    Low Cost Concrete Inc
Low Cost was the only professional business to give me a prompt call back and one of two that gave me estimates. Terrence gave me a much better quote than the other guy and was obviously much more on the ball and professional. The lead time was a good month out, which wasn't the best, but at least it was accurate and wasn't changed. Terrence showed up on time and finished the work as promised. Great quality work. I'm happy with the outcome. Their was some damage from the concrete truck, and I had to call him to come back out to pick up some materials, but he responded promptly and everything was wrapped up nicely and quickly. Given how hard it is to get such a value on not just concrete work, but any skilled labor work done on time anymore, I have to give Low Cost, and Terrence a pass on the few little snags we had. Again - alls well that ends well. Top notch product from Low Cost Concrete. I'll use them next time.

Set up the quote time through text. I texted at the exact appointment time as he had not arrived and was told he was delayed due to a concrete truck at his previous job was late and he would text before he arrived. I agreed. These things happen - no big deal. He never texted. He never showed up. I am writing this the day after (21 hours after our appt time) and not a peep. Totally blown off. Why would you want to do business with this red flag waving already? No thanks.

Bob C., our project manager was very professional and helpful in answering our questions. The job was finished on time and on budget. The finished driveway looks fantastic and we have been getting compliments from all the neighbors. Our next project will be to replace our front walk and steps. We'll be calling on Fleet Concrete to do that job as well.

    Structural Restoration Inc
The job went very well. Gary and Shawn were most courteously involved with the demolition and construction phases of our overhangs at the Friendly Native. We plan on using them to install 4 remaining cantilevered overhangs. Structural Restoration has done several on-site projects for us and we would recommend them again and again.

I really wish I could attach pictures to this review.? The work that this team did was amazing.? Not only was the staff completely professional, but they were also extremely talented.? I had landscaping borders installed in my entire yard.? The staff provided recommendations on what would look best with my pavers and Spanish tile roof.? My next door neighbor came over to compliment me on how impressive the outside now looks, and he also mentioned that every person walking their dog stops and does a double take. These guys are truly amazing!!? I am so happy with my decision to go with them.

    Doug Buttmi Construction Co.
Overall a great experience and the finished product is phenomenal. The  quality of workmanship and pride in their work is noticeable.     Doug and Dave were excellent communicators - they answered their phones every time I called and took the time to explain what was going on.  Dave works with his daughter Jenny and they worked every single day until the job was done.  They showed up early each morning and put in a full day every day.  They wasted no time getting the job done but took the time to make sure it was done correctly.  They show up clean, ready to work, and they cleaned up after themselves and were respectful of the property.  I found Doug to be extremely honest. If there was something unforeseen (like rotted roof trusses we wouldn't have known about until the drop ceiling was removed) he notified us immediately and gave us a fair quote.  He also revised the overall quote based on how much something actually cost.  For example - he took a couple hundred off the dumpster line item because he overestimated.  How many contractors do that?  They are perfectionists and I appreciate it because I am now living in my beautiful home and I'm not looking at mistakes with frustration.   Admittedly I was tough to deal with because I'm of the opinion you have to keep an eye on your contractor every step of the way.  Knowing what I know now I probably could have eased up on these guys a bit.  Also, I hired them for that job but there were several other projects that were part of the overall renovation going on at the time and I acted as the GC (floors, air conditioning, window, walls, paint, etc).  I think that was annoying to Dave but I did it because we had to save money and I wanted to be in control of who was hired for those projects.  Sometimes I had guys working around each other, which isn't ideal.   I was new at this and I'm sure I was annoying and demanding at times.  They were always professional though.  Doug, Dave, and Jenny did a great job for us.  They worked hard, communicated well, were honest and fair, and made our home beautiful.  I would highly recommend them.

    DANN SAPP & SON INC
Mr. Sapp and his crew showed up on time, did what they said they would do and finished when they said they would. The entire project took almost 3 months. The men that work for Sapp were all very skilled at what they do. They were also curteous. There were no suprises in this project at all.

The seawall that Sapp and Sons installed is truly the best I have seen. Their work exceeded our expectations. Installing a wall that was about a foot higher than the old one and backfilling to raise the back yard was a great idea. Mr Sapp is great to work with.

Bob came out to the house to make sure what steps needed to be taken in order to re-seal our pavers. He determined that we would need the pavers to have sand brushed back into them, power wash them and then re-seal the entire area. The project was pricey based on what we already have spent on the the paver project, but we want to keep our pavers looking good. We didn't consider the up keep on the pavers prior to the installation. The guys did a great job just like they did on the original project. We were very pleased.

    PHIL ALBERT CONCRETE
I bought a house from the owner of this company in 2/2007. The owner and/or his son run the company which is an installer of Increte brand concrete products. This house had 3500 sq ft of colored, stamped Increte brand concrete product installed in 2004 or 2005. Driveway, lanais, pool deck, all were done in Increte. Six months after buying the house, the sealant on the concrete began to oxidize and peel up in spots. Over time the sealant turned milky white (over red concrete) which looked horrible. In November of 2007, I contacted the prior owner to inquire as to whether they would be interested in re-sealing it. I got a prompt reply back that their son now ran the business and he would call me about bidding the job. However, the son did not call me promptly about bidding the job. I did not get a written estimate until 2/18/2008. The estimate was $1750. I had one other Increte installer bid the job and they wanted $3500. I do not recall how long it took from bid to start of work, but it was not prompt. There also was little effort on the part of the company to communicate regarding the job start or progress. I had to call too often to determine when it would start, how it would progress, and when it would be done. The real problems began a few months after the job was done. Within 6 months the sealant was oxidizing, whitening, and coming up again. I first called to have them come and look at the job in August of 2008. After months of excuses and no effort to fix the problem, I started calling other Increte installers. Finally, I spoke with one who told me that the manufacturer of the Increte sealant had changed the chemical composition of the sealant and that the new sealant was not compatible with the old sealant which had caused the oxidation. I called with this information and asked what would be done to resolve the problem. There were more excuses and delays and even the suggestion that another Increte dealer was working with a chemist to come up with some additive or new sealer to go on top of the old oxidized sealer that would re-emulsify it and make it look good. I was tired of excuses and was not willing to have them experiment the resolution of their problem at my home. After months of haggling they finally said they would reseal it for free if I paid to have the concrete soda blasted down to bare concrete. They did not feel they should pay for it since the manufacturer changed the formula. I was outraged by being asked to pay to fix their poor job, but after a year of haggling I wanted it done. I agreed to pay my half of the soda blasting: $1250. The soda blasting started 3 months after it was promised. It was supposed to take 3 days and took 2 months. It was not done professionally. Baking soda was everywhere on my house and my neighbor's house. My neighbors complained, resulting in delays. The soda and concrete dust ruined my pool and killed my lawn and shrubs. They discounted the soda blast fee $250 after this.
