I had gotten a quote months before doing the work and then out of the blue called Ryan back. He rogered right up for our complete kitchen remodel, even though I was still working through the insurance claim and had a short window to actually get it all done. Since he had overbooked his team, Ryan personally did most of the work himself, meeting my tight timeline. We didn't have a fully designed project, so he took care of that, even accommodating for some significant changes late in the game including adding cabinets, removing a wall and putting in new floors throughout the house. While that change request sounds crazy expensive, instead of just tacking on $1000s, he looked at what he wasn't going to do instead and the price only increased slightly, a testament to the straight forwardness. I have seen other contractors who would have just added tons of money for not alot of work, not Ryan! Overall, the finished product is wonderful, high quality and exactly what the wife wanted, will and lots of value and attractiveness to our house for many many years! Hands down, I would recommend Ryan and Jackson's Custom to friends and family (and already have)!

Hired Anthony and his team to update a nasty 90s green and white bathroom scheme to a more modern look. The project was completed on budget and came out perfectly. Staff was competent, professional and kept us informed every step of the way. Project Involved demolition of old cabinets, tile removal, new plumbing fixture installation, led lighting install, painting and tile replacement. Total project timeline was around 5-6 weeks and they started a couple weeks after Hurricane Irma. Very happy with end result and would definitely use them again for any future remodeling work.

All went well in the beginning. We were considering a kitchen remodel, hired Blair to consult if raising our partial wall to accommodate taller cabinets would look appropriate or would have negative impact on our open floor plan/vaulted ceilings. We paid for drawings to see what it would look like and she did a great job and decided to move to next step. She came back with her contractor to look at what needed to be done and discuss what our needs/wants/likes were, looking at pinterest and houzz images. She advised next step to get overall estimates, we would need to have designs/architectural drawings created which could cost $2000. I also had homework to do to determine what type of cooking appliance - range or cooktop/wall oven, so we were exchanging emails for a few weeks. In my last email update about the appliances I also asked a question that was a concern of my husbands. If we spent the $2000 on the diagrams and then decided not to proceed at that time (maybe it cost more $ and we needed to save more $) would we own the diagrams and be able to use them going forward with her or someone else if we didn't change anything. I never heard another word from her, I could only assume she didn't like the question. After a couple weeks I was going to call her to see why she didn't respond, but then I decided that if she was that sensitive, I would prefer to find someone else. Professionally, she should have responded at least saying yes or no and why. I don't think it was too unrealistic to not want to waste $2k. It all worked out for the best, demo starts on our new kitchen May 8, and to get the drawings/estimates from this company was $300.

I have worked with Candace Hillier of Urban Interiors for several years; she has redone my entire home in Davie. As soon as people walk in they remark on how beautiful and serene my home is. It is easy, breezy, Floridian style and truly gorgeous. My elderly father recently purchased a condominium and I contacted Candace for advice on whom to go to for window treatments, as I thought this jib was too small for an interior designer. I was wrong. No job is too big or small for Candace to handle. She came out and discussed my fathers needs for privacy, temperature control, and aesthetics. The resulting window treatments and trim were absolutely stunning and suited his needs perfectly.

Excellent! Michael is one of the most reliable and responsible tradesmen I have ever hired. His prices are more than fair and his work ethic was A+. His crew went above and beyond the call of duty with respect to my front door. They somehow made a silk purse out of a sow's ear....the door looks brand new! And my ceilings are gorgeous, if I may say so myself. When it comes time to paint the interior and exterior of the house, Michael will be the only person I call.

I was looking a builder to change the look of my house, so I went through several contractor, all of them gave me good prices, but none gave me good ideas, Sobe Builders was the last contractor I review, they gave an in the middle estimate, not to low, not too high, BUT they gave me great ideas. At the very end, my house looks brand new with a totally refreshed look into the modern style. I loved it!. Thank you Sobe Builders!

I have worked with Shelley over the past couple of years on various projects in my home, from furniture placement and selection advice, to complete  room redesigns.  Tackling the room redesigns I wanted to make was an absolutely daunting chore for me. Shelley was able to simplify the projects, relieve my anxiety level AND the results were remarkable!  I could not have accomplished this on my own merits.  Her professionalism, knowledge, resources, accessibilty and delightful personality will keep me as a client for any other projects I want to pursue.  I would recommend her to anyone!

I hired Decorating by Donna to help me with an online paint color consultation for my whole house. I sent her pictures as she requested. She then sent me pictures of colors she thought I should paint. She does not discuss things with you nor give you options to see what you like, what works with the light in the room, what you thought after testing it, etc. She does not ask for your opinion nor whether you liked it or not.. She suggests a color and if you don't like it then she defaults to gray, and then tells you that her consultation services are over! For example, she suggested a  bright yellow for my master bedroom, and an orange for the bathroom. When I told her I didn't like these bright colors (who does??? I have nothing orange in my house!), she defaulted to gray and then told me it was over. Similar things happened with suggestions in the rest of the house. My kitchen is very dark, with dark wood cabinets and black countertops. Her suggestion was to paint it grey. Really? For a kitchen that's already dark? When I didn't agree, she then suggested a gray blue. Gray and beige are two colors I did not want. The color she suggested for my living room was ok but then I realized that one wall in the living room is also part of the stairs/hallway and that I couldn't paint one continuous wall with two different colors. She ignored my question and never responded. And she never finished the project because I never received color suggestions for trim nor ceilings. Basically,  I wasted money and am back to square one! I do not recommend her at all!

Margo was great to work with .She reviewed the interior and exterior made great suggestions for us to implement on the landscaping and yard and she made several great suggestions on the interior. She helped transform a bedroom ,loft and bathrooms so that they would appeal to any buyer and she totally helped sell the house. i would highly recommend her services .
It was worth it . We received more than one full price offers within the first few weeks of being on the market. I think the home staging helped the house appeal to any buyer.
