The meeting with Diane was awesome.  She is was very professional and had the experience that our family was looking for to care for our elderly mother.  We hired her part time back in September of 2014 and have consistently been using her twice a week since then.  She is kind, professional, caring, reliable and honest.  She says what she says she will do which is a huge plus to us.  Our mother loves her and really enjoys her time with Diane.  Would definetely recommend!!  A+++++

My wife both go to different offices and the quality of the work doesn't differ in either office. They're expensive, but we have a good health plan and you're going to get really high quality stuff all the time. You don't have to worry about it. The only one time I had anything wrong, it was very quickly corrected and taken care of. They have really fantastic web applications so you can download your health data and all sorts of stuff. They're very progressive, in terms of availability of documents and stuff like that and test results. It's not like when you go to a regular doctor and they have you see a specialist that you have to drive across town to see one. All my information is readily available online. I could download and have all my tests and everything for the last 10 years. Not many doctors give you that stuff.

Very attentive, price quoted was accurate and they even give a discount after extra services. They did what they said they was going to do and I was very happy with the service. I would recommend them.

He takes his time with me and listens to what I have to say. He is very good on follow up and I have had him personally call me at 7 p.m. and tell me he had contacted the pharmacy to get a prescription filled that I needed. When my husband passed away he called and offered his condolences. When my son became ill and had to go to the emergency room the emergency nurse asked who he was going to see as a doctor. When he told her Dr. Rosenthal she said he was a very good doctor. He practices with a podiatrist and a chiropractor; there are three of them together. The podiatrist is the foot doctor for the Florida Panthers hockey team and he is very good. I went to him for my ankle. He practices three days a week some weeks and 2-1/2 days a week on others so sometimes it is hard to get in to see him. They are all very nice in the office. I have never had to wait very long. He is very concerned, remembers things and asks questions. He is a very nice man. So far he has always given me the best treatment I have needed. I have only been going to him since my husband passed away, which is two years, but so far I am satisfied.

He has a lot of good nurse practitioners. They have very flexible hours, which is awesome! They see everything from pediatrics to geriatrics, so the whole family can come here. They are really easy to work with and Dr. Patterson does a lot of research. They do a lot of their lab work in house, which saves a lot of money.

Before meeting Dr. Stinson and his team, I was the poster-child for avoiding the doctor's office at any cost. Not so anymore. The folks at Stat Medical genuinely care about their patients -- the whole patient, not just the body part that's giving you a problem.

Their staff members are very friendly. They did everything on site and were able to perform blood work; I liked that. They could improve on their weight time but I know that it is because the doctors take their time with everybody so I have to wait a little bit and go past my appointment time.

My experience with him is very good. I can get in when I need to see him. He spends a lot of time with me. He is attentive and knowledgeable on the things I needed to see him about. His staff is really good. You don't wait around in his waiting room long. He is very good.

They're very good and caring. They call you if you feel sick, like when I had the flu. I've been with Cleveland Clinic for about 10 years now. If you go to the emergency room and they don't see you within 30 minutes, they don't charge you. They promise, which is true, within 30 minutes when you go, sometimes even 25, right there is a doctor. They're wonderful. The people are very nice. I had a very good experience with them. Everything is there, even the eye doctor.

I first saw Dr Kessler on 8/7/13 . I arrived on time and had a short wait in the waiting room and longer in exam room. The Dr came in and looked at my MRI and examined me. He told me I needed arthroscopic surgery for the torn meniscus. It was set up for 8/22/2013. I had to get a pre-op and cardiac clearance. I set up my appointments. When I went to the cardiologist he said it wasn't necessary for me to go to him because my primary did the EKG. A waste of a 40.00 copay. On the day of surgery, I signed in and was told I had to give a urine sample. I asked "What for?", and was told a drug test. She said Dr Kessler required it. This was the first time I was informed of this. I gave them the sample and wondered who was paying for this. The surgery went fine and I went home and rested. I started physical Therapy about 10 days later and went for two weeks, my knee got worse. Went back to the Dr and he stopped PT, gave me a script for an anti inflammatory. It is now over 5 weeks since the surgery and it is still swollen, extremely painful and I'm still limping. Going back on 10/11/13 for another follow up. In the meantime I received a bill from a lab I did not know for 50.00 co-insurance from the drug test. I am not happy with this at all. I am 68 years old, never took drugs and work in a drug free company. I never heard of a doctor doing this and I don't feel I should have to pay for this just because he wanted it. He should. He was recommended to me but not sure if I would ever use him again. Besides the regular co insurance I had to pay, I paid a cardio 40.00 for nothing and now I am being billed for 50.00 for the drug test. 90.00 down the drain.
