Tire Buying And Repair reviews in Pensacola

They are really good. I like to use the dealer because the guy working on the car went to school and knows what they are doing. They have always do the work right. I have been using them for years, they have an on line system to book appointments. If the wait is going to be long they will take me home instead of having me wait in the waiting room.

They use Hyundai parts, and factory trained mechanics. The work took three hours. Yeah, but that is normal. They are professional, and go by the schedule of what the car needs. They make the most money as possible.

I purchased tires two years ago from Vannoy's on Warrington road.  They continue to rotate my tires at no cost.  Yesterday they rotated my tires and removed a screw from one of the tires.  Great service!

On 6/4/15, my wife was driving our Honda when she notices smoke billowing from the rear after stopping for a traffic light.  She called me and  although  I suspected she had simply forgotten to release the parking brake, I advised turning around and going to Tires Plus at 8565 N Davis Hwy since it was close, and I had previously purchased tires from them as well as having an alignment done,

A technician put our car on the lift and did a courteous and what appeared to be a thorough inspection and told my wife the brakes and suspension looked fine, and he could not find anything wrong.  An older man, perhaps the manager, told the younger technician to step aside, took my wife into the office and then told her that the car needed major brake work and gave her an estimate of $411.50. (I still have a copy of that quote).  The quote also included expensive ceramic pads which are not warranted in a car that is only  used to for local short trips and only clocks about 1100 miles a year!

My wife drove the car home without incident and without a recurrence of the problem. Because I do a lot of the routine maintenance on our cars, I subsequently removed the rear wheels and inspected the brakes, the rotors, the parking brake mechanism and even removed the calipers and pads to inspect them.  Nothing was  wrong and the car has driven fine since that time.

My conclusion is that this was a dishonest, blatant attempt to take advantage of a customer whose automotive expertise was minimal.  Needless to say, I will be taking my business elsewhere.  Let the reader draw his/her own conclusions from our experience.

They have fair dependable service. They are honest and i feel like they really treat their customers good. His prices are in line with everybody else in the area. They are not cheap, but they can not afford to be because they use good products and stand by their work and have good employees whom they have to pay. It is kind of a neighborhood business; everybody in town knows them.

Fair, I was quoted $49.95 for a wheel alignment, and then was billed for $69.95. The provider failed to center the steering wheel, and tried to charge me for a 4-wheel alignment on a vehicle that has a solid rear axle (you can't make any adjustments on the rear of my car). The also left grease stains on the interior of the drivers door and on the exterior of the vehicle.

I would not use this provider again.

They've been around a long time. They saved me about $5,000. Another dealer told me I needed a new engine in my car so they did a double check on it and I didn't, actually. They are very trustworthy. They have excellent pricing and they do excellent work.

Professional staff, clean waiting area for a short wait, rest rooms and coffee are a plus. Bottom line go on line price your tires and compare that's what I did and take your notes and go to Discount tires last.

The driver got out to me after the time that I was told and then when he got there he was very unprofessional. The driver acted like I was an interuption of his day and I shouldn't have been so stupid to lock my keys in the car.

We shopped around and found that Vannoy's had the best price on the tires I wanted for my SUV. They work fast and offer free rotation and balancing for tires purchased through them. We were pleased with the service.
