ARepairman did a few things, then told me I needed a $400+ repair job as the problem was my entire freezer. I said I'd buy a new refrig. Not believing him I put a cup of water in my freezer which froze immediately. He apparently adjusted a thermostat which I did not know was on top of the freezer (and he did not tell me) and the ice maker is now working fine. He and the person scheduling my service was more interested in selling me a warranty for $49/month than offering repair service. Do not call these people.

FMy edger was still under factory warranty. The pull cord had no tension on it. After close to 3 weeks it was "repaired", but when I went to pick it up I was told that when they put it back together, they discovered the belt was bad. This is after it was dissembled and the belt was off, but no one noticed the belt was bad until they put it back together. So, they charged me for the belt, which was fine, but also charged me for labor to take it apart and reassemble it AGAIN! And guess what! It did the same thing the next time I used the edger! NO TENSION ON THE PULL CORD!!! I had bought a lot of parts from Mary over the years, but after this happened last year, I have not been back to Bellview small engine non-repair nor will I ever! Not a good way to keep customers! And believe me, I have told numerous friends and neighbors about this. Bad news travels a lot faster than good!

AWayne Helms, the owner of Integral Small Engine Repair was visiting a supply store here in my hometown when he overheard me asking one of the clerks if they knew of anyone that serviced mowers in the area. He introduced himself and said that he would be happy to offer his services since he was a mobile repair service and happened to be in the area. He was very professional and drove to my property where he serviced the large mower that I had not had serviced in years. Not only did he fix everything on it, but he also made sure that it worked properly by mowing quite a bit of my field. He asked me about a power washer that I had sitting in my barn. I told him that I had not been able to get it working in a long time and had been using a water hose to clean things around the farm. He serviced the power washer and got it working for me, free of charge. He may not be in my area ever again, but I would highly recommend his services to anyone in the Northwest Florida area. He was a true professional and showed true kindness to me.

ALAWNMOWER BONEYARDThe owner is a pretty trustworthy and honest guy. He gave me the right service, sold me the right parts and gave me direct instructions on how to put the belts on my deck myself. He did not try to take advantage of me when he found out I did not know how to put the belts on. He simply gave me directions and guidance on how to do it. People come to him because he specializes in riding lawn mowers and lawn mowers period. He was fair and he takes care of customers on a first come, first served basis. ABellview Small Engine Repair IncThe Tory-built riding lawn mower was less than two years old. The first repair was because the Mexico plant put a belt on the machine that looked like it had been used as a collar on a donkey for a year. The new belt was installed but incorrectly in 2014 by Lowes repair center who did a cross threaded bolt on the power take off pulley. This created the need for a second repair which Bellview did. AMICHAEL'S MOWERSWe were given an older model Sears Craftman lawn tractor that would not run. Sears gave us an estimate of just under $600 to repair. Michael's Mowers did the same work for $117, and that also included replacing a bad hose (which Sear's did not mention when they checked the mower). The mower runs perfectly now!!!!! Michael does great work, professional and courteous and kept us informed on the progress. He is in Niceville FL, and we live in Gulf Breeze/Navarre area, but it is worth the drive to have him work on your mower or lawn tractor! We couldn't be happier about the service and price.- Diane G.
