ARe-Designing HomeWe bought a 3000 square ft house that needed everything! I sent Trish the floor plans and she designed the entire house, with never even seeing it, other than a lot of pictures I sent her. It took about 3 months and turned out great. I wanted our beach house to be comfortable, easy maintenance, without clutter, but it had to be beautiful, too. She did a great job and I missed working with her after it was done.- Melinda M.

FBaypoint ConstructionNot good at all! $3500 for Poor quality work only lasted a few months. The pool enclosure and fascia board separated from the house. Did not use screws long enough going through the fascia board. The screws only came through 1/4” not long enough to grab hold of much. The business owner admitted the screws he used were too short but refuses to come and fix his poor quality work, have been waiting for 9 weeks.- Richard P.

FBaypoint ConstructionTook forever to complete the work. Very expensive for poor quality work. A few months later the same fascia board that he and his crew installed separated from the house with the pool screen attached. Turns out he and his crew used screws that were too short and barely came through the fascia board 1/4” to grab onto something to hold to. Steve Gates admitted he used screws too short, been waiting for months for him to come back and fix the problem but he refuses even after admitting the screws were to short.- Richard P.

AThey did a fantastic job. Maggie was great staying in daily contact and be available for questions at all times. Rafael is very precise in his work, it was challenging to get the sunken room to match the rest of the area floors due to the floor being uneven. He used 2x6 boards and stayed with the job until he was satisfied that all was even. They started on time and finished the job one day ahead of schedule. It was a pleasure doing business with them.
