    Wright Davis Property Management
It was a great experience. So refreshing to see good property managers who actually care. So many seem to not give that personal customer service anymore. Christy does an excellent job. She's got the smile that will always warm your heart and make you feel at home.

    ATi Services of Tampa Inc
They scheduled promptly for Jack Z to come out and go over what work needed to be done. They were very patient as we had difficulty dealing with the other company's insurance carrier. When it came time for the work to be done, they were very friendly, professional and competent. They even found ways to make the repairs less costly than expected. They were a "one stop shopping" experience, with folks having a wide variety of expertise, so we didn't have to go out and find each different kind of contractor ourselves.

    Kopper Electric Inc
I called Kopper Electric on Monday 8/29/16 at 10:48 AM. Missed the return call at 3:45PM. Called Sal back at 5:35PM. He said he would be happy to come take a look for me. on 8/30/16. Just text him my address and he would call me as soon as he finished up another project the next morning that would not take very long. I texted him the info at 5:46PM that same day. He did not respond. Based on his list rating I took it as he had it. The following day at 3:31PM I texted him after not receiving a phone call or text. Said sorry we did not get a chance. After I let him know I only called him because of the list he made an excess that he is a small business and his day was cut short and he had to pick his daughter up at school. I get all of that. But the lack of letting me know and leaving me hanging all day is not being a responsible business owner. Large or small. Why bother to call if he cannot be deemed reliable. I would not recommend the chance of losing a day for somebody like him.

Gary was very professional, helpful and did a great job.  I had dozens of unidentifiable keys and he helped me figure out which were for which doors and re-keyed them as needed.  He also identified a problem with how the deadbolt was closing and fixed it automatically.  He also provided consulting services on possible future projects I may do, such as installing keypad door entries.

Excellent work!!! Would highly recommend!!! Repaired a lock that someone else had repaired and did not charge for the extra work. Also, he took the time to check all the other doors to make sure they were in good working order. Excellent price for the great work done!

Sensors are easy to set up and install.  So far they seem adequate except for the PIR motion sensors (Passive infra-red).  The sensors "see" much less of a distance than I thought with less of a 'sector'; so in effect, the two sensors that I thought would cover my entire great room left a considerable coverage gap.  Other than that, the service is fine with no issues.

United Water Restoration Group, Inc.- Tampa

On 23JUL14. United Water Restoration Group, Inc. responded to our telephone call straight away and did a tremendous job clearing the 3 inches of water out of the apartment, as well as the wet carpet and pad and tiles. Ryan Jones and assistant worked well into the night and kept the blowers and dehumidifying equipment going for 5 days. We were so pleased with Ryan's professionalism that we signed on to have United Reconstruction Group, Inc. to do the restoration work, thinking they were the same company. Big mistake. They are not.

So much frustration with this job that I do not know where to begin. During the wait to start reconstruction I took on prep work to get on with feeling some sense of accomplishment. We were back and forth with United on pricing estimates, each time theirs over and above the amount of settlement paid by insurance company. We finally agreed to a quote just to get United out of our life.

We were told that kitchen cabinets were on back order and the job was delayed; when we first met with United we were told that United provides wooden cabinets and they were in stock if we went with theirs. They brought out a sample door for us to see, the quality was good so we went with theirs. We were initially told that they would provide tile and grout samples for us to see, saving us the hassle of shopping (this was part of the enticement to sign on with them, that they would take care of everything, even representing us to the insurance company if need be to cover things the insurance estimator did not include on claim). At the stressful time of the flood, this was very comforting. It turned out that they did not help with that, could but that we would have to pay United the supplemental work costs and hope that the insurance company would reimburse us. We chose not to pursue that, again just wanting United out of our life.

On 24SEP United Reconstruction began the work. Over the course of interaction with United we grew less and less confident that we were going to end the job well. We chose to have our plumber come and remove the hot water heater, and not have United reset it. When I presented this to United, as well as the other line items I had completed during the wait to start, that these needed to be deducted from the quote because they were no longer required, they agreed but they would not agree to deduct their overhead and profit (which is 50% of each line item cost). So, for example, they deducted $422.50, their cost to detach and reset HWH but we still had to pay United $211.25 their overhead and profit. When I asked Josh why he informed me that I do not know how it is done. Josh is very good at talking over, above, long and hard to push the customer to frustration. I never met Josh, do not want to, phone calls were enough to know customer satisfaction is not their priority. I did not take well to having him laugh at some of my concerns.

To end the relationship appropriately, Josh called and asked that I get the final payment to them so that they could meet their quarterly numbers. I told him that I did not want to see United again, so he said I could leave the (hefty) check under the doormat and that he would pick it up. The doormat?? The check was mailed.

Plenty more I could share but working with United put me off to the point of being ill. I care not to revisit this ordeal in any way further.

    1-800-DRY-ME-OUT - Advanced Restoration Inc
Tony was at my house within 30 minutes of my initial call. He put my mind at ease regarding the restoration process. He and Jeremy were both very professional and treated me and my personal belongings with great respect. They were in constant contact with us throughout the process and worked with our insurance adjuster to settle the claim. I would highly recommend this company to anyone in need of these services. They get an A+ all around, and that is very hard to find in this area. Thanks guys!

    IMLocksmith Inc
He arrived very promptly.  Accessed the situation (whereby my lock was broken to my front door, and I actually could not get it open without difficulty, so I felt trapped in).  He installed a better lock, tested it, made set of keys, was very professional, and was finished in record speed.
