  • Perfectly. This was the 4th window motor replacement on my 2006 Jeep Liberty. I gave Frank a heads up 3 days before I booked an appointment to get part. Even though I did this most times his parts vendors deliver within 1/2 hour any part needed while I am waiting. Everything was finished in a reasonable time and the price was great. An added benefit to the courteous personnel (office and mechanics) is a wonderful gentle dog named Missy who sleeps next to you while you wait. For me, a bonus!

  • The two gentlemen that arrive were very professional. We went back to their job due to the rain that day and they perform the operation in less than an hour. I thought it was fast but they did a perfect job and I would absolutely hire them again, without question.

  • My experience with this company was excellent. They came on time, they offered me a tint that not only looked great on the glass, I noticed a significant difference in the heat coming inside the room within the price that was agreed. This room would get incredibly hot in the summers and now I am so happy this won't be an issue this year. Excellent communication and customer service. I would recommend this company highly to anyone who needs this service. Thank you Solar Pro.

  • This is the first time using an Auto Transport service. It has been a nightmare. I selected Executive Auto Shippers due to their great reviews on Angie’s List. The company promised to have a driver pickup my car on April 24th to be delivered on April 26th. Late morning on April 24th, I was called to communicate that the driver had mechanical issues. The pickup would be delayed 2 days and delivery would happen on April 29th. Instead of immediately looking for a new driver, I was asked, “Why is this a concern?” I shared that I’m starting a new job and would incur additional expenses by renting a car. They offered to search for a new driver but could not guarantee better dates. Since they work in the car transport industry, I asked the probabilities of not getting the desired dates. And again, they would rephrase their line, “Sir, we cannot guarantee better dates” If they work on this industry on a daily basis, wouldn’t they have a good sense? I made the decision to change driver with the little information at hand. Late afternoon, I called back to get a status. The representative communicated that she was about to start working on my case. I was in shock and cancelled the order immediately. There is no sense of urgency from this company. I realize that they don’t have control over the drivers. However, my case should have been given priority due to the incident. Now, I’m forced to drive 16 hours and lost a non-refundable airfare. If you need a reliable and friendly car transport, do not use this company.

  • On February 8, 2018, my parents went to this dealership, located in 3350 S SR 7, Miramar, Florida 33023 to buy a commercial van for their business. Upon arrival, they were assigned to one of the salesmen, a gentleman named Francisco. My parents test drove the van they eventually purchased, a Mercedes Benz Sprinter Van. During the test drive, my father noticed that the back air conditioning system was not working. He mentioned this to the salesperson, Francisco, who said that it wasn’t an issue and that the dealership would order the part and then replace it at no cost to my parents once he finalized his purchase. My father was then taken to meet with the Sales Manager, Leonardo Valdez, Francisco being present, and the individual doing the financing, a gentleman named Jose Angel who purported to be the owner of the dealership. Again, my father mentioned the a/c issue and a mechanic was called, who inspected the van, and advised all parties that there was a problem with the a/c relay system, electrical in nature, and that the part that needed to be replaced was less than $100. The dealership employees assured my father that the part would be ordered and that he could return in seven (7) days to have the part replaced, at no cost to him. My parents finalized the purchase of the van, with the assurance from all three employees that the a/c issue would be corrected once the part arrived. It is now March 7, 2018 and the part has not arrived nor has any repair been made. My father called after the initial seven (7) days and was told that the part had not arrived. In the effort of saving time, and not detail every single interaction for the past four (4) weeks, my father kept getting the run around. Last week, my father called and the salesperson, Francisco, told him to speak to the sales manager, Leonardo. Leonardo told my father that he had ordered the part himself and it would arrive shortly. A few days later, when my dad called to inquire and follow up, Leonardo advised him that my father had been lied to and that no part would be replaced or provided at this time, and that the dealership owner, allegedly Mr. Jose Angel, said that my father could sue if he wished to recover the part promised to him. We recognize that it was our responsibility to further investigate this dealership prior to making a purchase. After reviewing the Florida Department of Highway and Motor Vehicle Safety Manual for car buyers, the pamphlet warns of shady business practices and how dealerships have taken advantage of buyers in the past, so it is best to do your research and get everything promised in writing. What my family wants now, more than anything, is to expose this business for the fraudulent and deceitful practices that have taken place. It is imperative that the local government, state government, and the public be aware of these issues so that they can properly safeguard themselves. In the end, we covered the repair ourselves and it was well over $300.00.

  • Very well. Raul removed the ding the day I called. The next day I met him at the Lexus dealer where he purchased the touch up paint. He did the touch up and only charged me his price for the paint. Great job.

  • Perfect! The company owner came personally. He was polite, professional, and made sure the finished work was perfect. Plus, his price was the best of three quotes. It doesn't get better than this! I don't want to dent my new car, but if I do I know who I'll call!

  • I accidentally tapped the side of a car next to me while trying to back up, leaving a shallow, wheel well shaped dent in the new car next to me. My car was fine. There was no paint damage to either vehicle. The person I hit told me his car was only 3 months old and he wasn't happy at the thought of possible having the paint on one part of his car a slightly different color than the others after a traditional repair job. So, I called Dent Medic to see what he could do. He called me back promptly and said that he had already been contacted by the owner. I told him to bill me when the work was done. I did not actually see the result, but the owner told me that he was satisfied with the dent removal and handed the phone over to the Dent Medic whom I paid with a credit card. It was painless and significantly less than my insurance deductible.

  • I called Quality Mobile Detailing because they were very close to where I live in Walnut Creek. The guy said I could drop the van off and they could have it done in a couple hours depending on its condition. They could also come to me, but I needed to have it done faster than that. I dropped it off and two hours later, it was done, and looking as good as new. Every little thing was cleaned perfectly. It looked and smelled great. Total cost was $150 plus tip for a complete and thorough service.

  • Initial installation went well, but, a corner was loose. We called and set up at least 3 times to have it fixed. Appointments were either cancelled or heard nothing. Further more the company kept no record of ever doing the work. Setting here waiting for the tech that did not show up again.
