    Drew Roofing Inc
I received a prompt quote. Communications were excellent all through the process. The craftsmanship was great. No extra costs. The price wasn't the lowest quote but I felt they would do a good job and they did. You definitely get what you pay for from them.

    Sander and sons roofing llc
I contacted three companies from Angie's list for estimates to replace my roof. One company sent me an estimate based on a view of google earth with no discussion, Really????? The owner of second company came out. I felt good about the company and the estimate was fair. Then I talked to Joey (son) and met with Sander (father) and knew that they were the company for me! Everything was explained in detail as well as pointing out how their attention to detail in their workmanship was better than other companies. The dollar estimate was the same as the second company, but the job came with Sander & Son's warranty for as long as I owned the home. Joey pointed out how the manufacturer's warranty was often insufficient. In addition, their estimate was not contingent on any damage found after the start of the job, unlike the second estimate. The job was delayed a week due to heavy rains, which I expected. The workman were punctual every day. All of the workman were employed by Sander and Son. Joey kept in touch and was easily available as needed. His customer service skills were outstanding. There were 2 minor areas of misunderstanding, but they were resolved to my satisfaction. Near the completion of the job, Joey came to the house to be sure that I was pleased with the work. Joey provided helpful info about painting trim as well as cable wires, soffits and fascia. There was an area of concern that probably my responsibility, yet Joey had the workers caulk that area before he left.

Gary at Structural Restoration showed up on time and completed the removal and re-installation of 2 roof's. The crew were courteous and cleaned up after themselves. We would recommend them and will be definitely using them again for other projects.

    All Central Florida Roofing Center
Not happy with this company. They were called in by my tenant after a leak was discovered in the kitchen. All Central Florida Roofing provided a $1,500 roof repair estimate. I decided to get another quote and the next roofer said it was not the roof (the roof is 4 years old), but an AC leak from the duct above the kitchen. I decided to call a 3rd roofer who validated the AC was the issue (roof is fine). This dishonest roof contractor would have charged me $1,500 to fix something that was fine and still not have resolved the real issue. Great thanks to the two roof contractors who were honest.

    JT's Home Services
It did not! My first call was answered by a friendly sounding man. He took all of my information and said he would be out in the next 2 to 3 days. I waited a week and called again. He said I may have gotten lost in the paperwork and asked that I again give him my information. He said he would be out in the next few days. Another week has gone by. I called a different company yesterday, they came today and my screen is as good as new. I should have heeded the advice of other Angie's list members who complained about the tech not showing up. Lesson learned. The lack of courtesy was most upsetting. If he couldn't come he should have told me.

    Farrell Roofing Inc
Farrell installed a new roof in 2014. After suffering through the home being extremely hot through the summer of 2015, and In preparation for the hot weather being here soon, I had someone check my attic. It was discovered that the roofers had shingled over the opening underneath the ridge vents they had installed and there was no way for the attic heat to escape. I called Farrell Roofers to schedule an appointment to have the problem checked out. They failed to respond to my request. I had to hire another roofer to fix Farrell's mistakes. So, even though Farrell had been paid in full for the install of my roof, they refused to provide any type of service to correct their mistakes. My recommendation is :if you hire a contractor, and there is a new roof in the plans, ask who is going to be doing your roof. If the answer is Farrell, say No Thanks. If your relationship with your contractor doesn't end in his satisfaction, Farrell will not stand behind their work.

    IROK Construction
The loan company required our house to have a new roof before closing.  The sellers didn't want to pay for it, so we did.  The cost of the roof was incorporated into the price of the house and we closed on it.  The roof started leaking in the last two months (six months into the warranty period).  We have called them to repair the roof.  They came out once to seal/fix some flashing, but the roof continues to leak.  We called them to come out again, but they told us they are not going to honor the warranty because the receipt is not in our name but in the name of the previous owner.  Well, obviously, THE ROOF is not with the previous homeowner, it's over our house.  They had their estimator, Kip, call to yell at me that they don't owe us anything.  He hung up on me when I yelled my response to match his tone.  The warranty was transferred to us in the closing documents, but they will not honor it - which means they do not stand behind their work.

    Storm Roofing & Repair
The "salesman" they sent, notice that I didn't say "repairman", that's because all he wanted to do was SELL me $ 3,100.00 of unnecessary services, which included "power washing" my roof, to be done by their subcontractor. This guy went up on the roof with a tube of calk, walked around for about 45 minutes and called that a "Tune Up". He told me that some of the problems were beyond the scope of the "Tune Up" but he would give me an estimate on the items not included. I offered to get on the roof with him to examine the problem areas, he said no need to do that, he would provide a detailed estimate and he even offered to take pictures of the issues. I had just flown into town and wanted to go to my hotel (5 minutes away) to drop my wife off and told him I would be back in less than an hour. He thought that since I wasn't there I didn't know what he was doing. WRONG!! My neighbor was watching and gave me a complete report on what was NOT done. He didn't take any pictures. When I got back (45 minutes later) he was gone. Amazing he inspected my roof and gave it a Tune-Up in less than 2 hours. I knew the problems were couple of tiles that needed sealed and the valleys needed sealed. None of which were done. He did email me an ESTIMATE the next day. Not very detailed. It read: Front tile $ 600., Back tile $ 700., Plumbing flashing $ 100., Power Wash $ 600., and $ 1,100. to seal the valleys Total $ 3,100. And surprise, surprise, NO PICTURES. I asked for more details on the tile fastening and more importantly the PICTURES. Needless to say, I have not had a response to my request. But it has only been 30 days since the original estimate. A called a reputable contractor who confirmed no loose tiles but some at the bottom needed sealed. He did that for free and is power washing and sealing the valleys for $ 600.00. Watch these guys!!! Get a 2nd opinion on any work they "claim" you need.

    Arry's Roofing Services

From the first phone call, through the service work and final phone call and billing this company was excellent.  They even follow up more then once to be sure everything continues to be OK.

Array's Roofing is really a first class operation.  I am so happy it was recommended to me by my neighbor.  I would suggest to anyone reading this review that they include Array's in their search for excellent performance.

I live on the beach and they did a great job. I have to have a wind mitigation  report, they did that for me which was wonderful. The communication was great, the price was great and the clean up was wonderful. They don't sub-contract they have their own crew. They saved me a lot of money on my insurance.
