Landscaping reviews in Parkland

Very professional company. I like the quality of the lights - solid brass fixtures - heavy duty. Artistic. Attention to detail. Developed a design and fulfilled agreement. After installation, we made some modifications, swapping a spot light for wash light, to get better effect. The company continued to consult after the install to ensure we were fully satisfied. Now, looks great. Subtle but powerful effect. Overall, very positive experience.

We always appreciate a family-owned business, especially when a family member personally comes out for a consultation, provides an estimate, and is on-scene for the actual work. This was our experience with Pristine Landscapes. They were prompt, professional, and thorough. Above all, they did a beautiful job, staying until everything was perfect and going above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. We are thrilled with the results and would most highly recommend Pristine to our neighbors and anyone lucky enough to live within their service area. Fair pricing and top-of-the-line delivery. They provided a computerized image of the projected outcome and within one day, made it a reality. We went from old, dreary landscaping to a lush, colorful, low-maintenance gem. Thank you!

They sounded very professional on the phone. They showed on time for the appointment. I even made a mistake on the address I gave them and they were nice and gracious about it. They performed a complete review of my system and gave me a professional explanation on what they had found. They gave me an estimate on the lower four digits which I found a little high. On top of that they offered me an annual maintenance plan that would cost me $347 a year and according to them would give me peace of mind since they would check my system bi-monthly and keep it in top condition. They suggested that I changed the timer which at the end I found out was unnecessary. I asked to think about it. Before them I had already contacted a different company who offered to fix my system for $600 but the guy who did the estimate was unprofessional and I did not like his explanation of my problem so Conserva Irrigation was my second opinion. I have no doubt on the quality of their work even though I ended up not hiring them. I looked for recommendations this time through a neighborhood group and got the third estimate from a Company I found with good reviews in the group. This guy and his team performed a very professional inspection, gave me a convincing explanation and their estimate for the whole repair was below the annual plan cost that Conserva Irrigation offered me. I hired them and will be making a great review on them. I ended up paying more since they found a broken line that was limiting the pressure on my system and fixed it. My total cost was slightly above the annual plan Conserva Irrigation was selling me. My system is working great now but not thanks to Conserva Irrigation and their overinflated price. I don't want to bad mouth them. I am sure they do their job fine but I believe they charge too much. If price is important to you, get a second opinion. In my case getting a third was worth it and made a great difference on my finances.

Owner's name is Joe Galang. I got his information from a neighborhood group after two previous estimates, the first one I discarded for being unprofessional and the second one obtained through Angies list with great reviews but unfortunately I did not hire them because their estimate on the low four digits seemed excessive to me and they were trying to push an annual maintenance plan that I did not think was necessary. It would have cost me the same I ended of paying to KeepingITGreen for the entire repair including a broken pipe. So my third choice was Joe Galang and KeepintITGreen and they were amazing. Their estimate was to the point, professional and more than fair. On the agreed date they showed a little late due to a previous job taking longer than expected, but went straight to work. They even found a broken line that they explained was robbing the system of pressure. So they fixed it. They even left without collecting their payment but billed me later through email giving me a convenient way to pay on line if I was satisfied with the job which I was, so I gladly did. My system is now working great without breaking the bank. Joe was always polite, open minded and concerned on providing good service and quality work all at a more than fair price. I will look no further for any other issues with my sprinkler system. I highly recommend Joe, his Company KeepingITGreen and his team

Pristine did an excellent job. Their designer Sue was very professional and incorporate our ideas. Sue was on-site during the installation and very particular on how everything looked. The 3 installers know what they are doing and cleaned up afterwards. It is always nice when you can find a small local company who has excellent quality and professionalism.

We bought and supplied all pavers, deck drains and pipes for 6 inch french drain, he agreed to just get paid for all the work and installation. Work done Oct 2016 gave us 5 yr warranty, immediately after work done found minor signs job not done correctly. Drains pitched in incorrect direction towards house not away, ( I dug down to pipe 21. 5 inches deep where starts further down stream 17 inches deep another 50 ft of drain left before reaches lake after this point???). Not all connections connected to main drain, French drain has No weed cloth put around as NORMALLY done and I bought for them to use. Then came greatest proof job was screwed up had severe thunder storm in August 2018 ( NOT a tropical depression, or Hurricane by any means ) and I had flood in out of deck drains in front of my front door of home and a river flowing out of drains by garage door and into my walkway. I video taped it and sent to JD landscaping in email along with copy of contract with 5 yr warranty on work. He replied back requesting additional pictures of drains and pipe into lake. I complied and got the requested pics, emailed them heard nothing back I asked after 2 months of hearing nothing if he could at least reply he got the pics and last email, and when I could expect him to come out and honor his warranty. My only reply from him, "I got it" No reply since early November 2018??? I believe he knows his guys did shoddy screwed up work and knows he have alot of work to do to repair it. Got estimates of $8000- $10,000 to repair french drain and the deck drainage by front door. Caveat Emptor Read reviews and stay away warranties are not honored.

Our pump went out on our sprinkler system so we thought it would be a good time to go ahead and upgrade the controller as well to a smart sprinkler system. Tons of research and we settled on Rachio (very happy with this choice). Getting someone to install this was a nightmare. 1 company didn't show up. Another one came out and said it couldn't be done. Finally, connected with Tom at Aquaflo and he understood what we were wanting. Gave a competitive bid and did a great job. We are in Florida and most homes have cheaper/older index valve systems. We actually wanted to change to a manifold system so we could gain independent zone control. We added a new pump, new relay, changed the index valve system to independent manifold zones and installed the new Rachio controller. He stayed in great communication via email as we laid out our needs. Showed up promptly on time and even cleaned up afterwards. We are thrilled with the results. I have total control of our sprinkler zones from my phone and the micro-climate rain sensors work great. Our cost was high because this was so extensive but it was well worth it.

Quickly returned my call and came within an hour to give me a quote. Came back the next day and picked up hedges for a hedge row and sod for small amount of sod replacement. Very professional. Would use again.
