We needed work done quickly to comply with a housing inspection prior to sale of our home and Gary and his team were responsive, thorough, and timely. Gary completed the work ahead of schedule and on-budget. I was impressed that Gary replied within an hour to my initial request for an estimate and then came to our house that same afternoon. He quickly - and accurately - assessed what needed to be done, took thorough measurements, and sent us a detailed estimate within 24 hours. His team got to work within days and Gary was personally involved with daily oversight as well as some of the work. Professional, courteous and efficient do not fully describe how satisfied we were with the work done by REO-ServicePro and Gary Golman.   Terrible. Wood studs where used instead of metal as instructed. Only worked of 45 minutes to an hour per day. So work left undone. Constantly harassed office manager for payment before work use complete. Had no respect for agreed upon work schedule. Appeared hours before closing while patients were still being treated. Expressed anger when told that he could not walk while patient care was in progress. I have already informed the BBB.

  Kimbro's Home Improvement was amazing! Joe and his team did an outstanding job with removing the popcorn ceiling inside our home. They were on time every day and did their best to clean up all the dust that was left from the ceiling. Joe was so professional and informative on what the plan was going to be for the day, completed the job earlier than anticipated, and worked around us being in the home. Will definitely be using Kimbro's Home Improvement in the future!

  Joe's Painting

  Joe came to home to give me a free estimate on a Tuesday, he called me back the next day on Wednesday with his price to do the job, I then called him back the next day Thursday and agreed to his price {and we both agreed that he would begin the job on the following Monday}. Friday morning Joe called me to inform me that he was not going to keep his word on our agreement at all . It is NOT professional to walk away from a business agreement (verbal contract} or a personal commitment. It was a total waste of my time.

  I cannot say enough good things about Ben Arnold's outstanding work. Initially, I asked him just for an estimate on remodeling my circa 1976 upstairs full bathroom, and Ben's estimate beat the others by a landslide! After we discussed the work to be done in the upstairs bathroom, I immediately led him to my kitchen and then my downstairs bathroom, as well. All of his work was impressive. His estimate of both time and money were fair and accurate. He hustles and gets things done! He also has a great eye for quality and color. I could not be more pleased. Ben let me know when he would be arriving, when he would be done for the day, when he would be back the next day, and always a summary of the things that he would be doing next. He kept me apprised about fixtures and supplies that I would need to get--both when he gave me his estimate, as well as while he was completing the projects so that nothing got delayed. He is very trustworthy and dependable, and has an excellent work ethic. He hustles! I have a 2 story house, and I got used to hearing him run at a fast trot up and down the stairs when he was completing the bathroom remodel! Ben was fastidious about cleaning up, and protecting surrounding areas from being affected by his work. He takes a lot of pride in his work, and as a result, I am an extremely satisfied customer! My house that he updated went up for sale the other day, and already the interest is very high. (My realtor told me it was the largest open house she has had, and has additional appointments lined up to see it.) Now, I can't wait for him to work his magic on a few projects in my new house! Oh--and before I hired him, I also checked him out on the Better Business Bureau, where he has an A+ rating. I highly recommend Ben for any of your interior contracting needs. He knows what he's doing, and how to get it done right.

  Ben came and did some pressure washing and painting at our office, as well as installing new lighting fixtures and rewiring. It looks way better over here now, inside and out, and we're so glad to finally replace the old lighting we had here. He did a great job, definitely will be calling him again next time we need something done.

  After him telling us he was finished 3 different times, we had him come back 3 times due to poor quality and incomplete work before he literally said we were being too picky and asked to be paid. What we are left with are two ceiling areas (over the bar and over the kitchen sink) that have been mudded but not sanded or painted. There is ceiling paint all over the walls, crown moulding and kitchen counters. I have been in hundreds of homes with slick ceilings and never seen one where the seams are so obvious. He blamed the condition of the sheetrock but never once talked about replacing it until after he was "done". His quote was the same as everybody else so it's not like he was giving us a deal. The last time I complained over the phone, he hung up on me. This was my first and last time using Angies List.
