    She is great. Her staff is not rude. They do what they have to do and that's it. They bill appropriately. They never answer the phone. There is always a machine and they call you back. Sometimes I need something. So they should have someone answer the phone.

    He is very kind, willing to cooperate with patients, wonderful bedside manner. He actually seems to have a genuine interest in his patients. He is a good, thorough doctor. I would follow him anywhere! The staff that he has is very kind, confident and I am overall very happy with the experience. I feel very comfortable there, warm feeling. The paperwork was a little too invasive and a little too much, I felt like I was filling out a book, but that was the only downside.

    8/14/13 Wednesday-appointment. The location was 3000 Washington Street- Hollywood, FL. Braver has 2 or 3 locations! Arrived on time. Was given a form to complete for the staff. Gave them my driver's license and insurance card. They appeared to have made a copy for their files. I had to wait awhile before I saw Dr. Braver. When she arrived - she checked my heart - that was it. She insisted I have a bone density test done at my other doctor's office. She filled out a script for me and I noticed she did not spell my first name correctly. It wasn't just one letter -it was way off. Told her about this and she said this is the way it is in the computer. Instead of fixing it right there - she ignored it. She gave me the script 'as-is'. She is the doctor and should know how important it is to have the patients name spelled correctly. Well, I did not realize it until I went to the bone density test office and they rejected the script.

    As I was having the blood withdrawn - I asked when the results will be ready and I was told no later than Friday and that it takes 2 days!

    As I was leaving the office I stopped at the front desk and asked if they need a co-pay from me. She pulled my file up on the computer and I noticed my name was not correct. I told her they need to fix the spelling of my name. My name is not a complicated spelling. Easy American name. I was shocked to see how they screwed up the spelling. HOW DOES THIS HAPPEN? I fill out the required paperwork - they take a copy of my driver's license and they have my insurance card. 3 documents with my name on it.

    8/16/13 I went for the bone density test and the script was rejected because, Braver did not spell my first name correctly. Made appointment for following week

    8/19/13 Monday-called Braver's office looking for test results that should have been in by 8/16/13! My call was transferred to the Nurses voicemail- I left a detailed message with all 3 of my contact numbers. Never heard back from them!

    8/20/13 Tuesday-called Braver's office again- was told that test results will not be available until 8/23/13. Told receptionist that I was told results would be reported to me in 2 days- NOT 10 days! what doctor's office takes 10+ days to get blood/urine results back to the patient? This should take no more than 2 days. In this call I discovered that the office staff INCORRECTLY put my DATE OF BIRTH incorrectly into the computer. They put it- 10 years older than I am. HOW DOES THIS HAPPEN? Again, I fill out the required paperwork-give them my driver's license and my insurance card and they screw up the DOB. Total incompetence! This somehow/somewhere will bounce back from the insurance provider! This has a domino effect!

    8/23/13 I go to the doctor's office to have the bone density test performed. I was told that the results will be sent to Dr. Braver's office. I object and insist that they come to me directly. I am told that with the insurance my GP will get results to me. I tell this doctor's office how incompetent Braver's office is and I still have no test results of blood drawn 10 days ago and it will take forever to get these results too. I was told if I do not have results within 4 days to call them and they will reach out to Braver's office!

    8/23/13 Friday - 10 days after blood/urine tests- I drive in person to Braver's office. I request the test results right there - on the spot. They hand them to me. They had those results for days and in order to get them to me and quot;the patientand quot; I had to personally go and retrieve them. Who knows how long it would have taken to get some communication from this office!

