    Gettel Hyundai
    Provider sent me advertisement in the mail for a $19.95 oil change. I called to make the appointment and check out Hyundais while there. When I set the appt. I told the Gettel rep that I drove a VW Passat and asked would they be able to service the car. I was assured that yes they could perform the work.
    When I got the dealership for my appointment the car was taken in and I was shuttled off to a rep to introduce me to a sales rep.  I got shown several cars when the repair department rep "Billy" brought my Passat keys back to me and said that they don't stock the VW Passat oil filter (which made sense and is why I asked on the phone) and that the filter would cost them $28.95 so they could not perform the oil change.  They retained their circular which did not limit what kind of car was brought in for an oil change.

    The service provider for auto mobile would be Honda of Brandon. The service came with the car, it is a leased thing. It was excellent service. He even washes your car for you when you are there. They call us up after they have it done and make sure that we are happy and I tell the head of service, I say Joe every time I go there, the people are polite. You are in and out within a very short period of time. It usually is the next day or something like that. We have a Corsa and it is the second time that we are leasing it. It is a hatch back. It is quite large. It is good in a veteran kind. I would say overall it was very, very good. The price is a fair price. When I have called them at different times and they always call me back. I would give an 'A' plus for professionalism if I could.

    I dropped my car off to them first thing in the morning without an appointment. They were very nice about the surprise visit and were happy to help me with my car issues. They were able to fix my car by the next morning and were also nice enough to look at other parts of my car that I wanted to consider having repaired in the near future. All without creating a high pressure sales environment. I will definitely take all of my cars to lex's for any future repair needs.

    Everything has been good and I never had any issues. In fact they do a lot of work for me. They just tell me what it is and what's going on with my vehicle. They're just straight forward and they seem pretty honest. My overall experience has been excellent and their price is fair. Their quality is good and I have no problems with them. Their responsiveness and professionalism are very good. Their punctuality is good as well.

    The transmission flush was relatively more expensive than most of its competitors, which is the reason I will not go back to get a transmission flush from them. I asked for a quote on how much it would cost, but they were persistent that I "come in" first to get it checked out. However I feel that they did a good job, informing me along the way what process they were on. I did not like the fact that they would not give quotes over the phone though.

    Frank was able to determine that my fan was going out on my AC on my Dodge truck. He showed me where the part was and how to temporarily fix it. They were also nice enough to inform me that the part might still be under the factory warranty, which it was. Thanks to them I was able to get my AC temporarily fixed for the day, and in the long run get it fixed for next to nothing.

    I went to McGees to get my car checked out thinking I was having a problem with the transmission. Luckily they informed me that it was a standard issue with the Mercury Marquis and all that I needed was to get the transmission flushed. I think that they are honest about troubleshooting, they arent going to up sale you for more needed service. Their prices might be a little on the higher side, but I feel that is the cost of honesty.

    After they changed my oil my engine light went on. I had it diiagnosed at the dealership as having the wrong weight oil. My engine specifically requires 5/20 weight oil in order for the MDS system to function and to maintain a valid warranty. It cost approximately $150 to diagnose the problem, replace the oil and filter, and replace the oil sensor which apparently was somehow ruined in the process. I took this back to Oil Masters and was told that the wrong oil should work OK in my vehicle, they do it all the time. There was no willingness to own the problem. If you have a vehicle of any value do not use quick change oil services, I learned my lesson. Never again.

    I have been very happy about them. They have a good public image, treat the public well, and they are all very polite to their customers. If anything abnormal pops up, they personally talk to me about whats wrong and what needs to be done to fix it.
