    Pensacola Honda
Seemed to go well; price was significantly higher then quotes from reputable independent shops, but the approximately $100 diagnosis fee made it reasonable to have the repair done at PH. The new Honda power steering pump failed after 2100 miles but beyond the 12 month warranty period. Since it seemed unreasonable for such a premature failure, I telephoned Pensacola Honda service manager twice leaving a message for a call back. After failing to get a call back from the SM, I tried to speak with a service writer. Again I had to leave a message and received no call back. A subsequent letter to "owner" of PH has not been answered. Poor service by any standard.

Pump failed just out of warranty time period but after about 2000 miles of driving/use. Pensacola Honda service manager and service writers never responded to my phone calls and manager/owner never responded to my letter regarding such a rapid (in terms of miles) of the power steering pump.

    EVANS AUTOMOTIVE SERVICE CENTER
Would have chosen 0 stars if it was an option. They have an OVER 50% markup on parts because you HAVE to get the 3 yr. warranty even if you don't need it. The problem with that is that they are a Napa center, but you can buy the radiator at Napa for $218 with a LIFETIME WARRANTY, they charged me $453, you don't need that 3 yr. warranty they make you buy. Radiator hoses, at napa cost $25.20, they charged me $49.49. Evans said they had to get the parts from Ford, why?? Because they would have had to order them from Napa and it would take a week. So, why didn't you give me that option, no answer to that!!!!

    Allen Turner Hyundai
My dealership covers most of the maintenance for five years. It was included in the plan when I bought the car. All of my oil changes, air filters, and 30 point are covered for five years. Once you get 30,000 mile, 60,000 mile and 100,000 miles that they alert you in advance and you do have to pay for that. They will rotate the tires, empty all the fluids, and do a full tune up. That you pay but just the routine oil changes, air filter, and things like that is no charge. I actually bought this car because of the customer service of the dealership. It wasn't because of the brand of the car. When I was car shopping, there was another car that I had my heart set on. I went in there and the customer service was terrible. When I went into Alan Turner Hyundai, I said, Look I am on my lunch break, I have about 30 minutes, I want to look at this car. I have 30 minutes to look at this specific car, I have done my research. This is the one want to test drive. I am not buying today but I am of this weekend and if I decide on this car, I will be back. He said okay pick which one you want to drive. I picked what I wanted. I drove it around the block. When we got back to the dealership, he handed me his car. He said, I understand you have to get back to work, call me when you are ready. He let me go. Every other dealership said what can I do to sell you this car today. They wanted to keep me there. I had keep telling them I am not ready to purchase, I want to look at two other cars first. I had three cars that I wanted to test drive. They wanted to know what they could do to sell to me today. I am not buying today. I told you upfront. This guy was different. The customer service is better and that is why I went back. I ended up buying a car that I wanted less but I knew that both offered the car with the long warranties but I thought if I have not even bought the car from these people yet and they are already giving me poor customer service how is it going to be in the years to come.

They are really good. I like to use the dealer because the guy working on the car went to school and knows what they are doing. They have always do the work right. I have been using them for years, they have an on line system to book appointments. If the wait is going to be long they will take me home instead of having me wait in the waiting room.

They use Hyundai parts, and factory trained mechanics. The work took three hours. Yeah, but that is normal. They are professional, and go by the schedule of what the car needs. They make the most money as possible.

They Toyota takes synthetic oil so it's more expensive. At first I thought they were ripping me off, but I called around and oil changes with synthetic oil are more expensive. They were right in the middle of the mark on price. I was in and out in about forty minutes. The waiting area is pleasant, no donuts but free coffee.

I have an Altima and I take it to the dealership. He's like the biggest car dealership in the area. Where he is located they actually call the area Car City so there is so many dealerships over there. I keep going back. It's a dealership, their a little more than the local people, but I know it's getting done right. For a dealership it's a reasonable price. Their one of the best dealerships in town. Their very professional. We've been using them for years. It takes no more than an hour to do the oil change. They have a waiting room with a TV and coffee. I usually bring a book and sit there and wait.

Brakes are squeaking so I go in for an "inspection". 6 hours later I call cause it's been 6 hours. "Brakes are fixed plus we flushed this & that." What? But I pay. What else am I going to do? Driving, car now pulls hard to one side. Go back in and I'm told "oh seems brake cylinder has gone bad" Another $ 300.00 + to repair. hmm I believe me & my car's TRUST have gone.

It was covered under warranty. They completed the service in a day. The workers are very nice and friendly. They could update their database so they have the most current information on their clients. It's a B on overall because of their system and depending on which representative I get because some of them are willing to go above and beyond and some are not.
