    They're very good and caring. They call you if you feel sick, like when I had the flu. I've been with Cleveland Clinic for about 10 years now. If you go to the emergency room and they don't see you within 30 minutes, they don't charge you. They promise, which is true, within 30 minutes when you go, sometimes even 25, right there is a doctor. They're wonderful. The people are very nice. I had a very good experience with them. Everything is there, even the eye doctor.

    After reviewing numerous options available to us we were able to choose the best plan under the circumstances. This was by far the most painless experience I've had with a health insurance broker. I especially like the efficient use of technology to streamline the experience. Jimmie was very responsive to my requests for more information. I would certainly use this service again in the future.

    Went well, no pressure education of all the options for my complicated health situation after being dumped and trampled on by Coventry Health care.  Ended up purchasing a new health insurance plan from Humana that even though it had riders that excluded pre-existing conditions, was a good hold position until the Affordable Care Act insurance plans become available.

    I have a group plan with United Healthcare through my employer. Since I work for a large company they have their own plan. I had one problem with them in 2012 where I was told something was covered as preventative and then paid contracted rate. I even had the girl's name and reference number and I was told to contact the dr. It was probably more the fault of the dr, but in the end it ended up costing me almost 500.00. Since the appt. was in December, I would have waited until January so it would have applied to my deductible. The only other problem was this past surgery which was the fault of the person who reviewed and paid the claim in the insurance company. When the EOB came in and saw that nothing was paid and the error, I called and it was quickly corrected. In dealing with UHC, I have always found that their representatives have always been cordial and helpful. The claims are paid quickly. They have other benefits as well including gym/fitness membership reimbursement, a nurse to speak with, and great preventative medicine benefits. I have good benefits and am very happy with them.

    We have had many good experiences with Cigna, they are easy to get in touch with and provide excellent coverage for doctor visits as well as pharmaceuticals. We have had other insurance companies in the past and Cigna has been one of the easiest to work with and has provided us with the best and quot;bang for the buckand quot;

    Although it can be hard to find an appointment in certain departments, the appointment centers were very professional and accommodating, so long as you knew exactly what doctor's office you need. The appointment desks ran very efficiently, and patients were checked in at a pretty steady rate.
    The doctors and staff were all very friendly and always listened when I had any concerns or anything to say.
    The clinic is always busy, but has comfortable waiting areas, and the actual hospital itself is very modern and high-end from what I saw.

    I have had good experiences with some of the agents, one agent was very helpful and went out of their way to call a doctor's office to try to correct a billing error. Other agents have given incorrect information, which ended up costing me out of pocket fees. I think they should do a better job of training, so that all of their agents can give correct information.
    I cannot stand their automated system. Often I need to get in touch with Cigna quickly, since I am waiting in a doctor's office and the automated system does not direct me to the correct options. I would like to have an option to speak to a person immediately, rather then going through several automated options and then waiting on hold for 20 or 30 minutes.

    These people would not let my son leave! He was not comfortable there, they were highly medicating him with suboxone when he did not have an opiate addiction. They kept giving him risperdone and seroquel!!! 2 very serious meds. They illegally baker acted him to JFK hospital. When he was evaluated the hospital let him go. The told me and his father he was mumbling despondent and was worried about his mental state and then for 3 days would not return our phone calls.... The sheriffs department was called and thank god for them they realized what was happening and my son was able to come home with an officers help the next day!

    DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!! THEY ARE THIEVES. THEY BILLED US $597 AFTER OUR INSURANCE COMPANY PAID THEM AND THEN SENT US A SEPARATE DOCTORS BILL FOR $100. STAY AWAY STAY AWAY. They are linked to a hospital. They think this gives them the right to charge exorbitant fees. We spent hours on the phone just trying to get a hold of someone to talk to. They were not helpful at all. We cannot say beware enough.
