    I dropped my truck off to them in mid-December and they quoted me for getting all the work done.  He told me that I could save a few bucks if i ordered the parts for them.  The parts came a week later and one of them was wrong, so it had to be sent back.  I told them to order that one themselves and they did.  The truck was promised to be done two weeks from the day I brought it in and I called at the end of the second week wanting to know if it was done and it wasn't.  They made no promises.  I waited and waited for a call, because I didn't need the truck right away.  It was finally done in mid-January.

    We relied on Ben's expert advice in selecting the tires.  As ususual his recommendation was right on.  He did an expert job of installing, balancing and aligning the tires.  I have used Ben before and will continue to do so in the future.

    We had a very good experience, very non threatening for my wife. The facility was very clean and the staff was amazing. Though Pine Castle works with all insurance companies, we had to use a specific company to complete the repair. If we have another issue, we will definitely use Pine Castle in the future.

    After I was in an accident, I selected Pine Castle from the reviews on Angie's List.  It wasn't that close to me (20 miles) but I have had bad experiences with shops in the past and I really hoped I could find a shop to trust.
    When I met with Tiffany, I explained that communication was really important to me.  In previous experiences I have dealt with shops that never called and only gave me an update when I called in; in those experiences I always felt in the dark and it seemed like there were always extra expenses that came out of nowhere.
    Tiffany assured me that part of her job was to call customers every business day (Mon - Fri) to give them an update on their car, even if no progress had been made (such as waiting for a part).  I was glad to hear that, but pretty skeptical.
    I was absolutely shocked when she did exactly that.  Every day I got a call from Tiffany; if she didn't get me, she left a message.  I also got email updates (they asked my permission when I brought the car in) and through the website I could see pictures of my car in its current state.  Some days there were multiple pictures.
    I've never experienced anything like this in customer service from an auto body shop.  It was just wonderful.  When the insurance company was being slow, they handled it.  It was a terrific experience.
    When it came time to pick up the car, I was fully satisfied with the work.  I recommend them to anyone without hesitation.

    Audio Revolution and Prospect Genius
    We have used this shop and worked with the owner Danny at total of 4 times.  We've had sound deadending and window tinting done to a sports car, and auxiliary inputs added to a 2000 and 2003 Toyota so we could plug in XM Radio / Ipods without using the cassette players any more.  All 4 experiences have been superb and professional from beginning to end.  The work is immaculate and Danny is easy to work with.  I recommend this shop for classic, new, upgrades, installs, and repairs and would not hesitate to take them any vehicle for electrical or sound related work.

    Firestone Complete Auto Care Store
    I am unsure of what the outcome will be concerning this store. Perhaps I could go to another location but Firestone are known to fib and tell you something else is wrong with your car so they can don't have to honor their lifetime alignment. Extremely disappointed in the company as a whole. They only care about the bottom line and never the customer.

    Midtown Cycles of St.Cloud Inc
    This was a great experience.  The owners, Darren and Linda, took care of me from start to finish.  Darren picked up my bike, asked me what the problem was and what I thought was wrong.   That was refreshing.  We discussed what it might be, I gave him some suggestions I found on the web, and he gave me some ideas about improving my bike's performance.

    Linda was in contact throughout.  What a cheerful lady and she contacts you when she says she will.  Darren determined the issue very quickly (cupped rear tire, not a front issue at all).  Linda called me with options and called me back when she said she would.  They are both easy to deal with, knowledgeable, helpful, kind, and friendly.  The price was very fair and they offered me the option of buying my own tire and dropping it off.  Wow.

    They made it easy for me since I couldn't drop off or pick up the bike, and they aren't close to my house.  But I will make the time or trip to use them any time I have a service issue.  They work on sport, drag, HD and metric bikes and are proud of their trike business.   I highly recommend you give them a try.

    We had some major issues with the first set of tires, but Kevin Singh, the manager, worked very hard to make sure we were taken care of.  He provided consistent follow through and worked the issue to conclusion.  The Michelin tires we purchased are great. We are very happy to recommend Kevin and this store at Orange Avenue.

    Even though the original installer at the customizing agency up north somewhere put on a flimsy system, Mr. Linnemann and his crew were able to shore it up for me about a year ago and came to my rescue once again. This time they took it completely off and stabilized it with steel components and welding things. It is so much better now and I couldn't be more pleased. This man is one of the most decent and honest and honorable businessmen I have ever met. He goes out of his way to accommodate the customer and seems genuinely pleased to do so.

    It turned out the mechanic installed the wrong oil filter. While on a highway the filter blew off the engine dumping the oil. I tried to pull over but the traffic was fast and heavy so it took a short while. I got it towed home and put a new filter and oil myself. It started but was noisy and could tell there was damage. I retrieved the oil filter from the road and got the part numbers to confirm it was the wrong one. I took the van to a GM dealership who installed another engine for $4900. When I tried to get the owner to pay for it he refused saying I should have brought it to them to fix. But I didn't trust their ability to put in an engine if they can't put on the correct oil filter.
