    M & P Maintenance
I have called Miguel, told him about the project, he said to text him the information, and he will call me back. I am still waiting for his call. Some handyman doesnt understand the most important thing about a business is customer service. A quick text or call, let the customer knows whats going on would be perfect. I was looking for a great handyman to do some remodel around the house, guess you lost that opportunity.

    M & P Maintenance
Miguel is simply a jack-of-all-trades. He was very prompt in answering my initial inquiry and asking for pictures and measurements for the job. He scheduled the work days, arrived on time, and was very professional. I was especially impressed that he included me in the direction of the repairs. I cannot believe he was able to level my sagging 20 ton shed. It had a good 15 degree list, and I thought I would need a crane. He accomplished this in half a day. He was also able to repair and replace several sprinkler heads in my system. All working to perfection now. He is a very personable and honest worker. I plan on calling him again!

    Tru Colors Contracting
This was a trying experience for me.  I had extenuating circumstances that made this job take forever. I had a leaking carport roof, stucco work to do, termites to get rid of and wood replacement to do before the house could be painted.   John came to pick out paint colors.  I didn't want anything to dark or to light.  I picked out 3 from his color samples.  When I came home from work, there were 3 colors that I didn't pick out on my wall for testing.  I made him come back and put on the ones I wanted to see on the wall.  I picked out a color from HD and gave it to him as one of the new samples.  Which was the one that I chose to do my entire house with.  When the pressure cleaning crew finally were able to come, they didn't do a very good job on the house.  All the surfaces were uneven, paint was pressured off in spots and some places were never touched by high power water. The best part of the pressure washing was the sidewalks.  I still have some paint chips around the base of the house.  The house was spray primed and then paint sprayed on the house the next day.  It was a windy day which surprised me that they opted to spray the house that day.  As it turned out, all the spray was uneven and  some spots could see the previous paint through the new.  I made them come back.  There was white paint from the trim on the blue paint on the walls. They fixed that also. None of the windows were recaulked, they just painted over what was there.  They had to fix that.
I have a downspout in front that was re-hung upside down that they removed when painting the wall.  I had a flooded mess from the heavy rains, they came back to fix that.  I was not happy.  The office sent a person to collect the remainder of the money, and I said what?  The ceiling to the carport and the floor was never painted!  (they were both listed in the contract).  So they had to come finish that.  It was said to me that "this was overlooked in the contract and that they were told not to do it".  I had to call and correct that.  When they came to do those 2 jobs, all my paint was collected by a worker and taken with him.  I had no paint to touch up anything on the house or the color of the white paint.  He was not suppose to take that but he did.  They had to get more paint to finish the job.  There was blue paint on my white back door, they fixed that.  A crew left chicken bones and bottle caps in the yard all over, my dog (who has a sensitive stomach and special diet) got a hold of all of that, I was not happy about the utter disrespect of peoples property they had.  One of the crew members dumped blue paint (about a quart of paint) in the yard under one of my trees, the dog had blue paws for a few days by getting into that and therefore had blue paw prints on my white tiles in the house. By this point, I was angry!   So when a man  came to see everything, he just covered the blue paint on the ground with dirt.  I had to make him put my house numbers and mail box back on the wall.  The roof under the carport was bubbling and peeling.  I asked if anybody scraped the ceiling after the pressure wash.  I was assured they did.  Paul (the owner) said that the roof was still leaking.  I called the roofer back and he could find no water under the bubbles. I made the painter  come back to scrape all the bubbles.  The paint just peeled off in strips.  I was there to make sure it was done right this time.   After all was scraped, it was primed and painted once more.  NOT ONE PROBLEM since doing it the right way.  When all said and done, I am happy with the look of my house now.  It was an adventure from start to finish.  I felt like the crew was inexperienced in their workmanship and ethics.  One member even asked me how much I paid for the job?  I told him enough!
It took me a few months to write this review, I was not sure I wanted to do it but, now, I want to hopefully prevent someone else from trusting people without supervising their work.

    Oasis Solutions
Miguel from Oasis came in and evaluated the water with his meters, found water damage throughout my entire ceiling of my house. He at that time advised he would have to put fans and dryers in place to dry out the attic. My bedroom ceiling had collapsed after water accumulated. He and his team cleaned up the debris, removed and disposed of damaged sheets and pillows, he put dryers up in my room and dehumidifiers though out to help resolve the water damage. The machines were in place for 4 days. Upon returning he showed me the meter results. The fans had done their job. He made a difficult situation a little more bearable. I would highly recommend this company for any of your restoration needs. They also will be replacing my ceiling in my bedroom and remodeling my kitchen since I have to repair cabinets from water also. VERY PROFESSIONAL!!!! And won't try and talk you into unnecessary expenses.

Micheal was a pleasure to work with. He promptly returned my call and was able to go to work site the next day. He explained in detail what he needed to do and the possibility of not being able to match the exterior wood perfectly. His price was extremely reasona ble, and he came and did the work on Easter sunday! The work was perfect. It was a pleasure to work with him...we have found a new carpenter!

    Lyfe Visions
Michael responded to my request for an estimate quickly.  After reviewing the damage the following day, he provided me with a fair estimate and a complete explanation of what he was going to do and what materials he would use.  I authorized the repair and he arrived on schedule the following day.  Michael is very meticulous and takes pride in his work.  The work on both doors was completed within 4 hours.  Everything looked great and Michael completely cleaned up the areas when he was done.  I have already arranged for him to do some minor electrical repairs on my home.  It is difficult to find a quality craftsman who is trust worthy.  Michael at Lyfe Visions is now my go-to guy!  I would highly recommend him to others!

Once they received the materials that were ordered, they worked diligently to replace all of the rotted wood as specified in our conversations. I was very pleased with their work. They were also supposed to disconnect the electrical line from my shed so that it could be torn down at a later date. Michael & Mark promised me that it would be done but as of today they have not come back to disconnect this line. I have tried to contact them on many occasions both by telephone and e-mail but they will not return my phone calls, email me, or do the work that I paid for. For this reason I would not use them again.

I was given a labor only estimate, all materials were provided by us. All the timelines were met and there were no additional costs were incurred. All and all it went pretty smooth being a construction job.
