FHorrible, so bad that I took pictures and disputed the charge with my credit card. They sent me a we are sorry and offered a 20$ discount. Then they asked for pictures then they asked to reclean my house. My question to them was at no charge? No answer from them

AMr. Bill was extremely patient and professional. He was always on time, prompt with returning phone calls, and followed up regularly. The roof looks so beautiful, my neighbor hired him to do their roof as well. After the roof was complete, Mr. Bill continued to follow up with me to make sure everything was good to go, and even helped me get a new cap for my chimney (not included in the contract). Always respectful, clearly takes pride in his work.

FSent photos of work to be done on Oct. 9th. Scheduled work for Oct. 14th. Colin said would start at 7 a.m.. I sent him a text at 8:15 and he said they were working on a window and would be on their way in about 30 min. He said they were 19 miles away. They arrived at noon. I did not hire them.
