Then right on time the electrician showed up , did his work and explained to me in lay terms how to “ switch over” in the event of power failure. I can’t praise this company enough. ASelectricityWe could not work due to the home office not having any wall outlets that worked. Was not a breaker issue. Could not rectify ourselves. Very stressful to say the least. I called and talked to Ms. Charity who was very understanding and had someone out to the house very quickly, same day. The men wore masks due to COVID, were very polite and professional. They troubleshot the issue, located the problem and had us back up and running within an hour of arrival. I will always use Selectricity for my electrical needs. Could not ask for better service! FSent photos of work to be done on Oct. 9th. Scheduled work for Oct. 14th. Colin said would start at 7 a.m.. I sent him a text at 8:15 and he said they were working on a window and would be on their way in about 30 min. He said they were 19 miles away. They arrived at noon. I did not hire them.

Bwhen tech showed up the dryer seemed to be working and heating however it did not when I called, seemed the heating element was cracked creating and off and on working condition. I went ahead to repair the problem by purchasing a new heating element. I was surprised however that the tech expected me to pay in full before he ordered the part and repaired the problem, but I did using my credit card knowing if there was a issue the credit card co. would have my back, The part was order and Alex fixed it as soon as it came in and was great

AThey were professional, on time, worked quickly, cost same as estimate and left the area clean. Neighbors on both sides of us had had different services, saw the job "Trees and More" did and changed to them. Everyone surprised and happy with the cost. Also, very respectful of our time.
