AFleet Concrete IncExcellent from start to finish , made contact with Rose in office , explained my request and asked pertinent questions, she then set up appointment for Bob to visit our house , explain process , and provide quote. Quote met our budget (included local permit fees) and timeline set (approximately 4 weeks from signing papers).Installation went great with Bob there at beginning and the crew of 5 men ( Leon was crew leader) ; they arrived by 8AM ; took care of our property and actually enjoyed their work and interaction,End result is a great product ! ABP Screens IncBill (the owner of BP Screens) installed my screen enclosure in 2004. We just had it re-screened on Friday this week, 16 years.......... AI had a tile roof that was showing its age, Bayside was one of 11 contractors I received an estimate from. I could not be happier. I wanted to go with an architectural shingle instead replacing with tile. Estimates were all over the place as far as cost. I knew what I wanted and told each contractor what I wanted , Bayside went over everything with me and had one of the best prices, some contractors wanted 3-5K more and one wanted 9K more. Financing was simple and the rate was very good through a third party finance company. I was impressed with the professionalism of Patrick and the company as a whole. They started shortly after the contract was signed, permits were pulled , materials were delivered and crews were here first thing in the morning to start the tear off of my tile roof. My roof looks outstanding now, the lines are razor sharp, ridge vents were added to keep attic temps down. Underlayment was peel and stick so I will have an insurance discount now. I also had extra insulation blown in while they had the roof off. It was great having the high degree of workmanship done on my house by Bayside. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing roof work done.

The design team of Keshia and Hilary listened to what we were looking for and explained our options. They pointed out the pros and cons of all of our choices and designed the perfect outdoor space for us. The build team was professional with total attention to detail. FStay far away from this company. I had three electricians come out to verify why i was not getting power to my pool pump. Bolt made claim that my electrical wire were of the wrong size which could cause a potential fire and most likely melted the line in the home. they stated it would cost just under 3 thousand to repair. Two other companies came out and verified that the wires were of correct size and major repairs were not needed. the problem actually ended up being the pool pump as their was a supply of electricity running to it. When i called bolt to let them know of the unethical behavior they denied that anyone in their company would do such a thing and got mad at me for calling them out. Clearly they encourage this type of behavior among their staff and will stand by it. stay clear
