    I highly recommend that you find a different property manager! My experience with Barbara Gaddy at Passmore Property Management was awful. I found her to be completely unprofessional and incompetent. Long story short, don���t use them; for the detailed version, read on��� As first time landlords, we signed up with Barbara Gaddy to rent and manage our 3/2 home in Pinellas Park. The home is well-maintained, updated, and in a good location; so we were convinced by Barbara that the house would rent very quickly and for top dollar. Unfortunately, we were too na��ve to know that Barbara was not doing what she was supposed to do. The house stayed vacant for over 8 months and we were required to reduce our rent twice to under the county average. Barbara did not communicate regularly regarding her efforts to rent the house, which makes me believe she was not properly advertising or showing the place to appropriate tenants. We had an incident where a vagrant entered the house through an unlocked back door (left open by Barbara when showing the house) who set up shop in our back bedroom. Luckily, our neighbors notified us and we were able to get over there and lock up before any damage occurred. When questioned about why the house was still not rented, we were given pitiful excuses such as ���the back room is too big��� or ���maybe it���s because there is a garbage can outside���. Barbara frequently told us that she had a possible tenant, only to find out that they didn���t pass background screenings or sign an agreement. I believe this was her way of pacifying us. My family left for a vacation and while we were gone, Barbara finally rented the house. However, she gave us no prior confirmation that the house would be rented and the tenants moved in over the weekend while we were away. Barbara knew that we had a preferred AC specialist and housecleaner; however, she sent her own professionals to clean the house and repair a minor AC issue while we were gone; we were overcharged for both. She claims she could not contact us to get our authorization, even though we were still in the state. Here���s the icing on the cake: less than two weeks after she rented our house, Barbara notified us in writing that she was resigning from Passmore to manage her own properties. Her letter indicated that she would terminate her services at the end of the month. This quick rental and termination makes me believe she only stuck around to get her commission and then leave us in the dark. She pawned us off on another property management company without our consent and took her cut in the property management fees (after paying for the professional services and her commission, we received only 28% of the rent); and after Passmore disbursed the remaining funds, she continued to harass us about unpaid bills for services that she ordered over two months ago and should have paid. Barbara informed our tenants that the new property management company was taking over (the one we refused to use), and our tenants had to cancel their rent check when they realized they were misinformed. I would never recommend Barbara Gaddy and Passmore Property Management to anyone based on all the issues we had to deal with. The entire experience was completely unacceptable!

    No attempts to keep me regularly informed on the status of renting my property. When I called or emailed them, they would use the same excuse - that the rent I requested was too high - but then they made no attempt to initiate contact with me to discuss alternatives. It certainly did not feel as though they were representing me or my interests. I requested another company representative be assigned and they told me they did. But after terminating our contract after 90 days and I went into the home, I found the original broker's cards still in the house. I was also told by a neighbor that whoever the representative was, they were rude to the neighbor.

    It was great. I didn't have any problems. I had a lot of questions on my initial appointment and Sandra answered them all for me. There were two things that I was not 100% happy with, one I wanted to pay by credit card and was charged a fee for that purpose, the other was that they did not clean up real well on my screened in porch. There was a lot of dust left after they drilled the holes. I have a plant stand under that window and it would have been easy for them to move, but they didn't and all the drilling dust went into the planter. Other than that they were very professional and very accommodating. I would recommend them to others.

    Billiard Man was excellent!  They returned my call promptly, confirmed appointment day before, and arrive on time.  They were on time, clean and well dressed.  They paid attention to every detail, measuring multiple times so table was positioned correctly in the space.  They went straight to work and didn't dilly dally.   Jordan was very knowledgeable and passionate about his work as he should be.  I'd hire them again for sure!

    We use Brighthouse. The last weekend, the girl was so good, she told me exactly what I was doing wrong and got my TV deck working and set my DVR. I was just as pleased as I could be. They are great. What is nice about them is that if you call them, they don't have to do anything, they don't have to go down a whole list of things to try to figure out who you are. You are a part of their company or if you have deal with them, they have your phone number. It is like they have a database that is like second to none. They have never asked me who I was and what phone number I was calling from. They just confirmed my number and everything went so good. I downgraded from 139 dollars to 89 because when I went on MediCure I took a more expensive supplement and so I called them and asked them if they had a cheaper service and they were very nice about it and they said yes we do and they got me on a 89 dollar service. They don't just get your business, they want to keep your business. They really are very customer oriented and kind, nice people.

    The location that I deal with is at St. Pete's, Florida. The last contact was a few months and it was unpleasant, unpleasant conversation. Their customer service is not good. I would grade their service poor.

    Morton Plant Hospital
    It was great.  The nurses were wonderful and the doctors even more wonderful.  Whatever I needed they had for me.  You could call at any time day or night and they would deliver the best food to you. The nurses all worked well together.  They were all very knowledgeable and caring.  This is the best hospital around. They were always asking if I needed anything.  I did have home care when I got out of the hospital and they were always on time and so wonderful as well.  Such a wonderful place!

    Clear Choice Windows & More Inc
    Excellent.  Did a terrific job protecting the antique tile window sills.  Got all the permits.  Cleaned up and left things ready for the inspector.  It was expensive but worth it.

    First off, Jordan personally answered the phone when I called to request a quote!  I had to leave a message or voice message for others I contacted and then they did not call back promptly (days later or not at all).  Jordan listened to what our goal was and made a suggestion that not only saved us money, but allowed the potential buyer to see the table after it was disassembled.  He provided some good information about the quality of the table which we were able to relay to our buyer.   Secondly, he showed up on time as was agreed and after a little discussion, set to work promptly.   He was efficient, informative and had excellent customer relations skills.  Overall, an excellent experience. 
    I highly recommend Billiard Man for any pool table needs you might have.
    UPDATE:  I recommended him to the buyer and he showed up as promised to move the pool table for them today.

    After having another hurricane shutter vendor botch the installment of accordion shutters on one of our homes, we were given a referral to Roll-A-Guard. They came out and repaired the work that had been done and then completed the remaining shutters. We were so pleased that we requested estimates on an additional two homes that included not only the accordion shutters, but also the electric (battery/generator backup) roll downs. We agreed with the estimate and the work was done quickly and in a very professional manner. The electric roll downs required some exterior exposed wiring which was professionally hidden by using the design of the exterior and specialized wire covering. The owners and staff have a warm professional attitude and are willing to work with the homeowner through each step to ensure the job is completed with safety, beauty and convenience in mind. We also avail ourselves of Roll-A-Guard's Annual Maintenance. They have tackled everything from the average dust and debris buildup to wasp nests hidden in the motor housings of the electric shutters. Through all of our renovations to date, Roll-A-Guard has been one of the easiest companies to work with and the shutters are of top quality.
