. Actually sent him a copy of the information from the City about the requirement for a permit. Weeks later, I get a call about setting up appointment for install. I ask about permit, he didn't know, he thought his office was working on it, he's so busy, etc. etc. Agree on an install date, tells me he'll have the permit by the date of the install. No show for install, no call either. I threaten lawyer and complaint to BBB finally get a call. We set up a time for install, again I ask about the permit, I get a song and dance about the city not issuing the permit because of some supposed issue with him and his new location in the city, etc. etc. He tells me that his issue with the city should be cleared up in a couple of days and the city will release the permit. He gives me his word that he will have the permit within days so I agree to the install of the windows. His workers are great. They did a super job. No permit, I communicate with him on Friday that I will go pick up the permit myself and schedule an inspection. Monday I call the city to inquire about the permit. I'm informed that the permit has been denied because the contractor hasn't furnished the city with requested information, they email me a copy of the email sent to the contractor. I ask the city what now? I have windows that I need inspected and a contractor that fed me a line of BS over the permit. I call the contractor about what the City told me. He tells me that he knows exactly what the city needs and wants from him and he will take care of it. So guess what? Two days in a row I ask him what's going on with my permit/inspection and he is ignoring me.

Not done yet..... They first didn't call that the windows were in stock and I had to follow up 2 months later trying to see if my windows were in.... "ohhh yes they are sitting here, you mean nobody called you.... they never did" THEN I had a schedule for installation and removed all my window treatments and taped table cloths on all the windows. THEN they called me at 8am that their crew didn't come in and they can't do my windows the day they scheduled. So now ALL MY PROJECTS ARE PUSHED OUT WAITING FOR THEM. Scheduled the next day..... will see what the NEXT excuse is. I still didn't even get my windows installed. HOPING they do a good job. My sisters are nice windows, but not happy with the way they don't keep a schedule and people plan according to plan and they call and mess their customers schedule by rescheduling the last minute Ordered beginning of Dec, had to call in Feb to get install 2 weeks later and then they cancelled and pushed me out; customers are not their priority

They wasted 15 hours of my time. 1st sales person took 6 hours and measured and showed me the product. Price was WAY TOO HIGH and high pressure to "do it now" for the lowest price. 2nd sales person took 2+ hours and measured and showed me the same product. Offered me some flexible scheduling, no finance pricing and I signed the contract. They even did a credit check on me. NOW a "pre-inspection" measure the windows people came by, ONE HOUR LATE, taking 3 hours of my time THEN they proceed to tell me that the manufacturer can't make my arch in front. I tell them to take all their stickers off the windows and he "proceeds" to rip the film that is on the window and leaves the wet trash for me to pickup and me to put all my things back the way they were. WASTE OF TIME..... Just replacement of BUILDER WINDOWS and they are telling me they can't make the arch after wasting all my time with 3 different appointments. They wanted to know if i just wanted to do the 2 back windows and not the front or cancel the contract. SOMETHING SMELLS FISHY

He did an excellent job and was very professional during the entire project which took longer than expected due to city permits and insurance issues. He also got me in contact with a great AC guy that is going to do the work that I have already had quoted for much less. Great contractor highly recomend.

Ernie gave me a quote for both. I recently got some money together and wanted to start with the repair before doing the windows replacement, so I contacted this company. I called early last week, Ernie called me back and said someone would contact me to make an appointment. Never got another call. So I called and left a voicemail. No call back. Then on May 6th, I emailed them to follow up. There was never any mention that the price of repair was contingent on agreement to the rest of the job. But that was not the issue. Here is my email with the company. You decide for yourself: Steve, What really bothers me is no one had the SIMPLE COURTESY to call me. Especially after I left 2 voice mails this morning. And prior to that, I was expecting a phone call to make an appointment after Ernie told me that someone would call. I was following up because no one called me. And then I'm told in a bloody email message that you don't want the job at all. I still need the windows done, and if the quote was conditional, I would have worked with you on it. Or maybe I would have paid you $350 a door. But you didn't call me to figure it out. I actually re-fied my home recently and put aside at least $2000 so that I could pay you for the job once I got the rest. So we were pretty much ready to do the job, then I get this email: "After showing to my boss what you wanted done he has declined. We aren't interested in doing the wood cap that price was with the windows. Thank you, Ernie" So Ernie just told me that you don't want my business. I called this morning to give you an opportunity to CALL ME and fix this, and here I am with another email instead. I find it wholly disrespectful. I just went through 9 months of **** with a bad window contractor, and you were recommended by Eastern. Just to put things in context, I have not even entertained any other quotes for the rest of my windows. You were the only contractor I wanted to do my windows. Not anymore. What this series of events tells me is that you don't care about your customers. So be it. I'll move on, thanks and good luck with your business. I am going to be calling Eastern to find another contractor now. On Wed, May 10, 2017 at 10:30 AM, wrote: We gave you the price for wrapping the wood based on doing the windows at the same time. While we are there it is easier to complete both jobs. The price would change if we are coming just to change the bottom of doors. We have to pull the doors out and remove tracks. If we come out just for that it is 350.00 each door. Steve

Project took over 9 mos to complete. Actual owner (listed as VP of Operations, wife listed as owner) lied on several occasions, could not keep appointments, would not answer the phone regarding post-install issues. Discovered a year later that installer failed to replace a critical component that now requires a $1200 job to pull the entire frame out, replace the piece, and re-install. Great product, terrible install. Search on Google before talking to this company - has been renamed to Windows Company of America and owner has used 3 different spellings of his name and 2 different addresses to avoid detection. Signs his wife's name to paperwork. Pinellas County Consumer Protection has pending criminal charges against owner. NOT LICENCED! Illegally uses his sub-contractors licence to pull permit.

I called this company as I have done at least three times in the past for other vehicles. Scott came the same day. He quickly and accurately diagnosed the problem. He made a quick trip to his own vehicle for tools and within minutes, my problem was solved. Scott communicates clearly making it easy to understand the problems. His price is reasonable. His service is invaluable. I will call again.
