    Everything that AAA Services did was done to perfection. I thought I would save money by ordering the cabinets and counter-tops myself through Home Depot but ran into numerous issues from receiving wrong cabinets, order shipped to wrong address, materials damaged in shipment, rude, unprofessional and uncaring Home Depot staff/management. Through it all Jim and his crew worked with me and around the delays caused by Home Depot. My next remodel I will just have AAA Services do all the work and enjoy a stress free remodel. I also liked that Joe, Jim and crew offered several suggestions during the remodel that really turned out well and added a more upscale look to my remodel. I give my highest recommendation to AAA Services of Central Florida.

    Kendall and Alex were outstanding! Alex arrived on time, was super friendly, took the time to explain everything about my A/C unit, air handler, etc. and was not even going to charge for the visit although he worked on the unit. Kendall, the owner, called me later in the day to make sure I was satisfied with the visit. No company or contractor I have ever worked with has done that. Whatever work needs to be done in the future will be done by Harbor Air. I highly, highly recommend!

    The installers of the duct work and air conditioning system were terrible. They did not bring any kind of drop clothes to put down when they went into my attic inside my house. They not only got attic dust and insulation all over , but they marked up my floor as well. They had to stop work two times each of the two days, because they forgot something and had to return to their shop. This took at least 2 hours each time. They stopped early the first day and left air ducts uncovered so the attic heat and dust/insulation came into the house in each room. They marked up a door, and they put their drinks down on a chest of drawers leaving several water rings. I had orders an air filter which they overlooked on their order sheet, so they had to come back a third day(two days later) to install it on the air handler. They also did not tape up the plenum until that third day. I can not speak for the quality of their actual work, but it concerns me. They told me it was a newer crew when I called the guy who initially sold me the system, but that should not matter as to their sloppy work and care of my house. Also this was installed last week Aug 21,22, and 24, and I have not received any kind of follow up call from any Bayside manager asking if I was satisfied. I do not recommend this company at all.

    Upon completion the salesman met with me to instruct on how to use system with remote control. The units were left on after install and house was cooling nicely in every room. I was impressed by the efficiency of the system, quality of the units, and the professional way the entire job went.

    We have a 1950s house with a flat roof and only 8" to work in. Omar and Kyle were able to figure out how to replace a duct. The job was much more involved then originally perceived at time of quote but the company stuck by their original price. Truly professional!

    The techs finding per his paperwork read, " Upon completion of a full system evaluation, we discovered that the outdoor compressor has failed causing the system not being able to cool the home". Recommendation: " $3,235 to $3,832.54 to replace the compressor!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" I knew the unit was still under warranty, but the company Abear A/C was not able to come out that day and that is why I called Performace air instead. What makes me very mad is that when Abear came out the next day they found that it was only a clogged drain line that was causing the unit not to work and they got the unit up and running and it has been fine ever since. What mad disappointed is we were spending the weekend at the beach with friends and family, but because performance air could fix a simple drain line clog we had to go home that day and Performance Air charge me a $120 service charge and tried to get me to spend over 3k when not necessary. I felt wronged therefor I called Performance Air to ask that my service charge of $120 be refunded. They gave me the run around . Manager never got back to me and never refunded the service charge of $120. Don't use this company they will mislead you and could cost you thousands$$$ of unnecessary repairs.

    In addition to the minor repair two days before, our HVAC kicked the bucket. They were able to schedule install 2 days later...and this was all right after the hurricane. They did the job in just a day, working overtime to get it done. They crawled up in the scalding hot ceiling, added another intake duct, installed the compressor and condenser for the price shown. And I felt very comfortable with the work and the guys doing the job; I didn't feel like I was getting taken for a ride. I highly recommend them.

    He really pressed for the expensive mold prevention units. He said our unit should last a few more years and was in good condition. What is odd, we have had nothing but trouble since he left. The outside unit keeps going out. Never have we had this issue before. Not sure this is a reliable business... ended up calling a few friends for referrals on a good AC Man that isn't trying to sell something... lesson learned, you get what you pay for...

    Found out they were open on Sunday. With a dead AC, I called about 2:30 pm. Chris called and said he had another call first and would get back to me. He called later (after Gator's closing hour of 5) and came out around 6:40 and fixed the problem which took him into the night. He left around 8 and things worked fine. During the night the AC died again in a matter that I'd guessed was a lack of freon. I called the company on Tuesday (work precluded it on Monday) and Chris came out again. Freon was fine but another issue had come up. He fiddled with it, got it working, and didn't charge me. I highly appreciate everything he's done to my 21 year old Trane. To boot, they are going to apply the cost of this visit to the purchase of a new replacement system. I'll comment on that when it's completed.
