    American Cabinet* Granite* Floors
this was the second project ive had done by Joe and American CGF and once again they did not disappoint! this project could not have gone any smoother. the bathroom they have created is a thing of complete beauty. the process from front to back from the design to the installation to the final cleaning was amazing. i refuse to use any other company for anything that has to do with inside my house bc no company could stand up to the standard that joe and his people set with the work they perform. i am completely and totally thrilled with this project. i wish there were a better way to describe how amazing of an experience it has been working with them...i will only refer them to anyone from this point forward for any projects that has to do with inside a home.... my being content and happy with the work was joe and his people's primary concern and it shows. I cannot thank him enough for bringing my idea to reality for what i had envisioned. thank you to Joe, Nina, Ozzie, Alban and anyone else who worked and made the ideas i had a reality. you all are SIMPLY AND TRULY THE BEST IN THE BUSINESS THANK YOU AGAIN BRANDON B.B.

    Tampa Bay Marble and Design
Initially well, both Jess and Flavio were attentive, however as the job went on,customer service dwindled and by the end of the job it was almost impossible to get them to finish the work and there were a few small things paid for which they did not deliver on. Overall the design and work was good, most of the subcontractors were good, but towards the end many noshows for promised work. Do not allow these guys to do any painting, hire your own painters. The painters were beyond horrible. I fired them and then they brought back the SAME painters to complete the job after I raised the issues with Jess and Flavio. I fired them again. Despite the fact that I told them exactly what paint and finish I wanted and had used in the rest of the house and gave them a photograph of the paint can and told them where they could get it, they used a different finish and I have to do it all over again. I contracted them to rewire my entire house as I had aluminum wiring- they did this WITHOUT a permit and then LIED to me about that. They priced me an exorbitant fee to complete the wiring on the 2nd half of the house and only came down in price when I refused and said I would hire someone else finish the work. Of course the fact that the first i/2 done without a permit would have come to light if I had. Hmmmm. It only came to light 1 year later when inspection for another job recently was rejected because of some of their work- I am so angry! In terms of their 1 year warranty- don't expect them to respond to emails, texts or phone calls- they go unanswered. Again, the overall design and work was good but beware! They came in nowhere near the promised finish date, mostly because I could not get them to come out for weeks to complete the job and I was under the gun for a finish date to take care of an urgent family issue, which they were aware of before I hired them and was an important part of even giving them the job. I would never hire them again, they only get a C rating because the actual design is good, however their attention to some the the detail was awful.

Initially all went well and overall their design and work was good, Jess and Flavio were very responsive initially but as the job went on much less so and getting them to respond to finishing up and addressing some issues at the end was downright impossible, although they did finally finish up most of my concerns. Overall, satisfied with the design and most of the subcontractors but their painters were beyond horrible and I eventually had to fire the painters myself- couldn't believe Flavio sent the same painters back to do the job that I fired initially! Contracted with them also to rewire my house which had aluminum wiring- they tried to charge an exorbitant fee in my estimation and when I said no to the second half of the job they adjusted the price but still high. I was in a tight spot due to some pressing family issues and had to get the job done so I agreed (they were woefully beyond their promised time frame, knowing my constraints)- I believe they dropped the price because they didn't want it to come to light that they actually rewired my entire house WITHOUT A PERMIT! This only came to light 1 year later when I had an electrical inspection after having a home generator installed. And forget about them ever responding in the 1 year warranty period. They do not return calls, texts or emails. They also did not complete a few small items that were already paid for. Jess and Flavio came highly recommended by someone else they did work for, again their design and overall work was good, but many of the details were sloppy, I highly recommend you get your own painters, they also, by the way, painted with the wrong paint despite the fact that I gave them a picture of the exact paint and finish I used for the rest of the house. And when I asked them about the wiring inspection, they lied and told me it was already inspected- so beware.....I would not have any further dealings with this company, but thankfully, I learned a lot about dealing with contractors in the future so some good lessons were learned on my part. fool me once.....

    A&D Cabinets
A&D was on time and very meticulous in their work. Great attention to delivering a quality result - I was very impressed with their expertise and care. After working all day, they carefully cleaned up and left my house and garage very tidy and clean. They coordinated with the granite provider to insure a good interface. If you're looking for professional cabinet installation I couldn't recommend anyone more highly than these guys! I will post photos after the granite is installed.

    Rossi Construction
Made an appointment approximately 5 days in advance. The appointment was confirmed the day of the appointment with Mr. Rossi. I left an in progress business meeting to honor my the confirmed appointment. At the appointment time Mr. Rossi called and said he would not be there for 30 minutes, he was curt without remorse for the situation. We have all faced situations where someone is late and it can happen. When it does sincere remorse and concern for being late goes a long way. Mr. Rossi did neither and was then rude and cut our conversation short and would not pick up a return call. Beware

    CMK Construction Inc
This is our first renovation experience. We were nervous since most of our friends had poor experiences (such as missed deadlines and increased costs.) However, everything went very smoothly from the initial contact to final walk-through. We had everything replaced except for the bathtub, which we had reglazed. Our CMK contact, Rhiannon Brick, took the time to understand our likes, dislikes, design tastes, etc, so she sourced all of the items in the bathroom for us, which kept us on budget. Our project supervisor, Jason Navantieri, kept us informed every step of the way. He stopped by or called us daily to check on the progress of our renovation. The guys that did the work were very professional and were perfectionists! Our bathroom is perfect and exceeded our expectations. The project came in at budget and was completed early. Both Rhiannon and Jason were great about getting back to us, answering questions and text messages, even on the weekends! I highly recommend CMK.

    Schoeman Construction
They did a great job! They did everything they said they would do and when they said they'd do it! Started the job and worked until it was done - showing up every day. Employees (not contract workers) were clean, on time and trustworthy. I was happy to work with such a great family owned business. Would easily recommend to family.

    I Home Services
It went beautifully. They where punctual. It was a vacant property so I was able to just unlock the door and let them in and they locked it behind themselves. They obtained the permits and passed inspection and got the work done. We had an initial hiccup because there was a crack in the wall in the new fixture so he traveled 2 hours each way to another warehouse that had it in stock because his did not. It was installed the next day. The entire process including getting the permits and inspection took 2 weeks. They even gave me a transferable warranty.

It went very well. KCC was the lowest bid and I usually do not go with the lowest bidder, however, Vladimir was extremely responsive and after doing a bit of internet research I discovered that KCC was also the bidder company that had the best reviews so I hired them. The work was done quickly and Vladimir was extremely responsive and helpful...I plan to hire them again for work on my own home!

    Luxurable Kitchen & Bath
They did a wonderful job! I will add pictures when the sofit above the cabinets is finally fixed (leak in roof -- nothing to do with cabinet company -- but it makes the job look bad, which it's not!). Robin was my designer and made sure all my bases were covered and I was completely satisfied.
I did have one small issue with the counter tops (which is not through Luxurable -- they just coordinate). They cut them just barely wrong, resulting in one spot where the counter doesn't cover the cabinet. I was looking at weeks to wait for it to be re-cut as it was the majority of the slab, so opted to take a slight discount for the mistake. I should have waited the several weeks or at least insisted on more of a discount: it's very, VERY annoying having a small spot where grime and dust accumulates, any spills spill right into the cabinet, etc. It's right in the 'natural' prep area, too. :/
I am overall very satisfied though! Got the look I wanted within the budget I had set. Would recommend them to anyone: just make sure the granite company they work with measures correctly!