    9/3/13 Tuesday - it is now ELEVEN ( 11 ) days since the bone density test was performed and I have not heard from Braver's office regarding the results. I discover that Braver's office does have the results in their office but, again NOT COMMUNICATING results back to the patient. Why? I call the office and request the results - this call took over 10 minutes to be told: and quot;we are not sure if the results are in yet but, call our Aventura office and ask themand quot;. I never went to the Aventura office! I express how unhappy I have been with this office since my first appointment: from not spelling my name correctly to putting in the wrong DOB to having to come in- in person - after 10 days of waiting for test results to now this. Told the employee that my boss had blood drawn and received test results within 24 hours. She was shocked and said and quot;he didn't come here - did he?and quot; ( this comment coming from here appeared as though she knew that Braver's office never get's results to the patient within 24 hours) told her NO - that I need to switch doctor's and go to his. I called the office that performed the bone density test and told them I still have not heard from Braver's office. They told me the results are in and have been in for days. She said she will call Braver's office and get some answers. She called me back and told me that they do not know if the results are in yet. Bottom-line is-- the bone density doctor's office sent me the results- which I received within 24 hours- after they became aware Braver's office was not communicating the results back to me- the patient!

    9/7/13 Saturday- it is NOW 15 days since the bone density test was performed and Dr. Braver's office still has not called me with the results they were suppose to do over 10 days ago! A Doctor's duty is to report back to the patient - the results-explain in detail what the results meanand answer any questions the patient has. Inform the patient to add a calcium supplement etc. NONE OF THIS HAS HAPPENED with Beth Braver!

    Incompetence starts from the the top.

    DO NOT GO TO DR. BRAVER'S OFFICE - - they clearly do not value the patient. You are just a number to them. All they want to do is charge your insurance provider and get their money. Providing a service is clearly not on their agenda!

    I think Dr. Andres Patron is great. He's prompt, the office has a laboratory so they do blood work right there, and the office staff are very nice. Whenever I need a refill I just call them up and they take care of it.

    They have different offices, and they have staff, doctors, and nurse practitioners. Also, they have MRI's, x-rays, and CAT scans. They have everything right there in one place. They have everything! It's easy to get an appointment, and it's easy to get a prescription refill from them. On appointments, you don't have to wait all day to see the doctor.

    He's been fantastic. I don't speak Spanish, but him and his staff cant speak english fluently with no problem. He takes the time to speak with you and he takes a longer amount of time than most doctors do. He's very competent with what he does.

    He has a great bedside manner. He has a pretty good staff. I do feel like he definitely cares and he does seem to know what he is doing. I tend to stay with the same people so the doctor before him I had for a long time up until I had to move because my insurance changed. I just have not had to go that many different doctors in my entire life. If I have any questions or if I have some concerns, he actually talks to me rather than giving a prescribed answer. He is so caring that he often spends more time with his patients and spends the time with me when he gets to me.

    Between my husband, my son and myself, we saw this doctor about 10 times over the course of the last year. It was always a struggle to get an appointment, a long wait to see the doctor, a very rushed visit without thorough questioning, and left each of us with the feeling that the reason for the visit wasn't resolved, as well as feeling that we had been milked for unnecessary tests, referred out to specialists we didn't need and basically brushed off onto other doctors. Horrific experience.

    I was looking for a new Dr. because the doctor I had, had ridiculously restrictive hours.
    I called Dr. Manella's office and was greeted by a very friendly woman, who worked to get me an appointment
    the very next day. She worked on it all day and I got a call at almost 7pm the night before, telling me she
    was able to get me in, and at a later time that I needed.
    Since it was a last minute appointment, I was seen by a N.P., who I generally don't feel real confident in, but
    she left me feeling comfortable that she was more than capable, as she was as thorough as can be.
    I went in for a sick visit for a cough and everything was covered from A-Z.
    Dr. Manella also made a point to come in and introduce herself to her new patient, which I found to be a very
    nice touch.
    I had just moved down to S Florida from MA about 6 months ago and I was very unimpressed with the PCP Dr's
    in the area. I finally settled with one office, because I had to, after calling what seemed to be endless offices and researching
    endless others online. I'm not sure how Dr. Manella slipped past me the first time but, I'm glad I found this office now!
    Very impressed and I'm a tough patient to impress.
