I was waiting for the pain but it was 100% painless it went calmly and quietly with nice music playing in the background .
I just closed my eyes while they worked thinking this has to hurt sometime but it never did it was a calm amazing experience .
I had  avoided having my crowns replaced  for a long time even though I knew I had problems and decay because of my first experience with the other dentist.
Dr Carlos and his team have removed my fear of dentistry in one painless peaceful visit.
They are an excellent office with a  great Dentist and a well trained friendly staff.

From beginning to end it was positive. Rescheduling, last minute no problem. He understands we have to work around our jobs and things come up. Just finished up a years process ( healing time) no down time, no pain. I'm so happy with my new teeth.

I have been using Dr. Leichter for years and have always been happy.  He is both friendly and professional.
His staff is wonderful! I never feel like a faceless patient, but his staff knows me. They are more than friendly, and also helpful and efficient.

My regular hygienist is Jill who does a pretty thorough job cleaning...had better but certainly had worst before. Dr Feifer is preety good too...he does his customary poking and examining with care...makes his notes and comments like any good dentist. They are all good at their jobs and I personally have not had any problems (my friend has used him for over 10 yrs). In particular, when waiting for my appt, they took me early since another patient was a and quot;no-showand quot; which I appreciated . Also, when I underwent a change in insurance providers, they made the calls to clear any mix up. My marks were not the highest because there's alway room for improvement.

They are amazing.  My daughter has brazes with them and she is not an easy case, actually she has many of her teeth missing as if they are never ever going to come in.  The staff and the hours, a lot of the periodontist are open only two, three hours or two three days a week but they are always there.  They have a full staff and they are just amazing.  He does so much charity work, and is fully involved with the community.  All in all he is not only a good doctor but a good person.  I had got recommendation from my daughter’s paediatrician to three different orthodontists and I went on interviews with all three and I choose him.  For one they were extremely professional, two it is one thing to be a good doctor and another thing to actually work with children and be a good doctor.  His whole staff is very good at working with kids.  That makes a big difference.  They are so professional that they are the only office that did the whole packet, like x-rays and everything free of charge, they did not even send it to my insurance company.  They put the teeth protectors in a binder and handed it to us and they said to let them know if we choose to sign up with them.  Every year he does so much work for kids like charity for Christmas, care packages for soldiers, he has contests in his office all the time for kid’s drawings, he then puts them on to calendar and then hands them to the parents of the kids every year.  The other thing I have to tell is that it matter what kind of people work on your child, he hires really good, knowledgeable people as assistants.  All in all he is one of the physicians who enjoy what he is doing not just the money.  I will continue to use him in the future.  The funny thing is that I have brazes in my own mouth and I did not take my daughter to this doctor.  I took her to Dr Rozen instead because first hand I knew what it was like.  Dr Rozen is an amazing guy.

Through his new patient special (which they volunteered) they performed a free XRay and assessment. The problems he identified were important and not alarmist or "scare tactics", and I needed to have two fillings done. Although he encouraged me to do them as quickly as possible, he and his staff were extremely flexible with scheduling the actuall work I needed done over the course of a couple of visits. Dr. Knecht was very personable and made the normally stressful process much more relaxing. A few weeks afterwards, I mentioned to his staff that I was still having pain, and they once again offered to have a free assessment to see if there was anything they could identify. Dr. Knecht mentioned it wasn't very clear from the XRays and visual examination alone, and offered to redo the filling for free just to be sure. To me that was very unexpected and impressive.

Perhaps their method of dealing with insurance will not be the most convenient for everyone, but for me it was fine to pay upfront and be reimbursed by my insurance.

They do quick and fast care. I called and was able to go in right away. I got a follow up visit a week later and I was not charged. The office is very beautiful.
