    Very well. After the inspection they provided an estimate for repairs to the chimney, which I accepted. The repairs were professional and timely. The costs were reasonable, $89.00 plus tax for clean and inspect, $459.00 plus tax for repairs.

    An excellent experience so far. I was able to get an appointment for the same day I called, and the team arrived on time. They cleaned my grill and figured out why it wouldn't light - luckily, an easy fix - a new battery for the starter did the trick after some tinkering. A couple of months later, the grill refused to start again, so I called and the gentleman who answered the phone walked me through changing the battery myself, which again solved the problem. I'm not sure why the first battery would've gone dead so soon, when the original lasted 5 years, but we shall see. I would use this company again and I would recommend it to a friend.

    The replacement went fairly well. Joe arrived for our initial appointment at the agreed upon time. He tried to restore the original pieces of the flue that blew off during Hurricane Irma. He succeeded with the first piece but the other 3 were too badly damaged and had to be replaced. The cost was high but acceptable. (He warned me those flues were very expensive.) Once the new pieces arrived, he came out to place them on the roof. Unfortunately, the second replacement piece was too heavy for him to lift onto the first replacement piece. The third replacement piece was the cap. He was able to put that onto the first replacement piece. The flue is now three feel shorter than it was before. I agreed to accept that because I never use the fireplace. Joe took back the piece he was unable to set and refused to accept any additional money. My only suggestion is that when dealing with a situation like mine, Joe might consider bringing a helper.

    2 gentlemen from the company came and arrived on time. Unfortunately I was not there to see the progress/work, as i had to go to work. Upon coming back, I realized that  they never took the grill out from the place it sits, making a mess of all the area surrounding the grill which I had to clean after they left, some I even had to paint. They did not replace all of the igniters and none of the control knobs.  They replaced some of the igniters and told me that they would come early next week to replace the other igniter they had not replaced. They did replace some of the igniter knobs with knobs that did not match the other, called me 10 days later to tell me that they had the igniter but no knob for it, they wanted to come over to replace it and advise me to use the knob from another igniter that was seldom used and leave that one without a knob.
    They did not provide me with an invoice after service was provided, this was later emailed to me (3 days later), they had me pay for parts that they were only able to partially get, they did not have all the other types of control knobs, so now I have 2 different types of knobs. All in all, not a good experience. I have pictures which I sent to them.

    After this review, I received calls from them, apologizing, wanting to fix things, clean and replace the igniter and knobs. Yesterday afternoon a serviceman from the company came and installed the missing igniter and knobs, I had already cleaned.
    He was very professional in his demeanor, polite and left everything clean, tested and made sure all worked fine. I thank him.
    Later I received a call from them to make sure all was done to my satisfaction and they offered a discount for any later visits.
    I am happy that they were able to make things right the second time around, were polite at all times and respectful. Everyone deserves a second chance!

    I am a Realtor. He was prompt but I did not meet him, the listing Realtor did. I liked his manner over the phone. Next time I need a fireplace inspected, I will use him. He seemed to know more about fireplaces than the general inspector.

    Rudolfo came out to my house on Thursday (2/7) in response to my request for a price quote for a new dryer vent system in my garage. He was punctual and professional. After evaluating the best best location to run the dryer vent duct and explaining the details/options of the installation, he vacuumed all the stray insulation that had fallen from the crawl space opening. Based on the  positive reviews of this company and the idea that it makes sense to hire a company that specializes in the cleaning and proper operation of dryer vents, I decided to hire Aaron Dryer Vents. 
    The work was scheduled for Saturday (2/9). Rudolfo and Ruben arrived on time and with all the necessary materials and tools to complete the job in a timely manner. The job took approximately 3.5 hours to complete, during which they moved all items from the immediate work area to prevent damage to anything, installed high quality rigid duct work through the attic crawl space, made a new opening in masonry on the exterior of the house for the vent, strapped the duct work securely to the roof trusses, ensured proper operation of the system, and cleaned up the work area completely. 
    I am very please with the quality of work and attention to detail.

    They have put in fireplaces for me, they have cleaned my chimney and put a cap on my chimney.  They are honest and I would recommend them.  There was a time I had them come out because I thought my chimney needed cleaned and they said it didn't need cleaned.  I have been very happy with them.

    What he did was ok, but I thought that $75.00 was a bit much to pay for this evaluation considering that he would have only charged $115.00 to clean out the chimney had that needed it. He also left the extention cord on the outside patio and plugged into the house with the patio door ajar. That could be an electrical hazzard in the rain.

    I was told they would come on 11/17/2011 between 10-12.  No one showed, no one called.  I called them and they said the scheduler was new and did not alot enough of a time window, so I re-scheduled for 11/29/2011.  I was given a 9-12 window. Again, no show, no call.  I called back, it took them a little while to verify that I actually had made an appointment.  Once they did, they said because of the rain they were behind in their schedule.  I asked why did I not get a courtesy call.  No real answer. 

    I had rescheuled my work/meetings around TWO appointments, which they missed with no service and not even a courtesy call.

    Not recommended because of basic customer service/courtesy.
