ACity Roofing & Construction Inc12/16/2019 Our new roof is excellent. It is a beautiful and highly functional metal roof that has ended our damaging leaks, reduced our high electric bills, added years of life to our AC system and even garners admiration from our neighbors. There is no doubt that in addition to being wonderful to work with, they run an expert company of very fine professionals. This roof was 29 years old, also known as Mount Everest due to the extreme pitch, has three levels and gave us all some not good surprises including --Completely rotted chimney that needed replacement --Chimney cap replacement --Replacing rotted trusses --Installing hundreds of hurricane straps Other surprises include the lengths they went to --Make sure the new chimney stone complemented our home's existing exterior stone work --Replaced rotted fascia with the same grain and type of cedar --Sealed the fascia to match it to the existing fascia --replaced the gutters to not only finally work (our existing ones were non functional) but also made them beautiful we did extensive background checks on city roofing and similar competing roofers. I personally looked up every relevant permit for work done by all so I could judge how many completed roof projects by contractor, follow up repairs or issues, and related. Despite this, we were still a little apprehensive because the project was so big and we knew we'd have a large crew here daily. Also, as much as we liked their salesperson (jackie) we were expecting speed bumps between what was sold and what we got. Amazing: jackie might be one of a handful of completely honest sales people. A pleasure to work with. The crew was a revelation. On time every day, from gate entry to getting up on the roof and starting work under five minutes, no cell phones, no cigarettes, very respectful of our property. Really, a joy to welcome them into our home There is no way this roof was going to be cheap. But you get what you lay for, excellent results and top notch service and respect for our property- Lydia B.

Due to rain, this recent job had to be postponed a coupe times but the office kept in touch with me and made sure that i got an early timeslot once the rain held up. ACity Roofing & Construction IncAnyone reading this should know I usually don't have time for reviews so I'm making a big exception here. I cannot say enough great things about City Roofing. The first thing I needed was an emergency repair after a huge rainstorm brought rain into my house. They were there immediately. The roof was old and probably the cause of on-going leaks that I needed a proper repair for. Again they were there immediately and, although they gave me a good estimate for repair I decided to do the whole roof given the age. They prepared an incredibly detailed estimate with photos of my roof from every direction, showing and explaining everything that would be done. They gave 3 options to choose from (high, medium, low) so it was easy to make a decision on the spot as to how much or little I wanted to invest in the job in terms of additional protection/features. Even the high option was very reasonable and now I have additional mitigations for my insurance. They were in contact with me every day, sat down with me on several occasions, returned my phone calls and emails very quickly, left shingle samples with me to help me submit to my HOA, filled out my HOA form with me, had the permit within a week, and were finished (beginning to end) in a week...unbelievable! I was very impressed with their knowledge of the industry (special shout out to Candy) and their attentiveness to detail. I was going to have my siding replaced after the roof repair (not the optimal order but City Roofing was much quicker than the siding company) and they even installed some siding so that the roof was properly in place for the construction to come. I only had one concern the whole time, which was not even their issue, but they took care of it for me immediately, no questions. I needed to replace my gutters as well and they facilitated the whole thing for me. Other pluses: discounts for new jobs, priority assistance after hurricanes (limited), mitigation inspection, etc. They go all out and I appreciate that. Since City Roofing replaced my roof I have had several people stop by to admire it and and ask me who did the work. Above all, City Roofing is an ethical company, which is rare these days. After dealing with my fare share of fly-by-nights it is so refreshing to be able to work with a company like City Roofing. They care about the community, not just their customers. I hope they inspire other companies to follow suit. If they so we will all be much better off for it. If it wasn't obvious, I HIGHLY recommend City Roofing!- Carla L.

AYSR ConstructionYoanniel Sanchez is the owner of this company and is conscientious and determined to to the best job possible. He took on a difficult job replacing the siding on my old house and did an excellent job. He did the work on a timely basis and worked until the job was complete even though it was after dark. BStaff was kind and considerate. Installer did a good job. However, when Mr Karoly did the estimate I told him I wanted to used my current door knobs. After installation my handles where too large to be used on the inside without scaping everyones knuckles on the other door when opening and closing. A friend of mine scraped his knuckle, it could have been more serious issue. When he did the quote it seems like he should have known the handle was too large. I had to buy a new inside handle. Thankfully I was able to find one to fit after research.

AMotti Painting Solutions recently completed a superb exterior painting job for us. First, they power washed the house, sanded, scrapped and caulked wherever needed. They painted our newly built porch, several sections of the house siding, all the detailed trim work, gutters and downspouts. They applied one full coat of primer and two coats of exterior paint. The crew replaced some complicated rotted trim. The job they did was outstanding! The workers were meticulous, professional, polite, quiet and dependable. They worked diligently every day for 11 hours. They cleaned up all debris, materials, and equipment daily. Motti’s prices were very fair and very reasonable for such high-quality workmanship which came with a 3 year warranty. We highly recommend Motti Painting Solutions for all your painting needs.
